Pros: Lennuk hilines ja küsiti lisatasu auto väljastamise eest (5 minutit peale tööaega 22.00!).

Pros: Easy and quick drop off. The guy helping us was very helpful.

Cons: Additional charge for picking up the car after 10/10.30pm. We were a little late but this wasn’t helped by google maps taking us elsewhere for the office.

Pros: Easy pick up once we had found the depot, the telephone number of the oofice was supplied and had we needed to we could have phoned for directions. Asking at the airport led us to the hire station. The car provided was a higher mileage car, but it was very clean, in great condition and performed faultlessly. For the price we paid, it was great value.

Cons: they charged us upon arrival for my driving license being too new (less than 3 years) most of the time the system automatically rejects if the dates do not meet the criteria set. They charged us off road, as far as I know you are not supposed to track the car, which also did not have any damages. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Cons: we had problem with the fuel policy. we lost 25euros due to the electronic fuel indicator that was late in updating fuel level. the agent abbycar just answer "it's your problem"

Cons: Prix très intéressant au 1er abord mais problème de carte de « crédit » qui nous a coûté 250€ de plus sur place…supplément exorbitant et difficilement justifiable, et qui rend finalement la prestation plus chère qu’ailleurs. Véhicule Polo pas très rassurant. Le tableau de bord indiquait qu’il fallait faire une révision, mais le loueur nous a dit de ne pas en tenir compte… alors que nous avons eu des problèmes avec le levier de vitesse, qui nous ont fait quelques frayeurs.

Cons: I was disappointed with being charged €35 when I arrived at the service desk at 22:10 (10mins after office hours). The Abbeycar representative was not considerate when I told her that my flight was delayed an hour in Naples, even after I phoned them to say I would be arriving close to closing hours. There were quite a few people lined up with me at the same time, so the company was profiteering from a delayed flight. I understand that staff should be overtime, but €35 is hefty when 10mins late.

Cons: First of all, before continuing to work with this company take a little tour to their Google reviews. You'll find 200+ 1 star rating reviews and most of them with the se reason. They ask the customer to leave 350€ deposit to pick up the car, don't Inform about all the company policies and in the end keep the deposit for breach of contract. Apparently they control the car with GPS and if the car goes off-road, that's a breach of policy. It's an absolute SCAM. I am apalled you still your together.

Considering there are about a dozen different rental agencies in the same spot all with their entire fleets sitting there we had to go for a walk around. Normally that's fine, but it's a bit tedious when dragging luggage with you.

Cons: I'm splitting hair here, but I reserved a Nissan Quashqai and I got a Peugeot 2008, I know that it is common to swap cars with an equivalent or superior model. The new P 2008 felt superior in many ways (newer model), but it looked like a downgrade in term of boot space (400l rather than 500l). Eventually we managed to do almost fine with space despite travelling everyday to new locations with lots of baggages.
