Pros: The car was clean and in good technical conditions.

Cons: Our flight was delayed approx. 2 hours, thus I tried to contact Waycar. I sent message on WhatsApp and SMS message, I called on WhatsApp and through regular voice mobile service. They did not answer the call or the message neither. The car was to be taken at 10 p.m., I came to the desk 11:10 pm. and nobody was there. The other people from our plane were able to get in touch with their providers, some of them waited for the delayed clients. The car FIAT 500x was smaller than Renault Capture.

Cons: I paid Euro 50.00 for late pick up, I expected someone to be there. They sent a video of car location, but no one was there. Why did I pay a late pick up fee if no one was there? I felt this was excessive and for nothing. Also the quality of the car was not that good, I don't suggest dr make. Another thing was the payment, I was contacted by phone for final payment, it felt a bit weird, especially with hackers around. I was not ready for this, and felt quasi pressured as she kept wanting payment

Cons: Office was hard to find. Staff tried to charge an extra €50 for arrival late in the day, even though it was before they closed. I had to argue that I had not agreed to any of this, before the removed it. They were very petty about fuel levels on return, charged a hugely inflated price for a very small difference in fuel. Thrusting your card machine towards a customer's hand to try and catch the contactless tag on their debit/ credit card and involuntarily take payment is never OK

Cons: They charged me a 50 euro tax for arriving 5 minutes after 10 PM, while their working hours extended until 11 PM. Finding the parking where their office was located was difficult, as there were no clear signs. Walking from their office to the spot where the car was parked took another 5 minutes, as it was the farthest it could possibly be. A true low-cost experience.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, photocard driving licence.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
