Pros: Polite people. We traveled with a toddler and they made sure everything was arranged very well. From pickup on the airport till the "priority" we had when we had to go to the airport with the mini van. They also installed the baby seat for us! And they made pictures of the damage before you left. This way the damage from the previous driver will not be on your charge.

Cons: It was perfect. We wish we had the same car as on the picture from the reservation, but that is really the only "nagative" thing i could think of

Pros: Not much

Cons: The car was in poor condition, lots of dents, missing air vents, made a concerning sounds when driving and head lights very dim. Was supposed to be full to full on the fuel but was empty so I had to find a petrol station at 2am and ended up giving the car back with half a tank of fuel. The rep told me the insurance cover I already had from discover was not valid and kept pushing me to get their excess waver.When I dropped off the car the rep was just plain blunt and would not confirm if issues.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece - Crete Island.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
