Pros: The drop off at Chania was excellent
Cons: The pick up at heraklion was very poor. Rude staff, car was very scratched which wasn't on the sheet, they threatened me with a 50 euro fine for a late pick up (I was on time). Rude and unfriendly. They didn't show me the car and it was hard to find in the dark.

Pros: The easy way we got the car. A nice car in the right group. When we brought back the car, the hostess was Quick en very friendly. With no trouble at all, was everything very much to our satisfaction. We were first in line at the desk so others had to wait. If we would be last then it would have taken a long time
Cons: I did not get the car i had chosen. Though it was from similar group and it was a nice car it felt not so luxuous as the one we had chosen.

Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Economy, Mini.
