Pros: I called for the 15th or 20th time until suddenly someone from the company answered me and told me that she was taking care of it and would get back to me. Over 30min passed and they don't call me back and they don't answer me anymore. I started asking people at the airport where the company is to pick up my car and there was no answer. After walking 1 km at the airport with the luggages in the heat, terrible frustration, losing patience, sweating in the heat and no answer.

Cons: I decided to go to the drive365 address that listed in the contract- discover cars. I paid to taxi 20€ . Arrived to the location and suddenly Oto Car rental is there no drive 365. After I ask people from this company- Oto- they gave me number of someone from the company drive 365 that come to us at 10:30 am. Only on 11:15 I start my drive after Huge delay of my trip, wasted money on a taxi, frustration, and sweat during all..

Cons: Le loueur de voiture était un voleur. J'ai été chargé de la totalité de la caution pour un dommage qui n'existait pas sur la base d'un document non signé, avec une fausse date et sans aucune photo à l'appui. Il a simplement attendu que je parte après le check out pendant lequel il n'a fait aucun commentaire pour inventer un dommage dont, comme c'est pratique le montant des réparations était exactement celui de la caution.

Cons: It looks like drive365 is trying hard to be on the level, and it goes smooth on picking up, but drop off experience was bad. We arrived earlier and it took 1.5h from the first call and several phone calls untill person in charge appeared. The gentleman was too much concentrated on finding imaginary scretches (the one we agreed to ignore, as too small and hardly visible, but insisted to make an act for buttom "damage" (in front driver side, few scretches 1-2mm dip on bottom protector)

Cons: Just an small detail to be improved, regarding the pick up: Make a clear indication where to find your people. Try to indicate a reference more specific than arrival exit. It's to generic. Maybe something like a map and send it over WhatsApp or just a meet point like at taxi spot...

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece - Crete Island.
