Pros: what was booked was not kept, we had problems with the airport transfer which picked us up after 2 calls and an hour of waiting. We paid much more than we agreed upon, both because they didn't accept our credit card and because, according to them, the car wasn't perfectly clean when we returned it. the car they gave us was really broken down, complete with duct tape holding parts of the bodywork and the gearbox not working very well. experience not to be repeated.

Cons: They were very slow in the service. Too slow taking care of the documentation. We were promise seat ibiza/Leon instead we were given toyta yaris, which is not the same class. They refused to reimburse the difference for that. Then took us a deposit of 1000 euro which they told us will return after a day of the return the car. Already three days past and the sum is not returned. They charged us 10 euro for cleaning, although we have cleaned the car in and out. All this is outrages.
Pros: The car was diesel fuelled at least….
Cons: Terrible customer services, rude employees, never apologised for their delays instead they told me off and told me to cancel my rental if I didn’t like it. They didn’t even have correct details on Google for goodness sake! Run away from these guys.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Waited for one hour to pick us up from airport. Nobody showed up, then I called to them and only after a call they came. Visited many countries and rented so many cars, but that was first time when I been told I have to clean inside and wash outside of the car before returining it. Thats another 15€ in the local petrol station which I didn't aspect I will have to pay for cleaning.
Cons: Upon arriving at the airport, there was no shuttle despite our providing flight details. At the rental site, we received a Fiat Panda instead of the Seat Ibiza we booked. The car was old and lacked a multimedia system. Despite having external insurance, we had to pay for roadside assistance and an extra 30 euros. We felt misled and reluctantly paid the additional charges.

Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Greek alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 90 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
