Cons: I didn't rent the car from you. We arrived late. It was extremely difficult to find the agency as I was looking for Discovercars. Then the woman told me that it was a big problem not to have a credit card but a debit card. In this way she told me a higher price. That was the moment when I left you and got my car from another agency. At 11pm I had no patience for your fantastic service.
Cons: It took more than an hour to be seen by the staff at collection. The car was dirty, both inside and out. There was damage to the car not noted on the sheet provided by Surprice. When I told them they said take photos and it would be sorted out on return. When I returned the car, I was told to Whatsapp the photos to Surprice otherwise I would be charged for the original damage, even though I showed them the photos. The Whatsapp number they gave me was incorrect, so unable to send photos.

Cons: Extremely slow check in. The basic car had no AC and no cruise control. There was a STRONG petrol or gas smell which made it difficult to drive with the windows closed. The car should not have been rented

Pros: I had to wait more than 1hour for the shuttle bus at the airport. And it took more than 1 hour to take the car. There werenot enough people to serve customers. When drop off the car I had to wait also more than 1 hour. And 1of 3 speaks English and I had to use a Google translate app to communicate with them.

Cons: The young woman at the office was under a lot of pressure. She didn’t apologise that although as had booked an automatic, she didn’t have one. Not good service atall.

Cons: Arrived, couldn't find the pick up van, waited an hour to speak to the desk staff, watching them argue with other customers. they said we were 2 hours late and our car was gone and they couldn't help us and sent us back to the airport . Including myself 5 people were served and all either had an argument with the staff or got sent back to the airport. Cars were downgraded, released and staff unhelpful. A very costly start to our holiday as we had to rent on the spot with a different company.

Cons: Surprice was really suprice, very unpleasant and very expensive. Surprice was substituted by AutoOne.it, my suspission is due to wrong reputation of Surprice. Your form does not provide enough space for my text, so I will post it to google map review Catania, Autoone, Via Don Giacomo Alberione, 21 Please, read it there. Avoid this rentcar company and use any other, right in the airport. Have physical credit card, as Italy (or their rent car companies) is still in deep electronic history.

Pros: Very cordial. Very efficient. Picked us up from the airport within 5 minutes of calling,
Cons: The van available was too high and not in line with what we booked. With that type of van, you cannot park in an underground parking. Also we had to be very careful in country roads because of trees.

Cons: Confusing and inefficient. We paid for a 7 seater but didn’t get discount. Car wasn’t there that we had paid for and ordered.
Pros: Like I mentioned above the information I was given about the office was incorrect, it was not at the airport and we had to wait a long time to be picked up from the airport which wasn't great but I do appreciate it was busy and you only had so many people to deal with rental but after traveling with three children and a elderly lady it wasn't great waiting a hour to be picked up to collect car and then it took around 1 hour 45 minutes after this to actually sign paperwork and get the car

Cons: You have to call them to get a shuttle from the airport, but all of the pay phoned there are broken. There was no way of getting in touch with them so I had to walk 2 miles to the depot with my bags

Cons: They were difficult at pick-up trying to solicit upgrades and very expensive insurance, even after I explained that I already had full cover. I had to phone DiscoverCars (Chris) to leave a note of protest, obviously at a cost, as they were saying that DiscoverCars will not reimburse me should I have an accident.

Cons: Waiting time at the airport to be picked up, lack of information which car/who will pick me up (no Surprice but Go Parking), the driver didn't know neither who he has to pick up. Didn't ask for an automatic but had one, time to take some habits ! Indicated in the announce 'full tank' / 'full tank', it was not (2/8), not cool

Pros: The company accepted Amex for a hold, and the car was clean. Drop-off was also easy. The representative was friendly but clearly overworked as the sole person dealing with customers.
Cons: Extremely slow and tiring collection experience - took us several hours. The company misrepresented the cars it had available on the website - we had booked 2 Audi A3s (or similar) and received a Fiat 500x & VW Golf (both had been priced at a cheaper rate online, but we did not receive any refund for the difference - the rep claimed they were 'similar cars'). The car was in terrible condition - the right wing mirror was severely damaged (which is dangerous on Italy's narrow roads).

Cons: Our flight was rescheduled to an early morning (6:30 AM). We drove through the night from another city to leave the car at the agency before the flight , but there was no transfer from the agency to the terminal building (about 2.5 km away) although it was advertised that it's working 24/7 so we had to get a taxy.

Cons: They have no system whatsoever to keep track of the cars. They answer the phone while talking to you and leave you waiting. The cars were marked with strange numbers on the windshield and have a huge autoone logo as publicity. The place in the airport where the shuttle is supposed to pick you up is not marked. I waited 30mins and other people waited an hour. Never again!

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
