Alma Car Hire at Crete Airport Heraklion

Pros: I liked all, easy to work with.

Cons: -

Pros: Great service, nice staff

Pros: The Gentleman at the pick up was great!

Pros: The car was exactly what we wanted. It was quite okay even if its condition was not the best, but still was okay.

Cons: It was not a trustful look and feel, they blocked 300€ for not allowed beaches what was not communicated before. I have decided to pay for full insurance after I have seen the crazy traffic and the car hire "office".

Pros: חיכו לנו לאחר שעת הסגירה תמורת 20€

Cons: רכב ישןןן מאדדד מזגן לא הצליח לקרר ללא שום קדמה טכנולוגית

Pros: Friendly operator.

Cons: A little bit of a find but only 5 mins walk.

Pros: Their staff were really friendly and kind. They were also thorough and made sure everything was correct with our paperwork.

Cons: Nothing really, the car was just a bit older I guess. But we had a great time on our trip and the car worked well.

Pros: Friendly service

Cons: Drivers window switch faulty. A/C temperature occasionally stuck on HOT, had to turn off vehicle, leave for 5min for system to reset. No aux input or Bluetooth on stereo, only CD. Was unaware that €950 balance needed to be available on credit card, so was unable to collect vehicle at time booked and had to return following day, once balance was freed up on credit card.

Pros: Fast drop off

Cons: Very old and very bad quality car was handed over. Very loud noises in suspension, which made it terrible to drive

Pros: היה חסר אויר בגלגלים

Cons: In 6 days i had to change the car 4 times, as they kept on breaking down, the cars were old and under maintenance

BRAVO !

Pros: All good. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Pros: Very pleasant people, understanding

Cons: Car was dirty inside , damaged,

Cons: Car is dirty. Tank is only quarter full.

Pros: Staff was nice and productive. Process was quick.

Cons: I dont understand why i need to pay 20€ (in cash) if i drop the car before the office opens. Its just parking the car and leave the keys in a box. No one was there. It feel like an un necessary thing. If you need to bring someone especially to receive than ok. But that is not the situation. That is the only thing that bothered me about this situation. All the rest was really fine.

Pros: Staff was friendly and went smoothly.

Pros: Friendly

Cons: The tires and the airco could be bether

Pros: honest helpfull and good

Pros: Clarity, availability, professionality

Pros: Very kind and collaborative agents

Cons: High price for the not booked car

Pros: They were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The value of money for the car we got.

Cons: Very old car (second gen Toyota Yaris, so latest 2005). 2 out of three seat belts on the back missing. Was provided a faulty child seat. The car had a strong smell of naphthalene.

Cons: It wasn’t specified on thé plateform and on the phone that we should pay with a Credit care or not a debite care. We had to pay 130€ of taxes more ! :(((((

Pros: Nice people

Cons: The car was dirty, we were driving at night windshield was very dirty inside and out so need to stop to clean. We had no visabilaty. Car was old, unable to adjust side mirrors.

Pros: They had a very good attitude and were helpful.

Cons: The cars were old. One had to be replaced due to a broken part in the rear door.

Cons: The car is very old, different of the photos and the agency airport is difficult to find. There are some restrictions of area circulation which prohibed to entrance in some beaches.

Pros: Nice easy fast :)

Cons: I could not find the e actual alma rental on google maps it could help a lot :)

Pros: We were delayed for some time awaiting collection of our luggage (in the middle of the night) but the agent kindly waited for us.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: Kind stuff

Cons: The car was old

Pros: Easy, no hassle. Agent spoke good English an he didn't try to upsell us anything.

Cons: Car was a bit tired. Rental desk was difficult to fined.

Pros: Fast and problem - free transaction

Cons: All right

Pros: Our rep was wonderful. We knew we needed to be ther within 2 hours of the resevation and when we found out the ferry time had changed we called and alerted them and all was good when we arrived.

Cons: Nothing ALma and thier reps were great! wonderful company.

Pros: Great value

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Car was dirty and I was afraid it might not have been given a good review after the last person checked it in.

Pros: Fast and economical

Cons: Old car not well maintain

Cons: La voiture est son état en général

Pros: Nothing. In hindsight the pick up was probably so quick because they rush you through soo that you don't notice the bad condition of the car.

Cons: The car was in terrible shape, engine filthy, no water for windscreen wipers, rusted, hand painted, old yellowed lights which did not shine brightly at night. Overall terrible and likely unsafe condition.

Pros: Good price

Cons: Hard to find their office “hidden” behind other car rental companies. When I needed to use the Fully comp insurance they essentially said it was not their problem!

Pros: Very easy and fast, no problems

Cons: It is a little hard to find, the sign is small and its a bit further than you expect.

Pros: Efficient friendly staff

Cons: Didn’t get the car we ordered. There was a problem with the engine. An intermittent problem which reduced the power of the engine making it difficult to drive.

Pros: The original car started displaying an engine warning light. The rental representative arranged a replacement car which was delivered to our town (and it was a nicer car than the original one, so it felt like an upgrade).

Pros: Pickup/ drop off was ok.

Cons: Nothing to say more. Never again

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Almost impossible to find the rental area, because the sign has 6 companies on it. I did not get the car I reserved (Nissan Qashqai) but a smaller one (Skoda Yeti) which meant the suitcases had to be fitted The car was filthy and clapped out, with a broken windshield washer fluid reservoir, and the windshield itself seemingly coated with butter. The baby seats were also completely used up and of course no easyfix attachments.

Pros: Value for money

Pros: The office personnel were kind and explained everything well

Cons: The car that was provided

Pros: Vriendelijk personeel

Pros: Easy pick up drop off and quick

Cons: Too old car in bad condition

Pros: It supposed to be a new Toyota aygo instead we received a very Old Ford focus at least 15 years and car with lots of minuses: No Bluetooth connectivity, the buzzer wasn’t working, very slow o hills …. It was a disaster!

Cons: I called the provider from the plane to warn him that I would arrive close to closing time and they answered me saying there was no problem. they then charged me extra for after hours service.

Pros: Alma car Hire strongly not recommended. Bad experience

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Good price!

Cons: Too detailed car checking at pickup.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I did not like any aspect.

Pros: Is not possible to rent a car with 90.000 km in a island with 600 km of routes.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: I was lucky the car worked

Cons: This was nowhere near the quality of a rental vehicle we expected Paintwork pealing, scratches and paint chips everywhere, windscreen wipers dirty, the list goes on and on…

Cons: The car was an overpriced vehicle that would be better suited to being on scrapheap challenge than being rented out. The worst thing (I don't mind a load of scrapes on rental cars: I expect it for some territories), but the interior really stank of smoke. We didn't notice it so much when we picked the car up, as it had just been driven beforehand. However each day we went to use it, it almost made us feel ill for the first half hour we were in it. Worst case I've ever rented

Pros: Very nice people

Cons: nothing

Cons: Car condition, after 10

Pros: Fast efficient and friendly staff

Cons: Car was a little bit rickety, but it did the job. Disc brakes need to be checked

Cons: A paid for astra or similar a recive a very old Suzuki. Baby set was I think from late 90' -just terible , dirty and UNSAFE.

Pros: The people working did their job effectively

Pros: Friendly and professional staff; quick pick-up and drop-off

Cons: The car didn’t let us down and was fit for the road. However, the car was over 10 years old and was most probably previously involved in an accident (no airbags, visibly low-cost repaired bumpers, on-board computer broken).

Pros: Rien

Cons: Voir ci dessus

Pros: The service provided by Alma car hire was fine, easy/quick at collection and drop off.

Cons: The car we were given was old, had done 82,000 miles and wasn’t in great condition. It was expensive for what we were given.

Pros: Short pick up and drop off time. Nice agent. Close to the terminal. Easy to find. Car change was fast.

Cons: The first car we received was bigger than we booked but it was old and overall impression was bad.

Pros: Nothing. When we collected the car, the employee walked around the car and didn't document any of the damage whilst claiming the car was brand new. We had to insist on repeating the inspection slowly (still on a busy road) and point out multiple damages to the car (please see next box)

Cons: Upon returning the car, the same employee (before we'd even got out of the car) called us over and claimed we had scratched the car. The scratch was minimal and on the underside of the car. This had not been inspected when we arrived. He would have to be lying down to see this which implied he knew it was there the whole time. Scam! We had to argue our case and were only told it was ok if we promised to leave a good review. I didn't feel comfortable leaving a review until my money was returned.

Pros: The personal, the quick response on the phone, when calling, the money back for the deposit, and not trying to scam. The guidance and kindness of the car rental desk representatives.

Cons: The tank was not full on arrival. The car was a bit more dinged up, and scratched than anticipated, and also of older fabrication then anticipated. USB-Input not working in the car, so charging a phone or playing music through USB was not possible.

Pros: Quick and easy pick up. Car was the right size for our large family. Was an older model but did the job.

Cons: Good customer service. Relatively quick pick up and very efficient drop off.

Pros: Personal service !

Pros: Pick-up and check out was easy. We got a very good deal on the car for 2,5 weeks in Crete. Car was not new but everything worked as a charm and we had a great time with it driving around the island! Check-out was also quick and easy. Would hire with ALMA cars again.

Cons: At pick up they thought I had a higher rental rate and tried to charge me this rate at first. But I had the rate from discovercars and they corrected the rate to this one. Was a bit strange but I think it was an honest mistake.

Cons: We were told a agent from the company would meet us at the port to return the car. We even paid for a drop-off outside of regular business hours. We waited for 1.5 hours and an agent never showed up, nearly causing us to miss our ferry. Poor communication and the agency never picked up the phone when we tried to call for 1.5 hours!

Pros: Friendly staff, quick service

Cons: nothing

Pros: nothing

Cons: Dear Sir/Madam, from the very beginning we were given the option to choose one of two vehicles, a small Skoda or a Toyota Avensis, we chose the Avensis because it is a larger vehicle but it is also more than 10 years old and over 100 thousand kilometers, Two days before the return of the vehicle we had an accident where we were hit by a motorcyclist in the front left bumper, considering that it was obviously not our fault and that the motorcyclist was driving very fast and overtook us across the

Pros: Simplicity, efficiency, friendliness

Cons: N/A

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: When I saw the car they gave me I wanted to make reclamation because I ordered Hyundai i20. In our argument they insisted that I ordered Hyundai i20 or similar and they didn’t back down. But anyhow I still think similar should be similar and not a crappy 10+ years old Opel Corsa.

Pros: Very friendly

Pros: It was Profesional. The most affordable site for renting a car

Cons: But we didn't get car that we was booked. It says this car or similar. So we get similar. Ok condition of car.

Pros: Hassle-free check in and check out process

Cons: all good

Pros: The staff was nice and all so bothing wrong there but considering the car was unsafe to drive I will say that they should not be allowed to rent out cars on discovercars again.

Cons: Unsafe car to drive, it was the worst car I have seen in my life. We have been traveling for 8 months now around all over the world and we have not been near to see a car like this. This should not be rented out and I should never have accepted the car.

Pros: I believe that service is tested when there is a problem and alma was excellent at resolving this issue . Our car got stuck at a beach one hour away from Herakleion and they arrived in one hour with a new car and we could drive away from there. Very good and fast response. Thank you for that.

Cons: There was a scratch on the passenger side front panel near the ground. The Alma Car Hire representative stated it was likely “just from plants”, but then charged 300 euro in damages. He stated it wasn’t a big deal because Discover cars or insurance would pay for it. If it was from “just plants”, then it was simply related to regular use of the vehicle, not damages. They then tried to get less money if we paid it in cash, which we refused. Overall, a terrible experience.

Pros: Booked Clio Diesel (model not guaranteed), got Clio Diesel Caravan (I consider it as an upgrade, free of charge). Definitively a huge plus for them! Employees at picking up and dropping off very kind and efficient.

Cons: The car had over 60.000 km and seemd to be not in the best condition anymore. But the space provided and relatively low consumption (made quite some kilometers) almost outweighted that... Maybe some more detailed instructions about how to find the rental desk would be helpful (I've had to ask at the desk of some other provider).

Pros: Accessible even with late flight.

Cons: The general condition of the Nissan Micra, driver seat very used.

Pros: My arrival was at 100 (am) and the desk was available to rent the car. Great service.

Pros: Friendly staff, good and quick explanation

Cons: /

Pros: Nothing. The parking area was difficult to find. The employee was unpleasant. The car had an overpowering odor of mothballs or something of the sort. The car was given to us with an empty gas tank. This was the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had.

Cons: The parking area was difficult to find. The employee was unpleasant. The car had an overpowering odor of mothballs or something of the sort. The car was given to us with an empty gas tank. This was the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had.

Pros: Missing a plug to connect our phone. So helpful for gps... and battery!

Pros: Very nice staff and accommodating.

Pros: I over all happy with the service, our Agent "Georg" was a great guy and very helpful. we had a few minor issues but it handled nicely. called a couple of times my call was answered right away with a great respect. Thank you for everything!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff when picking up the car and returning the car (flexible about returning one day early in the city center), reasonable rates if you don't mind outdated cars, and minimal service.

Cons: Cars really outdated, support when getting a flat was minimal and the cost of the new tier that we had to advance has not been returned. Even after promising they would - which makes them unreliable in my opinion.

Pros: ס

Cons: The vehicle was dirty, the vehicle was in bad mechanical condition

Pros: Easy, local agency, no fuss. Cars are a bit dated, but actually perfect to blend in and not have to worry about a little scratch here and there. Cars work fine. Nice staff, looked at our family and got us a bigger car than ordered.

Pros: Reasonably hassle-free.

Cons: We were given an older and smaller car than I expected (expected a Suzuki Celerio of Fiat Panda, was given a Toyota Aygo).

Pros: Nice chap. No hassle

Pros: Nice people.

Pros: The customer service, the car quality and cleanliness

Pros: The service was good enough.

Cons: We rented an 8 seater van. What we got was an old workers van with tools still inside. Inside was demolished. Clutch was about to blow at any moment. No working radio or USB. A catastrophe. If we hadn’t landed at 22:30 with my elderly parents in Heraklion, we would have made a stink. But they were tired and we had to find the hotel. Disastrous. Lesson learned: if something is too good to be true (price), it is.

Pros: Uncomplicated and efficient

Cons: Condition of car. i.e. constant warning regarding technical issue.

Cons: The car had 80k km and was damaged on all sides of the car. I did never receive a car in such a state from other rental companies.

Pros: Excellent quality of the car, drop off and pick of easy. Great price

Pros: Easy and serious about administrative part

Cons: office quite difficult to find

Pros: Everything was very quick

Cons: Everything was a bit too quick. Going over the car for existing damage, being told to sign paperwork and take a large deposit without fully explaining things beyond "it's normal, it's ok" was a bit stressful, but there were no problems in the end.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing+

Cons: Quality of car and attitude of staff - this is what you get.

Pros: Fantastic service. Quick and efficient

Cons: A little bit hard to find but would not let that deter me from renting again.

Pros: Laid back approach. Didn't try to sell me additional services. Car was ready for collection.

Cons: Struggled to find their office. Car was okay but it was dated and the cigarette charger did not work, which meant I could not charge up my sat nav. Otherwise okay.

Pros: Ничего

Cons: В прокат дали не ту машину

Pros: The staff was friendly and spoke good english

Cons: The car was in bad shape, the cluch was so bad i hardly could drive, i drive manual drive all my life and havent got worse car. It was cigarette smell in car.

Pros: Quick to pick up and did not push additional insurance

Cons: The car was supposed to be a mini size as there were just two of us and we got a 7 seater Picasso. The car ran fine but was massive for Crete roads. It cost us a lot more in diesel than we expected. The air con was stuck on the passenger side and wouldn't move from 14 degrees. The boot catch was broken. The seat belt warning sounds came on several times during the hire. We did not get a choice. It was this or nothing

Pros: The pick up was good. Quick and efficient.

Cons: Alma drop off person tried to scam me into paying for a scratch on the car I had proof I did not do. I took a photo of the exact scratch when I picked up the car and had a timestamp as proof. Without this, Alma would have charged me for it. The guy even argued with me on the phone about it before I sent him my photo evidence. If you rent from these people, MAKE SURE you cover your own a** and take photo and video of the car when you pick up. Nobody at the drop off office at 7:30am either.

Pros: Quick good service.

Cons: Car was a little worse for wear, no parcel shelf.

Pros: Arrived 3 hours late (12am) but staff were very friendly and understanding. I wasn't charged for late night pickup like some companies do.

Pros: I did like the speed of picking up and dropping off.

Cons: Very old car compared to my experience with other car rental companies. Sometimes, I was afraid if the car will move. Also the car was not clean with sand in the boot.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff!

Pros: Very clear instructions on finding the rental desk. The car was new and very clean. The stuff was very friendly and helpfull.

Pros: cheap

Cons: a premium economy car being 20+ years old

Pros: The lady was very friendly and efficient.

Cons: The boot wouldn't shut on the first car and it was a bit battered in general. The guy spent about 10 minutes trying to un-jam the mechanism with a screwdriver before the lady called over to say give us a different car. The guy seemed happy to send us off with a dodgy boot that might not close or open

Pros: Available to help, no questions asked

Cons: Car was a bit old with a few issues, nothing major.

Pros: Simple and fast process

Cons: Nil

Pros: Agent was very professional and help us in all ways

Pros: They were quick and professional. The car was as promised plus it was almost brand new so it had all the convenient features (CarPlay option for iPhone was a very pleasant surprise!). Drop off was also quick and easy.

Cons: It was a bit of a hassle to find them among many many other booths of the car rental agencies. We had no previous instruction where they are so we had to ask around.

Pros: it is not easy to find the desk

Pros: Quick response to complaint

Cons: Having a dodgy car in the fist place.

Pros: Quick service and friendly

Cons: CAR was up for maintenance

Pros: the car was not very clean internally or externally but had just over 1/4 tank of fuel so that was OK but it was an older model vehicle and the rear vision mirror needs replacing as a matter of urgency

Cons: difficult to locate within the rental complex yard. Suggest you post a photo of the small office on the website where we are able to identify the location rather than wandering all over the lot, looking for it! Better still, get the airport to print a template showing where all the rental firms are located!

Pros: Easy pick up close to the airport.

Pros: nulla

Pros: Perfect

Cons: Perfect service

Pros: Very efficient and polite.

Cons: The car was really used a lot.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Aggressive staff Cars in bad conditions

Pros: We're willing and helpful staff to resolve problems.

Cons: The engine management of our first car was indicating a problem when we picked up the car, but was told that this wasn't anything to worry about, just that the fuel on the island is poor. The problem got more serious when the engine cut out into our trip. A further fault was that vibrations could be felt under braking (it felt like the rear brakes). The replacement car was better, but the rear brake shoe was worn, leading to a grinding noise under braking.

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Cons: The car looked like Jeremy Clarkson had driven through the Amazon on a Top Gear challenge

Pros: Mike was very friendly and communicative, met us at 4 am when our flights had been delayed and replaced our car when the other broke. Would use again

Cons: Warning light for engine fault going off often

Pros: friendly

Cons: nothing

Pros: It was a car.

Cons: The car was old and worn.

Pros: Simplicity, speed, brief explanation, price.

Cons: The age of the rental car...I was expecting a newer one.., buut - but THE RENTAL CAR WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL!!!

Pros: Fast, efficient and friendly.

Pros: Evwn if the mistake is yours, or If there's a problem, they'll help you with it

Pros: The service was great, kindness, time efficiency and fair .

Pros: quick pick up and drop off. Friendly agent

Pros: Very friendly and efficient. Best car rental I have used in Crete. Will go straight to them next time.

Cons: Car was dirty and told I had to pay $20 euro more to drop off at port. Agent said website was wrong, but forced me to pay.

Pros: When we found them they were courteous and friendly.

Cons: Had to pay €50 extra because of arrival after 9.30pm when in theory the office shut. We arrived at 10pm and even the member of staff queried the high charge. Car left quite a lot to be desired!

Pros: A quick check-out

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Not much!

Cons: Car was a very old Ford Focus that had scratches and dents all over it. Air conditioner was not very good.

Pros: The car was Ok.

Cons: I was not allowed to take out insurance for the car with them. It was said that the damage would be charged to the deposit. And if I have travel insurance, then they're right.

Pros: After the first car broke down we were provided a second car fast and easy. The second car was something that we should have picked up in the first place.

Cons: The first car we picked up had a broken aircondition and the car engine broke down after a few days

Pros: Efficient and straightforward

Cons: The representative when dropping off the car tried to suggest I had caused a scrape on the rear passenger door which I could prove was already there when the vehicle was picked up. The cynical side of me asks if this has been tried numerous times given the number of knocks on the car which if paid for by insurance why have they not got repaired?

Pros: Came with an empty tank. “0” on gas meter. That was the situation with all 3 cars we took.

Pros: We didn’t have to wait..

Cons: The car.

Cons: First I was told car was coming. Then I was told car was a 'nice' Yeti parked outside. The Yeti was filthy, beaten and broken everywhere... No other car available so I took it. Central lock wouldn't work and - most times - neither key so we had to open the car from the inside after opening driver's door. Several lights came on and off on the dashboard. I had rented a Qashqai or similar model... THIS WAS A PIECE OF CRAP FOR NORMAL RENTAL CAR PRICE

Pros: As above efficient service

Cons: The car had a few issues in particular the drivers seat slide around and didn't lock in well.

Pros: When the car broke down they came and replaced it within 2 hours of reporting it.

Cons: I originally booked a Toyota Aygo or similar with air conditioning, and I was given an ancient Fiat Panda with no air conditioning.

Pros: Friendly personnel. Cars were very functional and operated well.

Pros: Timely arrival and departure.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Efficient

Cons: I didn't like the car at all But it did the job so it's ok

Pros: Friendly and accommodating service

Cons: The petrol gauge did not work properly

Pros: Quick service compared to other European countries

Cons: They tried to give me a car of smaller category and insisted that it was the category I had booked. I booked opel Astra or similar and the initially showed a Peugeot 207. When they realized that they could not convince me they brought a Ford Focus, old and tired.

Pros: Friendly people

Cons: Totally different car than expected.

Pros: During our rental we had a problem with the air conditioning. They went out of there way to bring us a different car the same day and far from Heraklion. Also made an effort to find us at one of the taverns even though we were not with our cellphone.

Cons: I booked a "Ford Focus or similar" and the agent gave us Toyota Yaris claiming it is the same class. No, it definitelly is not. Only after pushing back several times he brought a car of the class we booked. I call this a scam!

Cons: It is confusing to work out who exactly we were renting a car from. Alma Car Hire - I think - were just the desk where we collected from.

Cons: Cars were run down and dirty, many broken parts. Not worth the money paid at all. The rating given on Discover Cars is totally untrue and incorrect - should not be more than 3-4 out of 10!

Pros: Brilliant pick up/ drop off times. Car ultimately was reliable.

Cons: Car was not the model we were told we would have and was VERY old. Car was so scratched and old that we were told that as long as we didn't hit a mountain goat we would be getting our deposit back!

Cons: Aircondition didn't work. We tried writing them but no response. No Bluetooth, car was old

Pros: Friendliness, condition of car

Cons: Time spent at pick-up

Pros: Friendly, were really helpful & relaxed

Cons: Didn’t get the car we were expecting

Cons: Service-guy on drlivery was border line agressive and msking threats if i do not pay they have my card details snd they will charge whatever they want

Pros: Great value compared with main international brands

Cons: There was no pick up point at the airport labelled Alma car hire, contrary to instructions. Had to ask several other companies where to go. In reality a different company actually provided the car and agreement, not Alma. This made it all a bit confusing. But maybe you get what you pay for.

Pros: Genuine people, great service

Pros: Great staff friendly and helpful

Cons: Terrible old knackered car totally worn out and partially broken inside, drove fine. 3 different warning lights came on. One continually. We were told - don’t worry! Which was ridiculous and not helpful. I chose a fuel full to full option on booking but on collection it was return empty! That is a scam, I voiced my disagreement but was told I had no option. It is not acceptable to do this. Nice staff, rubbish car, expensive, and fuel was a deal breaker.

Pros: Not much

Cons: Ordered an auto and they didn't have it ready on site , had to wait a long time for it to arrive , dirty upon arrival and car was aged with sat Nov removed

Cons: Car was old, not cleaned and not worth the money, broke down. Second car slightly better but also dirty and not cleaned between customers.

Pros: efficiency for car drop off (even if they did not give me any receipt)

Cons: old car, tank almost empty when I picked it up

Cons: I was really hard to find the hire rental desk and then we had to wait around for a while for the car whilst in the searing heat.

Pros: Staff were very friendly but the girl serving us just giggled a lot as I think she was embarrassed to be hiring out such a knackered car.

Cons: The car

Pros: Staff were friendly

Cons: The car we had was very old and tired. It was so old it didn’t have isofix bar for kids seats. The car did the job but the rental cost was more than the value of the car.

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Very old cars

Pros: they are very friendly , give very good service ,very satisfied,no complaint at all.

Pros: fest service Nice and polite

Pros: Awesome customer service and super kind people! Easy pick up and drop off. The car had a few scratches which we made note of and we’re not charged for. A few of the buttons were getting stuck on the dash but nothing too bad. Bluetooth was easy to set up. The car was a little slow when shifting (automatically) between gears, but overall very easy to drive. Also — awesome prices! Best we found at Heraklion airport by a landslide.

Cons: Everything was great! Just the few notes about the car above.

Cons: Why is 800 EUR deposit given back after 2 weeks. We have full insurance.

Cons: 60000+ km car

Pros: Car was in very bad shape, gear system was not functioning well; not a car that should be rented to customers. Very low quality. Car was not clean. Many defects and old.

Cons: Low quality car. Not value for money.

Pros: The rep was friendly and did not try to upsell the insurance.

Cons: The car (Hyundai I30) was very basic, well worn with plenty of small dings that we had to point out to avoid being charged on return - the aircon didn’t work and there was no cruise control, reversing sensors or phone connectivity. It was expensive for what it was
