After about 45 minutes standing in the burning sun, a Sicily by Car rep came out and provided basically no help. Another traveler pushed her way through the crowd and found the sign literally placed at the front of the desk with instructions to scan the QR code to get a number for the queue. Why wouldn’t they place the sign outside instead of inside at the desk?
