Cons: Desk lady would like to force me to buy the additional insurance (even if i made it trough Discovery Cars); she became upset when i refuse and start to reply badly to my inquiry. I also had to ask for the contract copy again, since the mail address was not inserted in the contact data. Car was supposed to have full tank, by contract; when picking up the car it was 1/8. Contract was modified, but we wasted more time.

No pack in the clove box to indicate who to call in the event of a breakdown.

Cons: It was extraordinarily difficult to find the office at the airport - no signs, no email directions, no one else knew where it was. The car had some significant scrapes on all sides, in addition to the large logos identifying the rental agency.

Pros: When I got to the desk, it was a quick turn around to receive the keys of the car. When I dropped back the car there was no hassle over damage or scratches . Normally in Catania other rental companies charge you a lot extra for very minor scratches.

The car was well used (45000 km) and had 16 scratches on it and the car was parked in the furthest position away from the airport in contrast to all the other rental places. All there cars have signs on them saying (Rent me- nollegio mi) which in Catania can be a disadvantage as everyone knows that you are a tourist and tend to target those cars for theft

Pros: Went there at 7.30am and they opened at 8.15. I've made the full insurance and cost me 60 euros a day that was so expensive. when I booked the card that told 10 euro a day so my calculation was about 160 and not 310 euros.

The worst was not getting help when the car broke down, they didn’t answer the phone for over an hour, they didn’t provide any assistance with getting a new rental, they told us to contact road service and then were angry that the car was towed. They were not helpful and were blaming us for the breakdown.

When I brought the car back I was told I was very lucky nothing happened to us due to the car not working properly. I was made to pay for insurance there when I already purchased full coverage. Cons: The young woman at the office was under a lot of pressure. She didn’t apologise that although as had booked an automatic, she didn’t have one. Not good service atall.

Pros: Nothing - a scam. Maybe run by criminals who don't care about people.

Cons: Arrived, couldn't find the pick up van, waited an hour to speak to the desk staff, watching them argue with other customers. they said we were 2 hours late and our car was gone and they couldn't help us and sent us back to the airport . Including myself 5 people were served and all either had an argument with the staff or got sent back to the airport. Cars were downgraded, released and staff unhelpful. A very costly start to our holiday as we had to rent on the spot with a different company.

Cons: They overcharged, made me pay for insurance when I declined. Didn’t have my car that I booked. Blamed me for everything. Lied continuously

Cons: Surprice was really suprice, very unpleasant and very expensive. Surprice was substituted by AutoOne.it, my suspission is due to wrong reputation of Surprice. Avoid this rentcar company and use any other, right in the airport. Have physical credit card, as Italy (or their rent car companies) is still in deep electronic history.

Cons: The charged me for a defect in the wheel cover that i did not cause.

Cons: Very slow service. Only 2 agents. Had to wait a long time for the shuttle to pick the van up. Booked auto but got manual and no refund for the difference . Would not use again

Cons: The van available was too high and not in line with what we booked. With that type of van, you cannot park in an underground parking. Also we had to be very careful in country roads because of trees.

Cons: Confusing and inefficient. We paid for a 7 seater but didn’t get discount. Car wasn’t there that we had paid for and ordered.

Pros: Like I mentioned above the information I was given about the office was incorrect, it was not at the airport and we had to wait a long time to be picked up from the airport which wasn't great but I do appreciate it was busy and you only had so many people to deal with rental but after traveling with three children and a elderly lady it wasn't great waiting a hour to be picked up to collect car and then it took around 1 hour 45 minutes after this to actually sign paperwork and get the car

Cons: You have to call them to get a shuttle from the airport, but all of the pay phoned there are broken. There was no way of getting in touch with them so I had to walk 2 miles to the depot with my bags

Cons: They were difficult at pick-up trying to solicit upgrades and very expensive insurance, even after I explained that I already had full cover. I had to phone DiscoverCars (Chris) to leave a note of protest, obviously at a cost, as they were saying that DiscoverCars will not reimburse me should I have an accident.

Pros: good price, efficiency of the lady at the desk, cool car for Sicily (Smart) which is easy to drive in the narrow streets and to park

Cons: Waiting time at the airport to be picked up, lack of information which car/who will pick me up (no Surprice but Go Parking), the driver didn't know neither who he has to pick up. Didn't ask for an automatic but had one, time to take some habits ! Indicated in the announce 'full tank' / 'full tank', it was not (2/8), not cool

Cons: It was very unclear that the car would be given away after 2 hours. Due to a delayed flight, we were left stranded in the airport and ended up spending 3 times the fee to get another car

Pros: The company accepted Amex for a hold, and the car was clean. Drop-off was also easy. The representative was friendly but clearly overworked as the sole person dealing with customers.

Cons: Extremely slow and tiring collection experience - took us several hours. The company misrepresented the cars it had available on the website - we had booked 2 Audi A3s (or similar) and received a Fiat 500x & VW Golf (both had been priced at a cheaper rate online, but we did not receive any refund for the difference - the rep claimed they were 'similar cars'). The car was in terrible condition - the right wing mirror was severely damaged (which is dangerous on Italy's narrow roads).

Cons: Disorganized. Did not have the car ordered. Got one with the service warning permanent on!! Was told “10 minutes” to get car. But was one hour!!

Pros: The car was cancelled!! I was left stranded with my family

Cons: Our flight was rescheduled to an early morning (6:30 AM). We drove through the night from another city to leave the car at the agency before the flight , but there was no transfer from the agency to the terminal building (about 2.5 km away) although it was advertised that it's working 24/7 so we had to get a taxy.

Cons: They have no system whatsoever to keep track of the cars. They answer the phone while talking to you and leave you waiting. The cars were marked with strange numbers on the windshield and have a huge autoone logo as publicity. The place in the airport where the shuttle is supposed to pick you up is not marked. I waited 30mins and other people waited an hour. Never again!
