EXER at Crete Airport Heraklion

Pros: The men who arranged the transport from the airport to the exer were customer friendly.

Cons: Not much. The pick-up took a long time. They indicated that they had not received our online check-in. And the tried to scare us so they could sell out extra insurance. And the car already had a lot of damage. So it was extra careful to check whether everything was already on the forms before we took delivery of the car.

Pros: Nothing since I didn't get nothing except headache.

Cons: Obsolete practice to accept only credit cards + there is a lot of negative reviews for this company online. I am not the only one scammed this way.

Pros: Obtained a car.

Cons: Woman when picked up car was irritating and worked hard to extract more money from us. Drop way too long. Not impressed with car.

Pros: Very incorrect company: 1. they didn't have the car we ordered available 2. we had made 2 reservations in the same name and they refused to change the second one, had to cancel and make a new one we agreed to everything but when they said they don't accept debit cards we were already extremely outraged. We have declined their services. We asked for a refund of the amounts we paid in advance and they refused as we paid to Discovercard not Exer. as a result we have lost 2 * 64,70 euro (129,40

Pros: Car was ok and price inexpensive.

Cons: Difficult to find the agent, very slow to deliver the car. They want to convince you to make an insurance with them even if you already have one by discovercars, saying that it's very difficult to claim online, that discovercars doesn't cover everything etc.. Lies. They then found some damages (we couldn't recognize the damage. If there was, it was very difficult to see with human eyes) and they were very rude. Luckily we bought the discovercars insurance that worked prefectly.

Cons: Terrible experience. They’ve asked 80€ to clean the car from the sand! They’ve asked 185€ for a PLASTIC hubcap stolen from the car in a public parking.

Cons: - voiture intermédiaire très bas de gamme - interdise carte de crédit/débit française, donc cela ne marchera que si c’est écrit crédit sur votre carte - Quand j’ai pris l’assurance gold pour débloquer la situation de la carte de crédit, on m’a fait payer l’assurance gold complet alors qu’ils savaient que j’avais une assurance. Quand j’ai rendu la voiture, un autre couple français avec le même problème s’est vu proposer l’assurance gold avec des garanties moindres et donc moins chères.

Cons: There is no sign for rent a car or bus shuttle at the Heraklion airport. Time spent for picking up the car was too long.

Pros: EXER was a great company for me. Satisfied all my requests, gave me a (smiliar) car to which I ordered and did not try and charge me for anything extra (so far). Overall great experience

Cons: It was slightly confusing finding the shuttle kiosk (as it's not labeller EXER) and getting to EXER. Once I understood, very simple :)

Cons: Double insurance at EXER. Agent at EXER explicitly told that insurance of Discoverycars wont work - still were will be additional cost like administration cost for 74euros etc. Still 100 euro deposit wasn't returned

Pros: Very good, called them and they showed up in minutes, car was ready, even got an upgrade for the same price, they were not pushy with the insurance, good experience. Dropped off the care off hours, they were there, checked the car and in 5 mins I was shuttled to the airport.

Cons: The baby seat that we got was not a good condition. I asked to return the vehicle about an hour or two later due to a flight delay, and the company did not agree, so I had to wait at the airport for 5 hours after the drop-off.

Pros: easy fast pick up and on delivery just throw the key in a drop box.
