That they tried to give us a car with a missing backlight-they ought to check things like that. That they tried to blame an old scrath (there were many!) on the car on us when we returned the car. Lucky we had taken a lot of pictures when we picked up the car. That gas was not full to full, but just back to whatever was in the tank.Not good when they clearly don't trust their clients

Pros: Lovely staff, chrissa and Efi fully explained the operating of the vehicle before I drove away, yes there's a deposit of you don't take full insurance but that is absolutely standard in the trade. Drop off was quick and fully checked and no problems found thanks everyone at RC rental will use again

Cons: Nothing other than all the negative reviews I'm puzzled by because the t&c are there to read, you either have your own excess insurance or you take RC's bad reviews are something personal I know but a lot were ignorance of the terms & conditions

Cons: I paid gof yhevhite car and purchased insurance online for peace of mind. When collected the car the lady told me my insurance was not valid and I would have to pay her. I explained I had already paid insurance so was not prepared to do this. She said if k had any accidents she would dale the money from my credit card and the insurance I had paid for would likely not pay out. She was so rude and literally ruined my experience and holiday.

Misleading about insurance cover which has cost us a fortune now for a tiny surface scratch. Also car agent charged extortionate admin fees to process .agent had picture of rim ready upon return as if expecting marks. Probably buffed out before for minimal fee.

Pros: I rented a car in a very low rate. The desk was not inside the airport but with the instructions and Google maps I found it easily within 3 min walking. The car rental companies are all located just across the arrivals. At the desk I got a free upgrade to Citroen c3 in a very good condition. They offered me an insurance at the desk but I have my private insurance with my credit card. The fuel policy was like to like. The car was clean. I would go back. Overall was a good value for money.

I didn't have any issues in end, but the amount of time spent investigating was way more than regular. Make sure you do your own images of the car when receiving it.

I orded a car in Cretes and paid for a full coverage expecting to receive a car with no issues. When I arrived there they tried to sell me a full coverage for a big sum of money and I showed them that I already paid for it but they insisted that I'm not protected. They didn't try to check my coverage, won't nice or pleasant. I won't order from RightCars again.

Cons: Normally Discover Cars is okay. But, RiteCars at the Heraklion Airport refused to even look at the photos that we took of the car, before we took picked it up. They charged us for damages anyway. I would not recommend them.

Cons: We booked VW Tiguan but we got Toyota C-HR. I think it is not the same category. RC offered us another insurance. We didn't accept it while we paid for total coverage. But they reserved from the bank account 1800 EURO if something happened. By the return of the car the lady was checking the car with the flashlight. We rent a car everywhere, but I have never experienced when returning the car.

I made sure the car went back in a really good clean condition too and then I was accused of causing damage to the car but I hadn’t done it. I believe it was missed on the checks done when I collected the car but found when I returned so that I could be charged money and you make more money from the rental of the car.

Toyota CHR is an excellent car, but the windows are small and tall, our little children (4 and 5.5 years old) couldn’t see anything during the ride. We asked to replace the car, but unfortunately the company didn’t have options for us. It was very comfortable for us as adults, but not for the children.
