Pros: Easy, fast and professional. The peugot 2008 Compact SUV auto wasn't available. I was given a peugot 308 estate. I rejected it as was too big, and not an SUV. They quickly sorted me out with an alternative. A new Nissan Duke. Fine for us.

Cons: Was given an older peugot estate car instead of the compact SUV I booked. Was told it was an upgrade. Which it isn't if you want a small compact SUV. But they quickly resolved it. No issues.

Pros: As mentioned, the whole experience was exceptional.

Pros: I think they should clearly mention that the full coverage should be bought with drive on holidays not with any website because I bought with discover cars and then drive on holidays ask me that coverage is not valid with them .so they have to mention clearly for visitors

Pros: bright clean offices, efficient well trained staff, fast service from pick up at the airport to car collection, speedy return and speedy delivery back to the airport - top marks !

Cons: The car collection paperwork always takes longer then desired at any car rental company - but here there was no queue and downtime was minimal, everything was explained clearly and no attempted hard sell on their daily insurance, although it was naturally offered.

Cons: Check in was very slow, check out was slow and problematic. We had to wait a long time for the minibus getting from the airport and going back to the airport when another customer complained. I had some very minor damage to my car which I hadnt even noticed, I believe I have been overcharged for what it was.

The hire car was immediately ready and was clean and in good condition. The reception staff dealt quickly with the necessary paperwork and another person spent a few minutes taking us through some details about the car. We were on our way within 30 minutes of arrival

Pros: I booked a car through Discovery and was then presented by Drive-IN with additional charges for car and insurance that had not been mentioned by Discovery.
