Cons: I didnt get the car I ordered. I ordered a manual car, and I received a automatic car.

Cons: The women whos renting a car refuse to sign the rent contract for no reson and if i am not happy with that sugested to cancel the reservation and find another company, i think it is not user friendly situation, the rent contract is between two parties not only one, so ask for responsible people who can sign the contract

Pros: Very easy to find in terninal. We spent 5 minutes to fill all docs and in 10 min we got our car already.

Cons: The car could be much better condition. We took fiat doblo, we had 6 passangers. It was quit old, old radio, no bloutouth or other new generation options. No climate control only air conditioner. But it was in driving condition. Good to be known which year model you can get when you are choosing the car.

Cons: They were a little slow at the desk. There was a big queue but they took a long tie with each customer too.

Cons: for dropping off the car at 13 instead at 10 you charged me extra 30€. When I reserved the car, there was no possibility to change the the time of picking up and dropping off the car . Otherwise everything was ok.

Cons: The line to pick up the car - 1 hour At the lot, the car was filthy and air conditioning didn't work. They took the car back for a 5 minute charge and over an hour later, we got the car. A/C worked. Good. Next day, the car lights started flashing so we pulled over and waited. The car never started again. They sent a mechanic an hour later, but they couldn't fix it. It had to be towed. Apparently the car had not been maintained and had no oil and no water. Nightmare truly began here .....

Cons: We received a Fiat Tipo which is a category lower than a Passat or a Opel Insignia. We inquired on the spot, if an upgrade to an automatic car is possible and they only could offer us a smaller car.

Cons: We booked an automatic car and got a semi-automatic one (real automatic cars do not require a hill start when driving up slopes). The car itself was old and had difficulty ascending Crete's steep hills and mountains.

Pros: This is the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had!

Cons: I would never recommend Green Motion rental car to everyone. The rental agent was rude and unhelpful and I almost canceled my reservation right there at the desk. They told me there would be a staff member in the car lot to check me out but no one was there. Same story when returning the car. I had to call the desk and waited approximately 10 minutes for the same rude rental agent to meet me there. She couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone during the entire transaction.

Cons: Very old car, rusty. Probably the oldest car I have ever rented in my life.. I had to pull out seat belts from under the back seat to use them, they were jammed and unsafe. Dirty seats and ceiling (why?)

Cons: Cheated me with money: I paid in advance for four days The agent told me that if I wanted to return the car , I will receive the money in equal distribution according to days. When I returned the car two days later, he said that the rental was in accordance with one day, and then the price was higher. I took the car on the landing night. And he took me 25 Euros "night rate". I paid a down payment on the site for 20 euros, he did not consider it as part of the total amount

The windshield was not even cleaned. But no big deal, > right, because you can just clean off the windshield as you drive, > right? Not with this car. Cons: Hidden fees! Extra £25 for picking up the car after 6pm. Extra £25 for dropping the car off after 6pm. Extra costs for taxes. Overall, put the price of the deal way over that as offered by the likes of Hertz and Avis.
