Pros: Quick and efficient.
Cons: Rent a wreck. Car dented in every panel. Pick up keys in terminal desk not available as advertised. On line check in not available as advertised. Company I booked with closed so was directed to horrible gold cars people

Pros: There was nothing that they provided that any car rental should
Cons: It was operated by Gold Cars who, in my experience, are very likely to give you a car with dents and scrapes that is decribed as having none.
Pros: The service was friendly and the car changed without argument.
Cons: The insurance arrangements weren’t clear and didn’t seem to cover towing which was troubling when the clutch wobbled or the red Light came on as a breakdown seemed imminent in both cases.

Cons: The representative blatantly attempted to defraud me. Funds have been deducted from my account with no invoice provided. I’m fairly certain that is illegal...
Pros: We liked that they had ears for our requests. We asked for a spacious car (in function of our baby carrier) and they really came up with the best solution.
Cons: We didn’t like the fact that hiring the babyseat was more expensive then hiring the car itself for one week. That is just crazy. Although, the staff didn’t count the price of the baby seat IF we took the insurance... well... not really all fair, but at the end we where cheaper with the insurance and the free baby seat. Next time, we’ll take our own babyseat with us I guess.

Cons: Vague directions to find car and hung around waiting for someone to inspect it before we took the car away.
Pros: I topped the car up right lo the top I literally could get no more on the tank. I dropped the car off and the woman inspecting it said all was well then an hour later I get an e mail saying I've been billed 70 euros and the tank wasn't full. They are thieves nothing more
Pros: To be fair, the lady behind the counter was friendly. But that's about it
Cons: They have charged me at least £200 extra in costs I don't even understand, where I do feel I was taken advantage of for being tired after my flight. I also feel mislead as interrent was not separate to goldcar - who I actively avoid. I appreciate this may be my fault for not looking in depth - but they are both awful money grabbing companies it turns out.
Pros: not much wish I'd checked the rating for interrent faro on google beforehand as I would have known that they were like this.
Cons: car was badly dented and scraped and not all marks were shown on the pick up documentation - if I hadn't checked then ?? Spent most of pick up time trying to sell me or load me with 'extras' or 'surcharges' that I hadn't ordered or didn't need e.g. extra charge for diesel use though I hadn't requested diesel on my reservation, excess insurance cover even though I explained I already had this having purchased an annual policy for rental excess insurance in the UK. Left with a feeling of distrust
Pros: Easy to book online. Absolutely nothing else.
Cons: Staff slow and unhelpful on collection. 45 minute wait to collect the car. Car stank really badly of smoke and was covered in bumps/scratches. Had to be returned on 2nd due to faulty brakes. Car hire wouldn’t collect, my husband had to drive back to airport on 2nd day of our holiday. Another 45 minute wait to change car for one that was ok - with drive time a total 3 hours out of his holiday.
Cons: I was asked to sign an electronic pad but it was not explained to me what I was signing. I signed a form setting out the condition of the car but did not realise I had signed it as I was not told.
Pros: Car was clean and as described when booking, staff were polite
Cons: For both collection and pick up Interrent were clearly under staffed Whole process of pre paying petrol, pitching for extra insurance cover paying for transponders could all be done online before collection, it adds to time it takes to collect car, for me it took 50 mins and there were only two people in que when I arrived, who knows how long it would take if it was busy, I was also not happy that interent are part of Gold cars who I dont use as a rental company for most of the above reasons
Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: Supplied a car that had a known fault, replacement car wasn’t the same grade that I paid for, still haven’t received my deposit back.
Cons: They flipped from being nice on pickup to not nice when collecting, they sneaked on extra money at the collection and hated that i didn't take the extra insurance
Cons: We couldn’t hire the car as they wouldn’t accept our payment credit cards despite the voucher said our card types were accepted.
