Pros: Great service.

Cons: The car had a broken reverse chip.

Cons: Shabby car, 64 thousand km, strong sweat smell inside the car, warning message requiring car service soon

Cons: had full cover but still got battered to take out more cover ...very hard sale ...paid for a satnav ..had to ask for it ...given a little old one that did not work then another old one that did not work then given a tomtom this one worked but an hour and half driving the sat nav fell off the bracket and would not reconnect as it was for the first small satnav could not be bothered to drive back to Gomega Cars

Pros: L'accueil de Gomega avec navette aéorport ultra rapide

Cons: le prix avec l'assurance ajoutée avant sur la site en prime une voiture pratiquement neuve à recommander +++

Pros: Agents were not pushy on extras (often very annoying) but did mention what was available very clearly in case we wanted it Car was clean and in good condition. Apart from a speedy 3 minute shuttle back to the airport the best thing was on return there was what appeared to be a mark where someone else had opened their door into ours. They were good enough to not charge us. Highly recommend Gomega.

Cons: niets

Pros: Service was excellent...pick up and drop off to airport was well received.

Cons: All good.

Pros: all was great. very quick turnaround at pick-up/drop-off

Pros: Very friendly, efficient service, no troubles during drop off trying to make money and also no insistance on wanting to sell an insurance during pick-up. All around great service and good value for money!

Pros: It was very easy and everyone was really nice!

Pros: free shuttle to and from the aitport and nice staff

Pros: Reactive and kindness

Pros: Friendly and efficient 👍

Pros: Very recent new car

Cons: Nothing

Cons: There was not so much fuel when getting the car. It was late and there was nothing open to get fuel.

Pros: Smooth process, quick pick up at the airport and check in was fast. Friendly and helpful staff. I actually preferred that the rental was slightly outside if the airport busy area as it made for a more relaxing check in / check out prices and driveway was stress free. Great car, excellent value for money.

Cons: Nothing, everything was really high standard

Pros: Very new car and agent took high care about damages, so everything was really fine during pickup. Agent was also very friendly. They sent us a video on Whatsapp so that we could find the pick up spot very easy.

Pros: Reliability, punctuality, I felt like I gained peace and self-confidence.

Pros: The price was really good. I also took the full insurance, just in case. The process was easy and communication was great before we arrived, but also when we got there. The car was almost new, but not a model I was expecting.

Cons: The whole experience was ruined a bit because of the provided child seat. It was dirty and unsafe - it was missing the important insert for smaller babies (which does come with a new seat) and they did not install it according to the instructions. I had to wash the fabric the next day and add pillows to make it work for our son. When I called, they only offered to visit them to get a new seat - for me that was 2 hours of driving in one direction. That was disappointing.

Pros: Good service, no hassle friendly and close to the airport. Budget friendly.

Cons: Fuel policy, car was 5/8 on fuel, I prefer full to full.

Pros: Cars are clean, relatively new. Pickup and drop-off were fast, staff friendly.

Pros: Drop off and pick up outside the airport. Friendly helpful staff

Cons: Car didn’t have screen wash in it

Pros: Fantastic service, easy in & out, and a great car at a great price! We really appreciate the assistance from the staff, especially Christos & Katerina who handled our 2 rentals while on Crete, and Eirini who was helpful during our return.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The Gomega team was extremely helpfull, and everything went very smoothly.

Pros: Great agents

Cons: Outside main airport and drop off.

Pros: The trust, that I didn't have to give any money as an insurance (that is in other firms).

Pros: Staff is mostly very friendly, efficient and helpful!

Cons: Only that upon arrival, so when picking the car up, one member of staff bluntly barked at me: "We don't have water!", which is contrary to what I know their policy is, namely a bottle of water for each customer! Fortunately that person is already gone, no longer working there! So although that was slightly unpleasant, Gomega on their own initiative took appropriate action to improve customer friendliness!

Pros: Exceptional customer service.

Pros: The staff were proficient, friendly and extremely helpful

Pros: The local office were in touch just after we landed and were very prompt in meeting us at the airport. The driver was very friendly and the journey to the pick up point was a couple of minutes. Drop off was also very efficient with a call in the afternoon to confirm drop off time

Cons: Having landed late at night the pre-release check on the vehicle seemed to take forever with the Gomega representative taking pictures of every part of the vehicle. This seemed particularly excessive for a car that was a number of years old and had many scratches and minor dents reflecting it's age.

Pros: Extremely friendly

Pros: Super punctual! Very nice people! Helpfull!

Cons: The comunication system ! The text and video they send with location where to pick up. The drop off was so easy!

Pros: Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Pros: Their whole service was exceptional from beginning till the end. By far the best, most competent and friendly car hire we have ever had! We will definately only go with Gomega again! Thank you for making our holiday just perfect!

Pros: Quick rent and drop off. Good price for car.

Cons: First 2 days the car smelled horrible. We bought some air freshners and changed the AC in the way that it takes air from outside instead of recirculating the air in the car.

Pros: New car, full coverage insurance was offered and advised but without pressure. Friendly staff person.

Pros: Quick and friendly service

Pros: Everything was smooth and as expected. The video to find the pick up van was very useful. Car in perfect condition.

Pros: There contacted us to ensure our flight was on time and good clear instructions of how to find them outside the airport.

Pros: Gomega, were excellent. They checked the car over, walked us though the cars operation and were professional throughout. Check-in was quick and speedy as was the trip to and from the airport. All in all highly recommended.

Pros: When we arrived at the Rental Desk there was no queue so the pick up was fast

Cons: We wait more than 25 minutes before gomega shuttle came to pick us up to the rental desk

Pros: Reliable, answer immediatly by phone if any question, clear contract well explained, nice staff, and the car was new and very clean.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: They did not inform us of the strange anomaly in the Toyota Yaris. 1 out of 5 times it does not start unless you push the clutch very firmly to the floor board. We thought for 2 days that we had a problem with the battery.

Pros: Excellent

Cons: Excellent

Pros: What I like about gomega was the agent Yanis was helphul taking care of the problem that the car had.

Cons: What I didn't like about gomega was that I arrive at 11pm with my family and I pickup a car that the air condition was not working and the youngster agent said it was working that I just need to run the car which was not true.He should have given me another car. I had to return in the morning to have the ac repaired. Yanis was the agent on service and was very helpful.

Pros: Easy to check in and to return. Friendly representatives, the cars are well taking care. Recommend agency!

Cons: Pay a little bit more attention to any scratches on the vehicle.

Pros: Great communication via WhatsApp, smooth pickup and drop-off at Heraklion Airport, very clean and reliable car. Everything went as promised.

Cons: Nothing to complain about — everything was great!

Pros: Good info upfront and a very nice and informative app message. Pick-up was arranged swift.

Cons: -

Pros: No hassle, was quick and easy

Cons: The car wasn’t the best, had some issues with it but not enough to really affect us

Pros: Very good service, and good personel.

Cons: There is areas you cannot drive, and they seemed very strict with delivering back the car in a clean condition. I had to handwash the car because of this. As a turist living in hotel you don't have access to Water hose, so it was difficult and time consuming.

Pros: I ordered a car with full insurance. When it turned out to be a lie, I had to add a lot of money to the order I placed through them because when they sold it to me, it was worth 0.

Cons: I ordered a car with full insurance. When it turned out to be a lie, I had to add a lot of money to the order I placed through them because when they sold it to me, it was worth 0.

Pros: Amazing service

Cons: Nothing, couldn’t fault!

Pros: Very friendly staff and helpful.

Cons: The only thing - our car had an engine fault and went into limp mode. According to the agents, it's a known fault with that car (Seat Leon STW diesel). It did mean we had to pull over, with no air conditioning and 2 young kids in the car, causing some mild distress. However, it was easily fixed - the agents just told us to turn the engine on and off 3 times.

Pros: Perfect cooperations perfect car super services

Pros: Fast pickup and fast drop off

Cons: They gave me the worst car in their shop....a junk! I had to turn off AC so the car could have power to go uphill.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the agents were really helpful and kind . The car was amazing brand new . Would definitely recommend

Pros: Loved the amazing service & beautiful comfy car! They picked us up quickly & provided cold water. 1st rate service! Good price & no problems!

Cons: I have nothing negative to say!

Pros: Special thanks for Zoi she was very professional and Hands-On and didn't let me forget my duties .

Pros: The people that work there are very helpful and kind

Pros: Personal, friendly service. Car new and spotless. The icing on the cake was the little video via WhatsApp showing exactly where to go after leaving the airport terminal. Nice touch!

Pros: Kõik toimis nii nagu oli lubatud DiscoverCars kodulehel kui autot broneerisime. Aitäh 🤩

Pros: Very friendly, no hidden tricks or charges. Extremely honest with bumps, scratches and fuel level, even pointing out stuff I'd missed to make sure there were no issues on return. Very clear and responsive communication.

Cons: Exterior was quite dirty when collected (though interior was clean). Lots of scratches and a few dents (which they were very fair about pointing out though). Wasn't the car I was expecting - similar but probably not as nice.

Pros: Brand new car with only 650 km. Clean and superhelpful staff

Cons: All good

Pros: Excellent service,local family business,very helpful staff,best price,new cars!

Pros: They were very helpful by sending a video of where to meet them at the airport, then shuttled us there. The car was in excellent condition and perfect for our trip and everything was explained really well. We forgot to write down the address to return the car to before we left, and they responded promptly to let us know where to drop it off, which went without a hitch.

Cons: Nothing, the service was great!

Pros: After providing the evidence of the damage prior to my hire they were quiet understandable and helpful.

Cons: Trying to charge me for a damaged which was already there before i hired. Didnt do the paperwork properly. Had i not made the video i would have end up paying for it.

Cons: The hard sell of waiver insurance was annoying, as was their requirement to return the car clean “to enable an inspection for damage”. This insurance was approx 2/3 the cost of the rental which seemed excessively expensive

Pros: They were very helpful when my car battery die on me.

Cons: Feeling the pressure to purchase additional and unnecessary car insurance. Also, I wished our agent showed a little more enthusiasm or smile when he checked us in or when he checked us out.

Pros: Professional car rental service.

Cons: None

Pros: Great service, everything works smooth. Good communication over Whatsapp

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: They didn' t recognize the full coverage made with Discovery cars and I had to pay €140 plus the €77 that I had from the original reservation. They said they would charge €50 for a flat tire plus €100 for picking me Up. Also the credit card money of €490 was going to be blocked between 25 to 30 days, so I ended Up deciding to pay those €140 extra so they didn' t block my card for a month!!!!!

Pros: Very professional team.

Cons: Nothing really. A bit crowded at pick up but it was holiday season so not a big issue.

Pros: The agency were efficient, welcominig and helpful

Cons: I selected a car according to the boot size, but got a car on the same level but with smaller boot size. This should be improove

Pros: Excellent service and car. Thank you.

Cons: Car was in good condition but high mileage and previous model however given the price paid I was very satisfied

Pros: Very professional, quick and polite

Pros: Easy to use, great vehicle and great customer service!

Pros: Friendly and helpful representatives even though we landed late. Great communication from them as to where to meet, including pictures. Car as expected, plenty large enough for five of us and very good fuel consumption.

Pros: Proper information provided by staff members.

Pros: Super agence, je recommande, bien mieux que les grosses sociétés. Avec des employés au top du top

Pros: Very helpful staff and nice new cars.

Pros: Kindness, efficiency, availability… perfect!

Pros: GoMega pick up and drop off were easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Like that they have arrangements to drop the car off at a different location. Insurance coverage sounded so much better than what we have had before. Luckily we didn't have to test that.

Cons: We had one small issue with the tire gauge sensor. One must have been bad. It would have been good to know that before we rented as I'm sure it was reset. It was hard to find a working air pressure system to check. Communications about it with GoMega were fine. Tires aren't covered under the insurance, but it wasn't an issue since it was just the sensor and had nothing to do with our driving it.

Pros: I have the best experience regarding gomega. Very good service. Polite staff. Answer all my calls and answer all the questions.

Cons: Nothing bad to mention.

Pros: Fast, efficient, correct! The condition of the car was excellent.

Pros: Easy to use

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Kind, quick and honest.

Pros: Excellent!

Cons: Exceptional!

Pros: Highly recommend this company.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like

Pros: Nice welcoming staff, flexible and professional

Cons: The GoMega office is located several driving minutes from the airport. Even the fact that we notified them we are coming earlier due to flight schedule changes by the airline company - nobody was waiting for us and we needed to borrow a cell phone to contact them.

Pros: Gomega was reasonably priced and staff was very helpful. Heraklion (Iraklio) airport and environs are confusing, and they helped out. Buying their insurance on site was helpful, they bundle with airport drop off and removes the security funds hold.

Cons: Took longer than i expected to pick up the car, because I had to find the pick up van across the street, and traffic was crazy. Worth it though.

Pros: Very friendly team. Smooth check in and check out.

Pros: Professional, Pleasant, Efficient & Accessible.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Car was clean.

Cons: Tire pressure sensors were always beeping and I kept constantly filling all 4 tires. Passenger side windshield wiper wasn't cleaning up the windshield. AC didn't perform 30-40 minutes after starting the car (even with internal air flow on). Almost had to pay for scratches on a car I didn't make because I brought car quite dusty and all scratches became visible (those weren't visible when car was freshly washed)

Pros: The staff were helpful, friendly, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with.

Cons: Important to request a 'fully Automatic' car as some European cars have an in-between gear system.

Pros: Easy, straight forward, transparent.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The staff was very kind, flexible and efficient. After explaining the optional insurance plans we chose a different plan and they enabled the transfer to an alternative plan. After having a slight incidence with another car they supported us effectively over telephone and whatsapp and the insurance rep arrived on site within less than an hour.

Pros: Super simple and easy experience. The people who transferred us and helped with the rental were all really great and friendly.

Cons: Nothing - it was all great.

Pros: Communication, pick up at the airport and everything else.

Pros: Brand new Nissan Quasqai

Cons: 2 min by shuttlebus to the lot. So not too bad

Pros: Friendly and very helpful

Cons: when we eturn the car , the representitve was "unhappy" that the car was not clean like we received it. he told me that I have to bring it back in "good condition" which means (as his speaks) clean inner and outer ... this is the very first time I heared that (and I rent many cars around the world) I have to clean and wash the car befor droppig it off... it was frustrating. But the most ugly thing was when he show me the driver cove mirror, telling me that it was broken, which was a bad lie.

Pros: Fast,kind,new cars,clean cars,simple..

Pros: Perfect service

Cons: Very kind staff

Pros: Excellent company!Good price!New cars!very friendly and helpful staff!!!No hidden fees!I would definitely rent again with them!
