Pros: Helpful friendly front desk, but not sign posted so very hard to find. Helpful when I had a tyre problem in locating a garage.
Cons: Awful car - 146k Km is too much and a ‘service warning’ kept coming up on the dashboard when travelling at low speeds - constant bings are distracting and unacceptable. Headlights also didn’t work and had loose bulbs in - made is challenging to drive in tunnels and lucky we didn’t need to travel after dark. Had a tyre puncture and no spare in the boot - lucky there was a pump and could nurse it to a garage.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The car we were offered was dirty and had an engine warning light on. The excuse given was the engineer forgot to reset the dash. We refused to accept that car and they said they had no alternative. After help from discovercars rep a downgraded car was offered at the same price. The Abby car rep said it would take 5-10 minutes to collect from their garage. More than 75 minutes later the new car arrived. 2 days later a warning light came up on the dash. At drop off the same false excuse was given
