Cons: We recently booked a car with your company, expecting a VW Golf or something similar. At no point was it indicated that we would receive an “E-Class” category vehicle. We specifically paid a higher rate with the expectation of a faster and more powerful car, but instead, we were given an underpowered vehicle that struggled even to drive uphill. We ended up paying almost €580 for a car that did not meet our expectations and was not in line with what was advertised. Nowhere in the booking process

Cons: They gave me a car with no ac and it had many scratches and very dirty from inside out , after we called them and. Told them that the a c doesn’t work, they asked us to come back to their office to fix the ac ,We had to drive about half an our back to the office to fix the ac and they told us it will take half an our to fix . And after awhile they decided to give us another car which salsa needed cleaning and it didn’t have any water for the windshield wipers.

Cons: The proposed price was a tipping point for choosing WheeGo, but it became irrelevant, due to the conditions spelled out in the terms of reference... Made a reservation, pre-paid the rent on-line, yet additional safety deposit of EUR 800 was due upon pick up. Since my Credit card expired (on-line card , cash, debit card wasn't accepted by the leaser, only option was "purchase the full coverage of insurance risk" which was even more then the 11 day rent charge 280rent +350 insurance- ridiculous

Pros: Very little. We booked Wheego, but it was dealt with by Monza. Wheego didn’t seem to exist. First agent (pickup) friendly but tried forcefully and with dire threats of expenses and no assistance to sell me extra insurance. Car didn’t break down.

Cons: Airport pick up directions wrong. 10mins walk, waited an hour for transfer. Bus for 8 crammed 12 people in. First car offered had no parcel shelf. Second car was a scratched wreck. Done over 80000km. Displayed engine oil warning and when I insisted on check they just reset it. First gear problematic and we were in Crete which is mountainous. No warning triangle, no first aid kit, no fire extinguisher (needed by law). Agent disputed scratches on return but there were photos to prove prior state.

Cons: I was expecting to have a car from them, I've been picked up from another rental car, Monza rental car. They were very aggressive trying to sell a full insurance coverege, I've done it just to be peaceful considering that reading reviews of other ppl I saw that if you don't do it they charge you at the return of the car for inconsistent scratches. They give me a car that was a mess, super dirty and with 2/8 of fuel. At return I had to insist to have a sign on the contract to confirm the return.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece - Crete Island.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
