Pros: Very friendly staff, did everything to help in spite of internet issues.

Cons: They were having difficulty with the internet due to the weather so collection took a long time especially when it was 4 degrees and raining sideways.

Pros: Drop off was easy and very fast (no issues)

Cons: The rented car was supposed to be with air conditioning, but it was not working. At pick up the tank was empty and I was little nervous to find quickly the first petrol station.

Pros: Car was old, a light went on which hadn’t been brought to my awareness when I received the car. The remote control for the doors hardly worked

Pros: There is a small marking in passengers door that would come of with a light polish They charged me over a $1000 aus dollars as they said they would need to re spray the whole side which is ridiculous as I picked up the car with many imperfections elsewhere that obviously have never been repaired They took advantage of my urgency to catch my departure

Cons: The agent lied about my already purchased full-protection insurance. And said that it wont work unless i buy the full protrction that they offer . Car is old, needs too much fixation and not worth the amount paid.

Pros: The car was delivered with 2/8 tank instead of full tank which is a condition of rental arrangement. Furthermore I was forced to pay the deposit by not the Credit card that I paid for rental fee but with a separate Credit card. This situation is not normal and I suspect that there is an intention of a fraud. As a matter of fact my deposit has not been released after 5 days. I have returned the car with 2/8 tank and with no damage at all.I have full insurance with DC, I plan to claim my deposit.

Cons: As explained above I am not satisfied with the attitude and services of OK Mobility. Furthermore the rental car was quite old not even having a rear camera, not any parking aid.

Cons: Intimidating, aggressive, attitude. Bullied into taking their excess insurance by threats and warnings. No Satnav available. Gave no indication of having expected us at all. Ended up with a very basic Fiat Doblo. Felt worn, clutch was awful to operate, passenger window switch missing so window couldn’t be opened. Have hired cars many times in many places. Would never use these people again or recommend them.

Pros: They were prompt.

Cons: The car had a check engine light on when we started that we were told had been checked and was fine. Then it stopped working during our rental and we had to walk through town to find a battery to change in the fob so that it would start - it delayed us by 90 minutes in the hot weather with 4 kids and no ability to go anywhere.

Cons: I was allocated a VW convertible which was in the lot but the rental rep then tried to sell me the insurance cover - when I refused as we had already taken out through discovercars he then crossed out the car details and changed the car to a 20 year old Suzuki jeep in very poor condition; rust, dirty and worn interior, faulty electrical mirrors and seatbelts that did not retract properly.

Cons: It was one time experience never again, car with empty gas tank which of cause you cannot return in same condition , making noises and the agents made us add 80 Euro for full insurance and when I said I already have one , they said go ahead and call them , any scratch on the car we are taking the deductible from you , when I looked on the car I could find a place that I can put an new scratch on it. I paid additional 80 euros to avoid the problems with the deductible which is 1100 euro.

Pros: very fast service

Cons: They didn't check car condition together with me on arrival, I found a defect after one hour and reported it

Cons: I did not like that whereas I opted for the full support - coverage package, I realised that I had also to buy full insurance locally, otherwise I had to provide as guarantee 1600 Euros for one month.

Pros: Spoke English, was informative, provided warning on what to look out for and was generally very helpful.

Cons: hard to find at the airport. the receptionist wanted 1500 euro deposit on a card and we declined so he said ok ill settle for £120 all a bit suspect and untrust worthy. want very helpful quite rude

Pros: They have decent cars in good condition. Don’t expect new cars as you’d normally get in other European countries, maybe it’s a thing in Greece as I notice other rentals are providing the same.

Cons: The provider is Ok Rent a Car by OK Mobility which was printed very finely. We missed that out and took us 20mins at the rental area just trying to find it. They should’ve made it clearer.

Pros: Nothing. The operator was closed when we arrived to collect the car and there were not contact details.

Cons: Everything. The company should not take a booking at its closing time.

Pros: Speed with which they dealt with pick up and drop off. The car was bigger than I expected and we’ll used but we didn’t mind that.

Cons: Gave us the wrong size of car. Told us we needed to wash the car before bringing it back (which we did) but don’t expect to do that with a rental car!

Cons: ervice was not acceptable, it was down to Us to mark the marks on the car and the lady at the service desk was more interested in smoking than the condition of our cars. She wasn’t very helpful and it was late and night and we had young kids and a baby. The car was lucky it even moved, it was in such bad condition

Cons: We rented an automatic with full-to-full but on arrival we were given a manual with only a quarter of a tank. This resulted in us losing money when we returned the car with more than a quarter of a tank in it.

Pros: On drop off the agent set up a cab for us.

Cons: The automatic car that we reserved was not available. We were asked to pay for an upgrade for an automatic. Once an automatic was found, after at least a hour, it was a downgrade but there was no compensation. In fact we were told that it was a 5 passenger car despite there not being a middle back seat belt.

Cons: I got empty fuel, i think you should provide full to full

Cons: Abrupt and unfriendly staff. Dismissive of concern over the type of car we were getting. Promised to be open at 08:00 on day of drop off but were nowhere to be found. Had to leave car and key with adjacent agency that promised all would be fine, but got no document attesting to return.
