Pros: The customer service guy was very helpful.

Cons: Wrong car, poor condition, excessive mileage, inadeqate power for the road and mountains in Crete. Inadequate notification given to rental outlet (Apollo).
Pros: Very bad experience, I had already booked insurance but they told me it wasn't covering everything. Then I paid 100euros more and they told me all scratches were covered. I took just a few photos as they told me it's typical as it is covered for scratches. When I returned the car they "discovered " a small scratch and told me I have to pay administration fee of 72 euros! Finally they didn't charge as because we were Greeks (!) Cons: see above - cars heavily used, dented and scratched, in poor mechanical shape. We received it with an empty tank. We were told to document the scratches and dents ourselves with our camera.

Cons: The car was old, kept turning the tire air light during the rental (and I put air), the ac was noisy. I felt that the car was needing some maintenance. For all my travel rentals, this was the second worst car that I got.
Pros: There is nothing that I enjoyed about my interaction with AddCar/Royal.
Cons: It started when I was repeatedly pressured to purchase "Full Coverage" insurance with the Supplier even though I showed proof of having purchased it beforehand through Discover Cars. Further, the Supplier repeatedly tried separating their company from the "Broker" (Discover Cars) company by stating my contract was with the "Broker", not them (addCar/Royal). I was ultimately charged for damage to the rental car for what I believe to be a false claim and a dishonest way of doing business.

Pros: The lady who dealt with our rental was so friendly and informative, even offered to have someone pick up my forgotten coat from my holiday accommodation, nothing was too much trouble all done with a smile would definitely use again

A young driver fee of 12.40 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 26, with a maximum of 62.00 EUR per rental.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
