Pros: The flight was delayed and abbycar was closed. Couldn't pick up the car. Try to call only to have my call denied. Waiting for refund

Cons: they charged us upon arrival for my driving license being too new (less than 3 years) most of the time the system automatically rejects if the dates do not meet the criteria set. They charged us off road, as far as I know you are not supposed to track the car, which also did not have any damages. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Cons: we had problem with the fuel policy. we lost 25euros due to the electronic fuel indicator that was late in updating fuel level. the agent abbycar just answer "it's your problem"

Cons: The attitude when returning the car was horrible and not nice. We were charged 477.4 euros for a scratch on the car that we did not do. A scratch that is on the lower side of the front left bumper (a scratch that is hard to see if you don't bend down). when we pick up the vehicle they did not told us that there was a scratch as mentioned and they didn't give up on us when we returned the car despite our explanations and requests. Cons: I was disappointed with being charged €35 when I arrived at the service desk at 22:10 (10mins after office hours). The Abbeycar representative was not considerate when I told her that my flight was delayed an hour in Naples, even after I phoned them to say I would be arriving close to closing hours. There were quite a few people lined up with me at the same time, so the company was profiteering from a delayed flight. I understand that staff should be overtime, but €35 is hefty when 10mins late.

Cons: First of all, before continuing to work with this company take a little tour to their Google reviews. You'll find 200+ 1 star rating reviews and most of them with the se reason. They ask the customer to leave 350€ deposit to pick up the car, don't Inform about all the company policies and in the end keep the deposit for breach of contract. Apparently they control the car with GPS and if the car goes off-road, that's a breach of policy. It's an absolute SCAM. I am apalled you still your together.

Cons: The location was incorrect on Google maps and that was all we had to go on. Considering there are about a dozen different rental agencies in the same spot all with their entire fleets sitting there we had to go for a walk around. Normally that's fine, but it's a bit tedious when dragging luggage with you.

Cons: I'm splitting hair here, but I reserved a Nissan Quashqai and I got a Peugeot 2008, I know that it is common to swap cars with an equivalent or superior model. The new P 2008 felt superior in many ways (newer model), but it looked like a downgrade in term of boot space (400l rather than 500l). Eventually we managed to do almost fine with space despite travelling everyday to new locations with lots of baggages.

For a few days they have not responded to my emails, I will have to file a complaint with the local authorities and report a possible fraud to the credit card manager for the refund of the amount.

Cons: I have hired the full insurance, and still I had to pay extra when i arrived, for car towing services, handling paperwork, etc. Also, there was a note saying "NO OFF-ROAD"... in Crete, where some beaches only have access through unpaved roads.
