Pros: When we dropped off the car the man on the desk was very friendly and efficient. He was the best part about the experience, if we had only dealt with him it would have been great.
Cons: We had to wait a long time to be served from stepping out of the airport to actually driving away in the car probably took about 3 hours with all of the waiting. Also we had to pay an early fee to drop the car off before the opening time which we were happy to pay but they tried to advise us not to do that. Whilst also saying they migh not get us to the airport on time. It was strange. Then when we dropped the car off early the staff member said he had been there since 5am.

Pros: Great price
Cons: Didn’t tell us where to go to catch minibus to be taken to car hire premises, also didn’t give the name of actual car hire company that was providing the car, we were looking for Drive & Go phone telephone number on booking, no one answered asked several people and bus drivers no-one knew eventually after a hour SurPrice minibus driver pulled up and told us we were on his list, no where on confirmation did it mention SurPrice
