Pros: Horrible, thieves. Will never rent from that brand again. I went to Sicily for my wedding and they made me cry and overcharged me. What a mess, what a horrible experience.

Pros: Car was very clean and almost new

Cons: There could be a problem with finding Locauto parking next to the airport especially when driving a car for a drop-off. However staff explain very well how to get there.

Pros: Ladies in the office that were helpful and advised me to buy an additional assistance.

Cons: After break down I din't get a car on location so after towing a car I had a problem. Luckily from Ragusa there were some buses going to Catania (I didn't get a refund for my trouble)

Cons: As mentioned above, I had an unpleasant experience to check out the rent car. At the counter, their staff appeared to enforce to buy additional insurance even though I had already been fully covered. They told me that, if I might have additional insurance, I could avoid a hassle process of reimbursement. In addition, they explained me flat tire did not include in the full covering insurance, which provides service for damaged car. I could not understand this.

Pros: I like the empty fuel tank bring back option, becaue if you can bring it back with nearly empty tank you can save some money on the fuel. Also the 7/24 service is good and only cost for 5 € / day. The drop-off was realy easy and worked fast with them. Everything was correct and as I expected.

Pros: We opted to pay for an upgrade on collection as the model of the car we booked wasn't available and we were offered an alternative which we didn't like. The car was very clean, and the handover process was clear. The drop off speed was super efficient

Cons: Collection process was poor - the sign for the pick up office was not clear. It's not close to the terminal. We waited for a long time as there was only one person dealing with a queue of customers waiting to collect their cars.

Cons: I booked on line for a T Roc automatic - we went out to pick the car up and whilst there was a T Roc there I was told it would be 8 euros a day more as it was an automatic and was given a seat automatic with the words - it’s a T Roc or equivalent - why when I chose a at -Roc auto when I booked wasn’t I given one when one was clearly available - on dropping off the car I took this up with the agent who said the TRoc was a higher grade - I repeated I booked a TRoc but he just shrugged

Pros: During the checkout process, I was compelled to sign an acknowledgment of a pre-existing damaged driver's side key lock. The demeanor of the office staff led me to believe that they were aware of this issue at the time of check-in but concealed it with the intention of repeatedly overcharging customers. Subsequently, I was informed that I would be held liable for an additional damage that was discovered after the checkout process had been completed and in my absence.

Cons: This raises concerns that the crew could potentially fabricate repairs and charge customers for them without providing any verifiable documentation, such as an invoice from an authorized car service or photographic evidence of the alleged damage.

The Seat Leon we received was almost new (5000 km), very clean, without any damage. It was easy to drive it. We were very satisfied. The dropp off was outside working hours, but it was very easy as we were instructed to park the car in the same place we took it from and leave the key in their drop off box.

Pros: Excellent quality car for a family of 5 plus luggage. Car was ready on arrival at the airport, and we even received an upgrade. Hassle free return at a different location, even when we returned the car a few hours earlier due to bad weather. All optional insurances were explained at the time of rental. Agents spoke fluent English at both the pick-up and drop-off locations.

Cons: Only negative comment is that the car was not received with a full tank of fuel, despite us being told that it was full. The fuel gauge was apparently faulty, but we were able to fill the tank completely when we refueled the car ourselves.

Cons: Worst baby car seat, car seats are vital for keeping little kids safe in vehicles, and that one wasn't secure at all. Really cheap, the straps proved to be a real challenge. They didn’t tighten well, and I had to fight with them constantly, which is not at all safe for a toddler at all.

When my boyfriend asked another guy, in italian, it was no longer too early and we could get the car checked. Speaking the local language remains an asset to avoid bad surprises.

Cons: They open at 8 and close at 20.00. If your flight is early you leave the car in a car park without any inspection done in front of you and put the keys into a special box. Fortunately in my case everything went well as I didn't damage the car and so the deposit was returned. But in the papers that you sign there is inf that the company has access to your debit card for 180 days after returning the car in case some damage of the car became visible afterwards. Actually I think it is a bit unfair.

Cons: My vehicle had its own GPS which I did not realize. The agent rented an additional portable GPS unit to me for $9.00+ per day which was not needed. It was a total waste of money. I also did not care for the fact that when I inspected the car upon picking it up, I had to inspect it in a garage that was not well lit. Its too easy to miss something without the proper lighting. The inspection should be made outside of the garage.
