MONZA Rent a Car at Crete Airport Heraklion

Pros: Friendly service. Very easy pick up

Cons: The car was a bit old and tatted. However, that was not really a problem. It worked perfectly whist we hired it

Cons: They declined our creditcard, so we had to buy their insurance to get the car, which was more than what we payed for renting the car.

Cons: Everybody knows problems about the flights in this moment from naples to heraklion but is better for them take money and doesn't give the car. No correct for the customers.

Cons: Car was heavily used with scratches etc. but that is OK. Still, service was due soon per the car computer, one of the back tires was losing air (they hadn’t checked before delivery), there was no water to wash the windscreen (also hadn’t checked), check engine light was on for the duration of the trip (which they said is “normal” because customers use bad fuel, but still didn’t give you confidence to take a trip with the light on.

Cons: Car wasn’t ready was the wrong car and they were trying to upsell me to a different insurance which was a cash deal dodgy I felt.

Pros: Great experience with the car company! They were very accommodating when we arrived late at night, only got to them at their closing time. I called them and they waited for us, so that was great as well! Everything was fine with the car at the end and we felt very happy

Cons: We got insurance from another company via Discover Cars and didn’t opt in for Monza insurance. They tried to sell us their insurance as well, but we refused as we were already covered. There was no push back so that was amazing!

Pros: Great variety of cars.

Cons: After waiting in line and waiting for the documents at the counter to pick up the car, we waited 60 minutes. The car was in line with our request, clean, but not full. Delivered with less than a quarter of a tank. It marked full on the contract. When I asked for an explanation, the counter clerk responded rudely and arrogantly. Some people can't work at the desk, they should be in the rows behind. I don't want to add anything else so as not to be too mean by telling the truth. I work for the ABG

Cons: but the problem was that they ruined the experience by trying to scam me of 50 EUR when I was consulting about an early drop off. Our drop off was next day 21:00 but we asked to return same day 7:00 AM. Essentially, I said I will not pay anything because it was not in either contract. They pushed really hard to send me payment link or not return my deposit but I refused the payment. In the end, they did not charge me those extra 50 eur.

Pros: Liked the agents, the car conditions, the ease of finding the place

Cons: I didn't like the fact that they tried to overcharge me upon request of additional 12 hours, even after negotiation were they reduced their original offer by 50%, it was high.

Pros: The car was in a very good condition, almost new.

Cons: They are not happy if you don’t purchase their coverage plan.

Cons: Mileage and fuel level on rental agreement was different than the current one - but there was no problem with it when returning it

Cons: They were try to scam us for 500 euro to pay upfront, “in case there are troubles with the car”….not that we did it, but i have a terrible aftertaste with Monza… never again…. I wait untill i receive the reservation for the creditcard.

Pros: The pick up agent was effective and the car was simple but in good condition, and value for money was good.

Cons: When dropping off the car the agent wanted to charge us 100 euros for not having vacuumed the floor of the car prior to returning the car (which had some breadcrumbs and sand from the beach), and his behaviour was arrogant and unacceptable. I've rented lots of cars in my life and never encountered a situation like this...

Cons: The car was dirty inside and had many flaws, wasn’t modern, had no Apple Maps, et.

Cons: When we pointed out that we specifically ordered a stationwagon and got a smaller car than booked we were met with no solution and told that "its the same" - even tho the car we recived was a coupè with no chance of fitting four suitcases and a strollerbag.

Pros: Μου άρεσε περισσότερο η ευγένεια των ανθρώπων οι οποίοι ήταν πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Επίσης μου έκαναν αναβάθμιση οχήματος δωρεάν και το αμάξι ήταν καθαρό.σιγουρα θα νοικιάσω ξανά από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.

Pros: Καινούριος στόλος αυτοκινήτων σε πάρα πολύ καλές τιμές. Έχεις την επιλογή όταν πας στο desk για νά παραλάβεις το αυτοκίνητο , να βάλεις την full coverage που σε καλύβει στο 100% αλλά δεν είναι υποχρεωτική επιλογή. Τα παιδιά είναι όλα άψογα, εξυπηρετικοί στο μέγιστο βαθμό και πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε ο,τι τους ζητήσεις

Cons: Car was beat up and not clean. No washer fluid. Engine light came on almost right away, so it was probably knowingly cleared before it was released. Maybe we got what we paid for. Low price low quality

Pros: When arrive at the airport the office was closed. We went to another one and they asked us to wait for a shuttle. The shuttle drove us to a third office where we have been told to be late and our car was gone. They offered us a big car adding 350 euros. They were really unpleasant. We went to another place and lost 50 euros. Dont book with them!!!

Cons: Car was not safe. Lights broken on front and back, clutch on its way out, issued with NO PETROL(light flashing) and sent to local petrol station which was shut (we arrived at 1am). Agent was awful and couldn't care less. Upsold without asking if that's what we wanted. Contacted emergency number and customer services and was fobbed off on phone and by email. You need to remove this company from your website, they are a disgrace.

Pros: Wasn’t sure why I had to buy more insurance for the car! Was surprised that it was two different prices. It was 250 euros if paid by credit card for this added insurance or I could have paid 200 euros cash. Not sure if this was a scam or not!

Cons: Credit card with mentioned « credit » is required In France we use credit card with mentioned « debit » So we had to pay 160€ for the insurance, Monza refused to take my credit card for the caution

Cons: It would be helpful to know that the rental desk is not at the airport but serviced by a shuttle and a bit further - I came from the opposite direction to the airport and was then taken back by a shuttle van while I could have just entered the location on my way iof I had known the real address.

Cons: Il servizio "stesso livello di carburante". Trovo più serio il pieno/pieno. La macchina presentava diversi graffi ed ho dovuto fare molto foto per tutelarmi. Per tutta la vacanza ho temuto che mi accollassero danni pre esistenti. Devo ammettere che così non è stato.

Cons: On returning the car the company had gone. No one was available to take the keys or check the return of the vehicle. I have been required to block my card to ensure the deposit isn’t taken. We had to ask someone else from another agency to take the key & sign the paperwork. They then removed all the branding from the car!!!

Cons: Only issue being empty fuel tank on collection, rest was great
