However, I took photo on the day of pick up and also showed that there was no damage to the door indicated on form so clearly a mistake by them which they accepted.

They give us a Seat 2018, well nice. but this time with no back to hide the car trunk. We had to discuss a lot and talk to 2 employee to have a other one, with all the parts expected on a normal car. Pros: Price: Rent for 10 days in Portugal -£130 (VW Polo). I have done nearly 700 km and paid 60,60€ for patrol. Taxi fare From Faro airport to Lagos: £75 one way (78 km distance). Other family paid first 75€ for taxi to Lagos and then rented a Fiat Punto over there for 400€ for few days!

Cons: There is no desk service at the airport. You have to find a place (hard) where their shuttle bus will take you to their HQ. You walk with all suitcases in hot hot weather and then you wait in hot hot, etc....
