GreenMotion at Crete Airport Heraklion

Pros: On top of exceptional friendly and professional customer agents, the car was modern and in very good condition - and the pick up and drop off was right in the arrivals/departures area - no shuttles needed

Pros: These guys were good. Never heard of them but it all went smoothly.

Pros: Embarrassing to drive.

Pros: Location of desk is comfortable.

Cons: Bad car condition, impatient representatives, greedy price addons. I would avoid renting from them again in the future.

Pros: nothing green motion The worst company we have ever rented a car from it

Cons: The air conditioning didn't work, so it was a nightmare to travel by car; The car is old, half an hour drive after receiving the car; We got stuck on the road because the car overheated because it lacked water. On the day of returning the vehicle, the flight was delayed, so we followed up on the return of the vehicle, and informed about it, but the company charged us 60 euros for the delay

Pros: Nothing to tell

Cons: The car was terrible. Very old. And it was the worst car I have ever rented. I have never got a car in this condition.

Cons: Given we picked the car from an airport where flights come round the clock and personnel are already present to attend to customers, why would we be charged a late fee (beyond 9.30pm) or early fee before 8am - if we're bound by flight timings. We understand these are odd hours but the staff is not coming in only for us. Charging each customer 25 Euro for each such instance seemed like an avoidable expense to be passed to customer. Also, the choice of cars was very limited.

Pros: Service was impatience and unpleasant.

Cons: I didnt get the car I ordered. I ordered a manual car, and I received a automatic car.

Pros: easy car return

Cons: I got and paid a car which I didn't got

Pros: overall everything is quick

Cons: The women whos renting a car refuse to sign the rent contract for no reson and if i am not happy with that sugested to cancel the reservation and find another company, i think it is not user friendly situation, the rent contract is between two parties not only one, so ask for responsible people who can sign the contract

Pros: The men were knowledgeable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very easy to find in terninal. We spent 5 minutes to fill all docs and in 10 min we got our car already.

Cons: The car could be much better condition. We took fiat doblo, we had 6 passangers. It was quit old, old radio, no bloutouth or other new generation options. No climate control only air conditioner. But it was in driving condition. Good to be known which year model you can get when you are choosing the car.

Pros: A very easy collection, efficient service by the car rental representatives, informative and helpful.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy to find in the airport

Pros: Efficiency

Cons: Long queue (not enough staff)

Pros: car take and drop - very easy, very supporting persons.

Cons: Tank fuel was only half

Pros: helpful staff who let us keep the car bit longer on return when the airport was closed and we had to wait with small children

Cons: older car than expected (booked Nissan Qashqai, got quite old Toyota RAV4)

Pros: simple good car even a lot of KM it was well maintunce

Cons: try to put on us damge before we took the car luky us that we picture before we took it

Pros: Easy to find and pick up actually on airport

Cons: Great discussion about only having a debit card. I'm not obliged to have a credit card. More and more people are using debit cards.

Pros: Quick and efficient.

Pros: Getting the car as I arrive The service was very good.

Cons: the price was expencive

Pros: easy to reach because the office located in the arrivals terminal. staff speaks english very well. picking up the keys was fast.

Cons: What is not like that we got a smaller car , which i paid for a middle klass car. so the small car was always struggling in Creta mountains .i asked the office guy , can we got a bigger car which we paid for it , he said we dont have . Full booked . not recomended .

Pros: speedy to get the car

Cons: protokoll that there were different (small) damages on the car when rental started. Not clearly protokolled.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Charged extra for rental! V poor practice!

Pros: Open for business after hours.

Cons: Car are pretty old. No usb and gps

Pros: Ease of access from the airport

Cons: Car was pretty basic :)

Cons: Unprofessional

Cons: no one to talk with if the flight was delayed, and then the car rental company didn't reserve the car - we spend 200 Euro on a taxi - almost the cost of the car rental service

Cons: I count on a reply to my email complain as well as in a credit on my credit card.

Cons: Drop off wasnt clear - findng a representative

Pros: No major problems with the car. Car parked very close to the terminal.

Cons: 2.5 hour wait to collect the car, Key was worn and very difficult to use remotely

Pros: We always go with Green Motion. Service is very efficient, short queue, easy to locate vehicles and quick and efficient drop off. We have used four times now and will return.

Cons: We always go with Green Motion. Service is very efficient, short queue, easy to locate vehicles and quick and efficient drop off. We have used four times now and will return.

Pros: No pressure to pay the extra for their full insurance. I already had my own extra cover.

Cons: They were a little slow at the desk. There was a big queue but they took a long tie with each customer too.

Pros: Value for money. Booking was easy. All the people I dealt with were polite, friendly and efficient.

Cons: Long queue at the airport to pick up the car.

Pros: Good value, staff, nice car, parking was in to the airport

Cons: Friendly staff, quick service

Pros: the car was very good and clean

Cons: for dropping off the car at 13 instead at 10 you charged me extra 30€. When I reserved the car, there was no possibility to change the the time of picking up and dropping off the car . Otherwise everything was ok.

Pros: Genuinely concerned to make sure everything was ok

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The line to pick up the car - 1 hour At the lot, the car was filthy and air conditioning didn't work. They took the car back for a 5 minute charge and over an hour later, we got the car. A/C worked. Good. Next day, the car lights started flashing so we pulled over and waited. The car never started again. They sent a mechanic an hour later, but they couldn't fix it. It had to be towed. Apparently the car had not been maintained and had no oil and no water. Nightmare truly began here .....

Cons: We received a Fiat Tipo which is a category lower than a Passat or a Opel Insignia. We inquired on the spot, if an upgrade to an automatic car is possible and they only could offer us a smaller car.

Pros: Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.

Cons: We booked an automatic car and got a semi-automatic one (real automatic cars do not require a hill start when driving up slopes). The car itself was old and had difficulty ascending Crete's steep hills and mountains.

Pros: This is the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had!

Cons: I would never recommend Green Motion rental car to everyone. The rental agent was rude and unhelpful and I almost canceled my reservation right there at the desk. They told me there would be a staff member in the car lot to check me out but no one was there. Same story when returning the car. I had to call the desk and waited approximately 10 minutes for the same rude rental agent to meet me there. She couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone during the entire transaction.

Pros: Absolutely nothing! The WORST car rental experience I have ever had

Cons: Rude, unhelpful attendants and insane cancellation policy. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The bad service, layers

Cons: Very old car, rusty. Probably the oldest car I have ever rented in my life.. I had to pull out seat belts from under the back seat to use them, they were jammed and unsafe. Dirty seats and ceiling (why?)

Pros: Car was clean and generally in good condition.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Cheated me with money: I paid in advance for four days The agent told me that if I wanted to return the car , I will receive the money in equal distribution according to days. When I returned the car two days later, he said that the rental was in accordance with one day, and then the price was higher. I took the car on the landing night. And he took me 25 Euros "night rate". I paid a down payment on the site for 20 euros, he did not consider it as part of the total amount

Cons: Please see my above comments.

Pros: Nice and helpful guy at the pickup d esk

Cons: See above plus: this car was released with serious, and even dangerous > problems. The right side front door would not open at all unless opened > from the inside. The windshield was not even cleaned. But no big deal, > right, because you can just clean off the windshield as you drive, > right? Not with this car. There was no water or other fluid in the > container for the windshield water. Nothing came out when you tried > to clean the windshield. > > [Ran out of space again]

Pros: Friendly and helpful

Pros: I got the car quickly.

Cons: I asked for an automatic but I got a car that I had to shift gears with. The brakes were close to being needed to be replaced.

Pros: car upgrade, good service

Pros: A competitive price and efficient service

Cons: Unclear and unidentified charges. No service for return. Lack of help.

Pros: Pretty much the whole experience was awesome. Thanks !

Cons: It wasn't clear were the front desk was at Heraklion airport.

Pros: Easy to find the check in desk. Easy to drop the car off at the end of contract.

Cons: Hidden fees! Extra £25 for picking up the car after 6pm. Extra £25 for dropping the car off after 6pm. Extra costs for taxes. Overall, put the price of the deal way over that as offered by the likes of Hertz and Avis.

Cons: they asked me to pay extra for insurance
