Pros: Time spent picking up and dropping off the car
Cons: The fact that the clutch was very worn off, air conditioning was not working properly when driving on hilly roads. Cleanness of the car. Rear wiper was worn off as well.

Cons: whilst car was supposed to be clean,, on the passenger door pocket there was an overused covid face mask... what a disgrace...also, I am still waiting for the refund of my guarantee deposit whish shamefully takes weeks or even months at times by CARDLINK...

Pros: Great service.
Cons: Car was not new, 57k km, lots of scratches (But no problems in driving). I would like to have also an email or any messenger to communicate with rental desk. Making international calls is a bit expensive.

Pros: Service not fulfilled by Alamo.
Cons: At the height of a global pandemic Alamo had no regard for social distancing or hygiene. Passing a filthy pen to customers to copy Personal details from a printed form. I dare not imagine how little care they take cleaning the inside of their rental cars between customers. Luckily, due to my error of transacting online I couldnt provide a creditcard for the 2nd deposit (Alamo not accepting my wife’s card or adjusting the booking) so I was spared the risk ofcatching the virus from a filthy car.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Gibraltar, EU countries.
