Pros: It was quick and easy and the staff very helpful.

Pros: bright clean offices, efficient well trained staff, fast service from pick up at the airport to car collection, speedy return and speedy delivery back to the airport - top marks !

Cons: The car collection paperwork always takes longer then desired at any car rental company - but here there was no queue and downtime was minimal, everything was explained clearly and no attempted hard sell on their daily insurance, although it was naturally offered.

Pros: Car was actually better than the one I booked. This one had Sat Nav as do most cars so why do we normally have to pay extra?

Cons: Check in was very slow, check out was slow and problematic. We had to wait a long time for the minibus getting from the airport and going back to the airport when another customer complained. I had some very minor damage to my car which I hadnt even noticed, I believe I have been overcharged for what it was.

Pros: Being picked up at the airport, we didn’t have to queue for the car after a good inspection we went on to enjoy our holiday.

Pros: Very satisfied with Drive on Holidays. Situated just a few minutes from Faro Airport, the company offered reasonable value for money for the size of car we wanted. The hire car was immediately ready and was clean and in good condition. The reception staff dealt quickly with the necessary paperwork and another person spent a few minutes taking us through some details about the car. We were on our way within 30 minutes of arrival

Pros: I booked a car through Discovery and was then presented by Drive-IN with additional charges for car and insurance that had not been mentioned by Discovery.

Cons: They dismissed Discovery as merely a broker and couldn't explain what I had paid Discovery for.
