Cons: After intake I had to pay extra because of airplane delay. Although I mentionef this weeks before I still had to extra. Also they want to charge me extra at the desk because I am 65 years. ???? I had no incidents for 40 years and now i am discrimated because of my age. But the employee changed my birth date as a special service 😇

Cons: Car could do with some maintenance. Handbrake did not hold on any nontrivial slope, a tire had a slow leak, check engine light was on and I was instructed to simply ignore it.

Pros: The Sterling representative was very helpful and patient with the form completion. He also took time to clarify the particular commands of the car, a model type I haven't driven before. Upon returning the car the process was quick and easy. They even reserved an airport cart for the luggage we had! Thank you Sterling! I will definitely use their service in the future.

Cons: Only one very very minor issue...pickup was late at night and the infotainment system was set to a language I did not understand (my issue I suppose). It would be helpful if settings were tailored to the customer or at least an explanation on site of how to change. On the journey warnings were displayed that caused me some consternation.

Pros: Good communication, even though the car have some scars it drove very well and was economical. The AC was lovely and cold.

Cons: A renter should have a schedule of any defects already noted on the car, not rely on the customer to pick every single item out especially when collecting in the dark. Because you know you may get charged if you miss something.

Pros: Overall, friendly and otherwise efficient service. Would have preferred the fuel tank to be full on collection. Only 1/4 of a tank. Difficult to gauge when returning vehicle.

Cons: We arrived on a late flight (11pm) and did not exit the baggage hall until midnight. The Sterling car rep was difficult to locate and it would have been easier to spot someone with our name on a card, rather than holding the small logo sign that she had. I had to ask other rental company reps to help me locate her. Also, when we reached the rental desk we were asked for cash to clear the final payment balance, which we had to find a cash point for. Not convenient at that time of night.

Cons: I booked a full car insurance at discovercars for a fixed price. The officer at sterling cars wanted to provide/sell an other full car insureance, which was about 50 Euros over the cost of discovercars. Maybe he tried to find someone stupid.

Cons: Arrived to the kiosk, they looked at the front and back of my credit card and said they couldn't accept it because it didn't have the word "credit" on it (says Business Platinum Awards). They said, however, that they wouldn't even need to use the credit card if I paid double the remaining fee (€130) instead, that way excess would be €0. And I could pay that with my credit card that they wouldn't accept otherwise. What a scam!!! I found another company that accepted the card a few kiosks down.

Pros: Un service simple et facile, même en cas d'arrivée tardive, on nous appelle à l'arrivée de l'avion et on nous attend.Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons: La 1 ère voiture fournie avait les freins qui vibraient mais on a pu la ramener et ils nous l'ont changée contre une autre. Pas de soucis ensuite pendant 3 semaines.
