Cons: It was really hard to find rental desk, because it´s now located outside the airport building.

Cons: Definitely something’s wrong with their POS. The guy from the counter was super rude when we told them that their POS is faulty. We had to call our bank twice because we thought there is something wrong with our card because it kept returning “pin wrong” error. But how come the PIN worked just fine when the guy told us to pay over 400€ with all the warranties and so on?!?! We wanted to leave a deposit and pay 140€ as advertised online.

Cons: The car was not washed and lot of dirt, however they charge every customer 15 Euro as washing fee. They charged me also 15 Euro before picking the car or I have to return in wash condition. But the car I received was not washed or cleaned. They asked and were forcing me for buying additional insurance even though on Discover car voucher it was written I have insurance, but the car company was not happy with the type or coverage of insurance provided from DiscoverCars.

Cons: Lack of transparency on website! Cheap price and after "fear strategy" to pay full insurance! It should be super clear since moment zero. Employees at B-Rent were totally disengaged. Poor people. Huge queue and super inneficient process.

Cons: Needs to be improved: customer orientation. They offered two option to upgrade the insurance, although my decision was the 3rd one. They forced us to pay 15 EUR cleaning in advance, or 15 EUR renalty if we can not deliver back the car with fresh cleaned condition. This process is quite unique, and not supported by General Term and Conditions, only communicated by leaflets at counter and highlighted (=forced) verbally on spot.

Pros: You can return the keys in the lockbox even in the night.

Cons: The hiddne cost for the car cleaning which you cannot avoid.

Pros: Pretty easy and efficient, reasonable cost. When i scratched the car on a narrow spiral ramp entering a parking garage in Taormina, I emailed B-rent and promptly received a reassuring response (that this damage will be covered by the comprehensive insurance that I bought)

Cons: I had purchased some insurance online (DiscoverCars.com) at the time I rented the car online in August, but I was told it was not good enough and had to buy another insurance from the rental agents costing 250 euros

Pros: I am extremely dissatisfied with B Rent call rental company in Sicily, Italy. They are running a fraudulent business practice. I’d like to talk to your management regarding my experience with them.

Pros: Terrible. They required a physical international drivers permit card. Something that is unheard of. I have a printed copy of my international license but not the physical card. Ridiculous

Pros: Horrible, they try and try to trick you into paying more and more. They seem to be the cheapest option and in the end they ask you to pay more than the nicest cad rentals. The personnel is unpleasant and difficult to talk to. Many get fooled by the lower fare and then you get a line of waiting of one hour or more, in a hot parking lot, to get the car. In the end I didn’t get the car anymore when the price became over 100 per day for a car that supposed to be under 50 with the insurance.

Cons: It should have been 165 eur. After all i had to take a insurance and it was 400 eur. They gave me different car then i rented !

Cons: There was an issue with my credit card but the company would not accept a card with my wife's name on it despite the fact the account is a joint one. Looked to charge me approximately another 400 euro to use either a debit card or just to block an amount of 90 euro on the credit card given. This 90 apparently did not need pin code where as the 850 they wanted to block did. Seems like a scam to sell the extra cover.

Cons: This time received crashed car on rear bumper... (Which I made the photo at the rental parking...) But the trunk was not openable, discovered several hours later....

They did not report correctly all damages on the car and they tried to charge us one damage made previously (likely we took a video at check-un).

Cons: Everything. The office was closed when we landed. Our flight was delayed. The number on the shutter did not work. We had to take a taxi to hotel for €125, come back the next day to be told our car had been given to someone else and that the only car available was SMALLER and MORE EXPENSIVE than the one we had booked. If we did not like it, the agent said they were so busy, 30 other customers were waiting for it. Terrible service, contract was not honoured and we had no choice but to pay.

Cons: Very slow service, impolite representative! Had to pay 80 € in cash on returning the car for something NOT caused by me!!! The representative argued that I had caused a scratch at the back of a mirror, which was ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! !!! Unheard of!

Cons: Didn’t get the model we ordered. The car had many small damages not listed in the agreement. The listed damages were described in Italian. There was no clarity about full insurance.

Cons: The problem was that credit card was required for booking and there was no way to hire a car without it. I accept this but there were many other car rental companies which have no problem with paying deposit with cash or by debit card. Also the prices of cars and deposit were lower. I would recommend to everyone to rent a car at the airport without a reservation or in the city center where there is also possibility to rent a car without deposit.

Cons: Appena arrivato sono praticamente stato costretto a stipulare una polizza aggiuntiva di Brent con la scusa che con quella già stipulata da discoverycars, in caso di problemi avrei dovuto comunque pagare i danni, oltre a questo la ragazza era di una lentezza esasperante (2 ore di fila per noleggiare l'auto e davanti a me c'erano solo 2 persone per fortuna, altrimenti ero ancora la) pessima esperienza con Brent e poca chiarezza di discoverycars sulla copertura casco offerta. Cons: Agents are very nice and patient. However, they do not have what it takes to process car pick up. For example, they had to use their own cell phones to make calls to authenticate credit cards. Also when I picked up the car, the gas tank was half full and I did not pay attention.
