Cons: Despite the car was returned even earlier than scheduled time with full tank and with no damage at all, the deposit taken from my credit card is still not returned after 2 days.

Cons: Not precisely the service but drivers could be given a note about the tolls.. I was not aware how it works and thought the easy pass was the standard method. I hope they paid the fines and pass them on to me without extra penalties.

Pros: We had a quick delivery of the car but I think that is not always the case. Just before we arrived there was a large line of people.

Cons: they are very strict in all damage so please review your car carefully so all damage is noted beforehand. The car had low oil level after one day.

Pros: Impressively we’ll organized, they had a number ticket system at checkout! I did end up noteing a little damage on the car at checkout that wasn’t noticed originally but I’m a bit persnickety about that.

Pros: They were very awkward about conducting an initial inspection. They noted MINUSCULE spots and chips on the paperwork, I’ve never seen a car rental company notate things that were as smaller than an 1/8 of an inch. Bizarre.

At least the carwash boys helped us out... It took us 3 days to figure out the rest... The other Sicily by car rental places were more than helpful when we were stuck

Cons: RUDE RUDE and again RUDE rental agent. She had attitude. We had issue with credit card and we had to add another driver to be able to rent a car. Problem was that she was very rude and she acted like ok either you pay me or get the f**k out of here without the car. Very rude person. With no desire to explain or help with this situation

Pros: Service was really good. The options offered were good and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The drop off process was simple and accurate.

Pros: Car was nice and easy to drive and was perfect for all the small roads in Italy.

Cons: The wait to pick up the car was almost 2hrs long and they charged me the highest amount possible for the deposit even though I had the cheapest car for only week which resulted in me having to pay an extra £100 in insurance to get the deposit number down.

Cons: We wanted to extend our rental for can additional 3 weeks but first had to go through the return procedure and then rent again, another car. Unfortunately, this car did not have a manual so we had to figure out the buttons and controls which we were not familiar with.

Cons: Picking up the car at Catania Airpoirt was shocking. there was a queue out the door and some people told us they had been waiting three hours to pick up their car. Drop off was worse at a different location - the woman was in our opinion deceptive, tried to charge us a late fee because she had been closed for lunch when the Catania airport office had told us we could drop it off, then tried to get money out of us by saying we hadn't paid at Catania, when we already had.

Cons: awful to return the car, completely unclear who was supposed to check the car on return and who was in charge of the desk, had to wait 20 minutes with other customers to return the car, and it would have been longer if I hadn't complained!

Cons: it took 1 hr 30 min to eventually get to pick up the car. the paper work showed no damage on the car and on inspection, it had damage all around the car.

Cons: Hard to find office, had to walk down road as no path, waited 3.5 hours to collect car. Agents were very very rude and extremely slow. They didn’t care that they had everyone waiting 3-4 hours to get a car.
