Pros: I was fortunate in that the shuttle was there when I arrived at both pickup and dropoff. Others who were at the counter when I arrived did not have a pleasant experience.

Cons: My voucher said to bring: 1) My driver's license, 2) A credit card. That's it. That's all. Nothing else. Then the counter people want proof of insurance, want to see your policy declaration page, then tried to tell me my insurance wasn't acceptable and that I would have to buy insurance. That's a scam. It happened to two other people while I was waiting.

Pros: The worst car rental store I have ever been to

Cons: They have the worst check in system, there were not many people check in, but everyone needed to wait an hour to just check in, and wait another 20-30 mins to pick the car. Everyone was not happy with their store, I heard people complaint while waiting in line. Never come back to this store, they have no idea what they are doing. A car rental store should provide check in service and easy return. Obviously, they are not doing a great job.

Cons: they say one switch bus runs every 15 minutes that was not the case for me. I read how the bus can be late and make you miss your time slot and you can be penalized for it so I set my time a hour later for after my flight land they still had me wait a hour

Pros: We did not like anything about the service. We were treated very poorly and disrespectful. The customer service person was extremely rude to us. At one point she tossed the keys across the counter and waved in the direction of the car we were to receive and said, "it's out there." The car was not ready for rental as it was not cleaned/inside or out. She said, "I'm not washing the car." Finally after our pleading we were able to get the car washed but not sanitized inside. Continued....

Cons: When we got in the car, the car dash read "Car not ready, Maintenance Required." Luckily we did not take the car. We did receive another car, but when returning that car, the cust. rep asked us if we picked up the car in Miami. We were not given any documentation when we returned the car as to what the final bill was or confirmation that we returned the car.

Pros: There were fee's added on that were not in the contract. Even when i showed the Mrg. there own contract I was told I still had to pay or I couldn't rent. After I waited two hours and had small children with me...I just paid. What a scam

Cons: They quote you one price and you pay then, but when you get there they say the "OPTIONS" are mandatory and it doubles the price. If you refuse they will not provide you a shuttle ride back to the airport..thats right I said back to the airport because they were located 30 min from airport even though the online ad said they were located at the airport.

Pros: I was over charged for the vehicle at the of pickup. Also One Switch representative was very rude with zero customer service. Please check their Google reviews. A lot of people are complaining about this company. It was bad experience from airport pick, delayed at airport, it seems that the change their name to Next Car, was overcharged, rep claimed that i must purchase SunPass for $14.99 a day otherwise i will be charged $25 each toll, and as of now i have not received a receito car drop off.

Cons: I was disappointed that the rental company would not let me switch the primary driver. I booked fully intending on having my husband drive, but because I was the one listed on the booking, they were not going to allow a change. The only thing I was offered was to add a second driver for an additional daily fee. Also, it took over 45 minutes to pick up the car and my family had to stand outside in a hot parking lot waiting. My last disappointment was the daily toll road fee. Poor explanation.

Pros: This place originally told us the price of our car rental would be around $189. Thats what we were quoted online. We get there and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. (I was not informed of this on the website. It is not made known) and i have to buy theirs (which is extremely overpriced) and that i HAVE to pay for toll coverage (which i didn’t at the place we ended up going with and it was much cheaper anyway) Anyways, our total there would have ended up being over $600 PLUS a $400

Cons: Security deposit. So over $1000 to rent a mid sized sedan for a WEEK. It was the sketchiest place i’ve ever seen and they clearly tried to scam us. We cancelled our reservation and they said we can get a refund of our $30 as well so at this time I am reaching out to do so.

Cons: Pick-up instructions were unclear. Our flight was delayed due to blizzard conditions; making arrangements to pick up our car "after hours" was a hassle. Arrived late at night after traveling for 12 hours with our three-month-old baby and couldn't find our car. The driver stopped answering his phone while we were trying to find him. By the time we got through to someone, we'd already found a reputable car agency with an actual staff, equipped to handle late arrivals. Absolute goddamn nightmare.

Cons: They didn’t work with my insurance and I only found out about that when I got the voucher for the rental. They had a list of the four insurance companies they work with printed off and laminated at the front desk as if they have to tell people that all the time. Pros: Only the car cleanliness was good. The audio in the car was disabled and during the entire duration of the rental, we could not listen to any music.

Cons: They did not keep the car I had booked in spite me calling and informing them of transit delay of 3 hours during the holiday season. On arrival, they declined to provide the car and after a long argument agreed to give another car. But they ended up charging me double the amount even though they were at fault for not keeping their word. Cons: After being bussed to the rental car agency, we were told we'd have to buy their insurance (at a ridiculous $24.99/day) since they wouldn't accept our Amica insurance. We then had to find transportation back to the airport, where we rented from Dollar, who did accept our insurance. In addition to the inconvenience, we lost our deposit of $38. If you want to salvage any of your reputation with me, a refund of the $38 would be a good start, but I would be surprised if this review goes anywhere.

Cons: There was *nothing* good about this experience. It's clear to me that One Switch is set up to scam tourists out of hundreds of dollars. I have never been more aghast at the underhanded practices of a car rental company, and can not believe this company hasn't been shut down. I have reported these malicious gouging practices to Orbitz, the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, American Express, and the FL legislature.

Cons: They would not accept my auto insurance (Allstate) which was hidden in fine print in the contract after I had already paid (not shown on the website when renting). They only accept Geico, State Farm and Progressive. They made me pay an extra $27/day for their insurance. For that I could have gone with a reputable brand. Also their rental “agency” is a portable building in the back of an airport parking parking lot. When we got off the bus at the “agency” the other passengers told us “good luck”

Cons: Handover poor and greeting from driver. Hugo the boss was ok. I had a slow puncture from pickup with no spare wheel. I was told I would have to pay as out of contract. This left me in a position of trying to sort out the Problem myself. I told Hugo I was leaving the car and getting a taxi home. To be fair it was fixed the next day st no cost to me but this did cause me and my family stress on the night.

Cons: We did not know what to do when we got to airport as info details supplied on voucher incorrect. I spent £17 calling agent to find out how we were getting picked up. Due to 2 families getting car at same time we had to wait 45 mins to be picked up. They only pick up one car at a time , no shuttle bus that I was aware of. They pick you up in the car you are hiring. The car was amazing but after long flight it was a bit stressful.

Cons: We were late due to events on the flight over and then getting through customs was a nightmare. We were unable to use our mobiles until through passport control by which time we were late. Tried explaining to one switch who were NOT even in the slightest bothered. We would like to know why they don't check when flights are due and then can see for themselves if they're delayed.

Cons: At 11pm we still didn't have our car despite our flight arrived at 8pm. They refused to rent to us without purchasing the additional insurance even though we had it covered in numerous ways. The car ran out of washer fluid the 2nd day. The place was sketchy, they were in a room the size of a walk-in closet that was hard to find in a hotel and not on the first floor. They had an accent that was difficult to understand. It looked very fly by night. The process of picking up the car was pure hell.

My flight was delay from detroit due to the snow storm, the company text me but I could not see the message because I was inside the aircraft and when I arrive there they had rented my vehicle to another client and the representative tried to charge me the eouble of the price to get a vehicle. Pros: Price

Cons: Office was closed when we arrived at 7:05pm. This automatically cancelled our reservation. New reservation the next day wasn't possible, and agent offered a price of 1000 for a car that we later rented with hotwire at 300. Will never use this agency again.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 885.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Vehicle registration fee, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Prepaid tolls are available for 13.00 USD per day.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 8.99 USD per day of use. Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
If the customer declines Sunpass, a penalty of 25 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes Sunpass from the car, an additional penalty of 268 USD will apply.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee of 8.82 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 44.08 EUR per rental.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee of 8.82 EUR per day, with a maximum of 44.08 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
In the event that extra insurance is purchased, the deposit might be reduced or even not be blocked on the customer's credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Diners, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Additional insurance (Full Damage Waiver (FDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Vehicles can only be driven within the State of pickup.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll pass / E-toll device, Personal Accident Insurance, Tyres and Windscreen Protection, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Roadside Assistance Cover (RAC), Loss Damage Waiver (LDW).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

All vehicles are equipped with an electronic toll device. This service allows automatic payment of all fees due for passing through any electronic toll barrier. Toll expenses will be automatically paid by credit card without any additional cost.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 48.15 USD.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 90 minutes.
