Pros: The agent in Chania was the kindest and most helpful and efficient person I’ve dealt with in virtually any context.

Cons: When we came out of the airport we were supposed to meet at kiosk number 27, but there was no one there. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for the agent to come.

Cons: 2/3 backstop lights were not working - I only realized this driving another car behind it. The plastic components inside were falling apart. There was a rush to drive away quickly because it was shared on the crossroads, not parked in any place (everything was busy)

Cons: Car had 1/4 tank. So I filled it up but barely used half the tank because of the rain. Better to provide with a full tank. Also I returned to a different airport. Good to provide written explanation of where to leave the car or a map. (The gentleman who checked it out wrote it down, but I might not have been sure because the lot did not list the agency name.) Actual drop off was fast and easy, including the courtesy ride to the terminal.

Pros: They were waiting for me in the terminal and the car was parked very close by.

Cons: The parking lot where I was instructed to return the car was very crowded, but eventually I was able to find a spot.

Pros: I was barely off the plane when the EasyAuto agent called me for my meet and greet. Very easy to find him and handover was thorough but quick.

Cons: Car was quite old without amenities and the car's suspension and condition felt like it needed servicing. I booked a Peugeot and got a lesser car, I think it was a Nissan or Kia or something.

Pros: The gentleman who met us at the airport phoned immediately as we landed to let us know he was there. He was incredibly welcoming to our family and extended the vehicle hire without any issue. On returning the vehicle my deposit was returned by the time I arrived home to the uk. There where no hidden fees or extras. Just pay, drive and return with the same fuel as on collection. The car was clean, new and everything worked well.

Cons: If I had to be really fussy it would be that with 5 people in the car it was slightly underpowered up some of the very steep hills in the south of Crete. But you could argue I chose the vehicle so that’s on me.

Cons: The car had many dents and scuffs, so lots of marking notes prior to prove we didn't cause it. The speedo didn't work and the air con only worked on its highest setting

I kind of had to look for the EasyAuto sign where other car rental agencies had surnames on signs that would have made it easier to locate him. Adonis was awesome though in getting our paperwork all signed off and delivered us to our car. Thanks Adonis.

Cons: Nothing! I can honestly say I am quite happy with how the whole transaction with EasyAuto went, especially after getting off a transAtlantic flight and a connection into Heraklion. The ease at which the whole process was completed was appreciated.

Cons: We have ordered an automatic car, but received the manual one. They only said that we get bigger car for the same money. But we would liked to have a smaller automatic one. But as we needed a car, we did not started the heavy dispute and took the car they proposed.

Handling of the issue was excellent, we got almost new car in great condition next day and the staff was very friendly. Also the rental conditions were explained very clearly.

Cons: Fraudulent behaviour! I booked an automatic long time ahead. When arrived, they surprised me with not having a single automatic. By them not notifying ahead about not having automatic cars, I had no chance to book another car at another dealership at good a pre-booking rate.

Cons: We´ve handed over the car by an strange guy, we´ve ordered Peugeot 208, but finally we´ve got naked Skoda Fabia. Is was lucky to have a seats and steering wheel :)). Skoda was not in best condition...dirty in interior and lot of damages on the body. Company has required not only caution 700€, but also required to write down credit card no.! We´ve ordered child booster for my daughter, but for 60€ rent fee, we got some discount shit stuff, where was impossible to seat. :-((((

Told us where to drop the car off which was in a car park across the rd from the airport, told where to deposit the keys. All really easy and straightforward.

We were given a different car that did not hold the 3 suitcases advertised (but told it was still D class, which I didn't think was true...it was smaller). It was almost empty (1/8 of a tank and ended up leaving extra fuel as it's impossible to leave it exactly the same) and the maintenance light was on from the start. We had to leave the car in long term parking and the key in an unsecured cabinet. We were very worried about the car return.
