Cons: Normally Discover Cars is okay. But, RiteCars at the Heraklion Airport refused to even look at the photos that we took of the car, before we took picked it up. They charged us for damages anyway. I would not recommend them.

Cons: We booked VW Tiguan but we got Toyota C-HR. I think it is not the same category. RC offered us another insurance. We didn't accept it while we paid for total coverage. But they reserved from the bank account 1800 EURO if something happened. By the return of the car the lady was checking the car with the flashlight. We rent a car everywhere, but I have never experienced when returning the car.

I made sure the car went back in a really good clean condition too and then I was accused of causing damage to the car but I hadn’t done it. I believe it was missed on the checks done when I collected the car but found when I returned so that I could be charged money and you make more money from the rental of the car.

Pros: The desk representative in Heraklion airport was charming and helpful.

Cons: The car was good, new and comfortable, but we booked for something else. Toyota CHR is an excellent car, but the windows are small and tall, our little children (4 and 5.5 years old) couldn’t see anything during the ride. We asked to replace the car, but unfortunately the company didn’t have options for us. It was very comfortable for us as adults, but not for the children.

Cons: We were dissatisfied with the high fee for early delivery of the car. We paid 30 euros unnecessarily, even though we did not use this service at the end, the money was not returned to us. I consider the fact that we informed the rental agencya day in advance that we will not use the early delivery by e-mail and sms and they did not answer us at all to be the worst. We spend time checking all the defects of the car, but I'm sure the guy didn't noted one of them, for which I was charged on the return. I wasn't shown the report of the dents on the signing, so I'm sure he didn't mark it. Fortunately I had contracted a full coverage with Discoverycars.com and I could get my money back, but I will never rent another car from RightCars.
