Once you arrive to the exit door of the airport, exit to the right side and follow the external corridor. The external corridor will lead you to the car park. Oversteps terminal C. Go ahead for about 200 mt and then cross the road. At this point follow the way and enter to the “car park” on the right side. Here it is the entrance to the OKMOBILITY desk.

Pros: The employees of OK mobility were friendly and professional. They dealt with the pick up fairly quickly. I also suggest strongly taking full insurance in Sicily as the Sicilians drive quite wildly.

Cons: The car itself was scratched a lot. We were told that the car was scratched but we felt a bit terrified once we saw the state of the car (their deposite is high). We took the pictures from literally every angle of the car and at the drop off the employees of OK mobility asked us about a few scratches. Luckily, we made tons of high quality photos which saved our money. It ended up fine but be careful with Lancia Ypsilon with scratches. Take 20 min to take the photos of every smallest scratch.

Pros: Car was pretty good.

Cons: They insisted on us out taking out their full insurance package as we had UK not EU driving licence. We had to pay and extra 325 Euros on top of the base hire price of 507Euros. We had already had comprehensive car hire insurance policy prior to renting the car so extra insurance not needed. If we did not do this they would cancel the hire car. The agent took me to the Avis desk to get a quote from them for an on the spot hire - it was 950 Euros to prove her deal was the best. A total Con!!!

Cons: The way they used to get Extra money. If it was becuase of the licence they were forbiden to give me a small or big car. they find the way to make me pay the differnce between the small one I ordered & the large one I received. the indications for the office or car returen arn"t clear & not prominent as should be as the other agyncies.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 950.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy



It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Super Insurance.

American Express is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
