Pros: The best Thanks again

Pros: Not a happy customer at all as they force you to pay more in order to get the full protection you had contracted with DiscoverCars.

Cons: Bad experience and a rip off!

Pros: I think it was OK, relatively easy to find in kaos of Heraklion airport , drop off process was fast

Cons: waiting time during pick up was long, agent pushing really hard to buy full insurance.

Pros: The best in Crete

Cons: Nothing

Pros: A car with over 90k km and covered in marks from a hard life

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained things well.

Pros: Easy process helpful agent

Pros: Car at airport and great value for money.

Cons: Slightly difficult to find but did so in end,

Pros: Friendly and professional staff. The car was in perfect condition and very clean.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Got the car fast.

Cons: Asked for a Polo, received a C3. Car in a real bad condition. The personal almost forced us to take another extra insurance and threatened us to pay 400€ for a 3cm scratch in case that would happen. No choice to pay more otherwise they’d have found something to make us pay. Those people might have a partnership with the fuel station close by. I asked the guy to fill it up completely and the fuel gauge doesn’t go to the max. Which means right cars could say the customer didn’t fill it up.

Pros: Quick and easy

Cons: Very one was helpful

Cons: Charged me for damage I didn’t do. The pick up process is to blurry and leads you to miss existing damages ( pictures sent on email after the pickup when I signed, they dont check with you , not polite. I would avoid it and take it off your list of partners

Pros: fast car rental great price

Pros: The ability to fill in details before getting there

Cons: Service recicived when we were there

Cons: Couldn’t use an Amex as my deposit

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: -

Pros: RC car rental company was a big scam. As they tried to charge me pre-existing damages that I poo were pre-existing before the pick up. They still didn’t stop them to charge me £600 on my credit card that is being challenged. The worst current experience in my life and I’ve been renting cars around the world for a long time.

Cons: RC car rental company was a big scam. As they tried to charge me pre-existing damages that I poo were pre-existing before the pick up. They still didn’t stop them to charge me £600 on my credit card that is being challenged. The worst current experience in my life and I’ve been renting cars around the world for a long time.

Pros: Like...? Theh Are not helpfull and actullay Are very rude.

Cons: The got very mad and shouted when i asked for a newer car

Cons: I liked the car but I did not like feeling pressured into paying Right Cars nearly £200 for full insurance when I believed I had already paid for this with Discover Cars.

Pros: Excellent car, the staff in the airport was very friendly and the prices were amazing!

Cons: nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: Exceptional. Car was brand new and clean. Everything went smoothly. Check-in was fast. I recommend.

Pros: I was given a new car in a very good price.

Pros: Friendly, fast service, they helped me setup the Bluetooth

Pros: Initial car was defective, so another car was delivered without any complications to our location.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: צוות נעים , תמיד עם חיוך ותמיד עוזר כל הכבוד לחברת ההשכרה על עובדים כאלו.

Cons: Amazing stuff

Pros: Car had a mechanical issue. We had to exchange it. Lost a few hours going back to airport to do so. The next car provided was newer hence nicer to drive.

Pros: Nice car , good price and no surprises after drop off.

Cons: Car given 6/8 of fuel, need to return the same , it can be easy if it was full

Pros: Helpful

Cons: The only car left had feebke air con and feeble acceleration

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude staff Slow customer service Fraudulent attempts to claim for vehicle damages - no communication, zero evidence or invoice

Pros: All perfect. Nice people very helpful

Pros: Location and price.

Cons: The time it took to get and deliver the car. How they tried real hard to sell us an insurance we didn't want. That they tried to give us a car with a missing backlight-they ought to check things like that. That they tried to blame an old scrath (there were many!) on the car on us when we returned the car. Lucky we had taken a lot of pictures when we picked up the car. That gas was not full to full, but just back to whatever was in the tank. Not good when they clearly don't trust their clients

Pros: Lovely staff, chrissa and Efi fully explained the operating of the vehicle before I drove away, yes there's a deposit of you don't take full insurance but that is absolutely standard in the trade. Drop off was quick and fully checked and no problems found thanks everyone at RC rental will use again

Cons: Nothing other than all the negative reviews I'm puzzled by because the t&c are there to read, you either have your own excess insurance or you take RC's bad reviews are something personal I know but a lot were ignorance of the terms & conditions

Cons: I paid gof yhevhite car and purchased insurance online for peace of mind. When collected the car the lady told me my insurance was not valid and I would have to pay her. I explained I had already paid insurance so was not prepared to do this. She said if k had any accidents she would dale the money from my credit card and the insurance I had paid for would likely not pay out. She was so rude and literally ruined my experience and holiday.

Pros: Rien.

Pros: Nothing.. third party agent .we booked a polo... Got an aygo... Was chaotic at right car the agent who supplied the car. Misleading about insurance cover which has cost us a fortune now for a tiny surface scratch. Also car agent charged extortionate admin fees to process .agent had picture of rim ready upon return as if expecting marks. Probably buffed out before for minimal fee.

Cons: Nothing. Very unclear costs and info relating to small print hidden costs. Not clear at time of booking online that insurance cover is not really insurance at all.

Pros: The drop off was quick. Chronis was helpful. The agents were kind and smiley. The car was new.

Cons: I cannot complain for anything. Indeed there are too many companies around. So might be complicated.

Pros: I cannot complain for anything. Car was nice and new clean the agents were friendly drop off easy and they also offered to take me to the departures. I would go back.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything went smoothly.

Cons: Nothing to worry.

Pros: Efi was great! Thanks guys"

Pros: All went ok. I bought their insurance cause I wanted to be relaxed. Process was ok George was very nice to me. I would go back

Cons: Nothing to be honest.

Pros: I got a nice car in a great rate...the agent was very nice...iam so happy!!!

Cons: Nothing really..

Pros: The agents was very helpful .the car was in perfect condition. Easy to find the office if you read the voucher. Value for money i will definitely rent again in the future.

Pros: the guyz there were so much helpfull and friendly.

Cons: N/A

Pros: Incredible price and for what we paid surprisingly the car and the service was spot on

Pros: Service was perfect! Chrysa, Angela and Maria were very helpful and willing to help me with all of my questions.

Cons: The cars were very cleaned and new.

Pros: Everything was polite and explained everything to me clearly. Nothing sus, no hidden charges. Easy to find office, clean car. Super good experience

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: I rented a car in a very low rate. The desk was not inside the airport but with the instructions and Google maps I found it easily within 3 min walking. The car rental companies are all located just across the arrivals. At the desk I got a free upgrade to Citroen c3 in a very good condition. They offered me an insurance at the desk but I have my private insurance with my credit card. The fuel policy was like to like. The car was clean. I would go back. Overall was a good value for money.

Cons: I can’t say that there was anything that I did not like.

Pros: Walking distance to the airport, a smooth process of collection and return. The car was spotless & in good condition. The agents were nice!

Cons: I had some difficulty locating the exact pickup spot and once I did, I had to wait in the blazing sun outside the small office room for my turn.

Pros: A éviter surtout a bannir même j ai perdu 48 euros de mon acompte et j ai du louer une autre voiture le lendemain tout ça pour des raisons totalement infondé personnel pas aimable même vindicatif

Pros: Nichts

Cons: Tracking. Versteckte Gebühren. Nicht kunden orientierte

Pros: Friendly service, we had to stay a day longer and we sorted it out over the phone.

Cons: wyłudzają zakup dodatkowych ubezpieczeń. samochód prawie bez hamulców i z końcówką sprzęgła.

Pros: I got a clean working car.

Cons: It was hard to find the rental company. The route to their office is not clearly marked with signs. They're checking the car for damages into Extreme details. I didn't have any issues in end, but the amount of time spent investigating was way more than regular. Make sure you do your own images of the car when receiving it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Bad service, unfriendly service, bad cars without service, dangerous cars.

Pros: They did their job. It's Discoverycars.com that scammed me.

Cons: They did their job. It's Discoverycars.com that scammed me.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They took additional fee for insurance. And told me that they couldnt use my debit cart for deposit. But my card was suitable for this.

Pros: I have less comments to you discovered cars but many bad feedback to right cars. I don't think you should work with them. I orded a car in Cretes and paid for a full coverage expecting to receive a car with no issues. When I arrived there they tried to sell me a full coverage for a big sum of money and I showed them that I already paid for it but they insisted that I'm not protected. They didn't try to check my coverage, won't nice or pleasant. I won't order from RightCars again.

Pros: Price was reasonable

Cons: —Got smaller car than ordered —infant sit was broken and not safe —on pick up- they wanted to charge on another insurance (a duplication). —On return - they wanted to charge on a scratch that was there prior picking up the car.

Cons: In such hot location perfect Aircondition is a must and that was not the case.

Cons: We had chosen a car with 3 suitcases, but they did not fit. We had to purchase and pay an additional 160 EUR for insurance from the seller, even though we chose full coverage when booking https://www.discovercars.com/. We couldn't go to Bala Beach. We also paid a premium to return the car early in the morning but no one came or contacted us. After 50 min. while waiting we had to leave the car keys with other car rental companies near them because we had to fly out. Car rental (DC-5642343)

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: They staff is not returning the deposit back!

Cons: On return, they tried to blame for damage that was already present. Given the amount of time spent checking the car over at collection, they definitely knew what was and wasn’t already damaged. Fortunately, I also had photos as evidence. Obviously a good money spinner against the unwise customer.

Pros: Price, car, overall a correct business.

Cons: Pushing the extra insurance a bit too much. Finding desk.

Pros: Φιλικότατη, εξυπηρετικότατη και πολύ ενημερωμένη η Αγγέλα. Το αυτοκίνητο πεντακάθαρο και καινούριο.

Pros: The car was in Perfect condition

Cons: We needed to bring the car rather clean otherwise we need to pay extra. Not easy to bring a car very clean with no sand on the inside when there are beaches around..

Cons: Even the full insurance was paid to Discover Cars, the rental agents tried to sell another insurance.

Pros: I would definitely use this fantastic company again.

Pros: .

Cons: Normally Discover Cars is okay. But, RiteCars at the Heraklion Airport refused to even look at the photos that we took of the car, before we took picked it up. They charged us for damages anyway. I would not recommend them.

Cons: We booked VW Tiguan but we got Toyota C-HR. I think it is not the same category. RC offered us another insurance. We didn't accept it while we paid for total coverage. But they reserved from the bank account 1800 EURO if something happened. By the return of the car the lady was checking the car with the flashlight. We rent a car everywhere, but I have never experienced when returning the car.

Cons: Kept me waiting to pick up my car despite there being spare staff .

Pros: Nice, friendly representative

Cons: Old car, had many kilometers on it. Clutch wasn't working well.

Cons: The car didn’t have enough water in the radiator.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I wouldn’t ever use this company again. I treated the car the very best I could and was super careful. I made sure the car went back in a really good clean condition too and then I was accused of causing damage to the car but I hadn’t done it. I believe it was missed on the checks done when I collected the car but found when I returned so that I could be charged money and you make more money from the rental of the car.

Pros: Agents' Efficiency

Cons: Car's Condition

Pros: Local staff pleasant attitude and condition of car.

Cons: Distancing themselves from the site that I made the booking, when actually they should bare some responsibility for what the site offered.

Pros: Prima

Cons: Geen aanmerking

Pros: Quick and informative

Cons: Nil

Pros: Everything was smooth and as it was supposed to be.

Pros: Personel, car, responsivness,...

Cons: Slightly difficult to find rental cabin.

Pros: The staff was really helpful and polite. My flight had a huge delay and they waited for me outside working hours. I also booked the car at the last minute.

Pros: Vše proběhlo hladce, předávající milá…

Pros: The desk representative in Heraklion airport was charming and helpful.

Cons: The car was good, new and comfortable, but we booked for something else. Toyota CHR is an excellent car, but the windows are small and tall, our little children (4 and 5.5 years old) couldn’t see anything during the ride. We asked to replace the car, but unfortunately the company didn’t have options for us. It was very comfortable for us as adults, but not for the children.

Pros: Very professional and thorough checks.

Cons: Slight delay in picking vehicle up as it wasn't ready.

Pros: Car was adequate and functioned OK They were reasonable when the driver turned up with deficient paper work

Cons: Senior Driver fee charged in contradiction of booking agreement. Long wait to collect car due initially to insufficient staff but reserves did arrive after about 25 minutes.

Pros: Unacceptable, I have to pay more than 700 euros (discoverscars + rightcar) for renting a car simple car. And it was not mentioned this amount on your site. I will put you a bad recommandation on Google, to my friend and everywhere I can. You are thieves.

Cons: Unacceptable, I have to pay more than 700 euros (discoverscars + rightcar) for renting a car simple car. And it was not mentioned this amount on your site. I will put you a bad recommandation on Google, to my friend and everywhere I can. You are thieves.

Pros: Friendly staff. Car in good conditions. Good price.

Cons: Not able to pay the deposit with a debit card

Cons: We were dissatisfied with the high fee for early delivery of the car. We paid 30 euros unnecessarily, even though we did not use this service at the end, the money was not returned to us. I consider the fact that we informed the rental agencya day in advance that we will not use the early delivery by e-mail and sms and they did not answer us at all to be the worst. I don't want to imagine that we have an accident on the way and no one would react to us. We also paid higher amount for full insur

Pros: Good value for money

Cons: Difficult to find the desk

Pros: The car was clean but with a lot of scratches. Of course they were all marked in the forms.

Cons: The rental fee was a bit high.

Pros: They didn't accept the full coverage I booked with discovered cars. The girl who attended to us was a bit stupid.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient representatives upon collection and return, car in top shape, fuel tank full.

Cons: A bit tricky to find the office with the instruction provided upon booking - when you get to the "rental parking lot" entrance, just ask for directions.

Pros: New car!Friendly staff!

Pros: They were very nice, the car was new and in a great condition, and it was very enjoyable to use it and to drive it

Cons: Nothing, the service was perfect. It’s important to notice every single scratch and to show it to the service man before picking up the vehicle.

Pros: Good efficent hand over.

Cons: Trying to find their office.

Pros: Efficient

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The car had many scratches and is quite old so you can expect anything to happen.

Cons: Service was good overall.

Pros: The pricing was cheap.

Cons: Since the beginning it felt like they wanted to make more money from the car. We spend time checking all the defects of the car, but I'm sure the guy didn't noted one of them, for which I was charged on the return. I wasn't shown the report of the dents on the signing, so I'm sure he didn't mark it. Fortunately I had contracted a full coverage with Discoverycars.com and I could get my money back, but I will never rent another car from RightCars.

Pros: nothing

Cons: terrible experience as the agent apparently on-sold the car to someone else and when we arrived tried to find every excuse to cover his misdeeds including that we were no-show then driving license "had problem" and other nuisance. eventually we had to go elsewhere and pay more...
