Cons: We got different car than booked, but similar. Not a problem All. If you don’t have credit card you have to pay premium insurance even if you booked cheaper type of insurance. Deposit 500EUR is not possible to pay with debit card only with credit card. Information was not clean. Although still can recommend this service.

Pros: Finally I'didnt rent a car from RentSmart24. I booked Opel Astra (or similar). They gave me Opel Corsa. They tried to tell me they were similar cars. The Corsa is one class lower than the Astra. They showed me tables that it was the same for them. I didn't pay for a bigger car to drive a smaller one.

Cons: I had a technical problem with tires, I had full casco but I couldn't reach directly insurance company by phone

Cons: The dripping check was fake.....as they know I have a full coverage insurance they search and search for any scratch for take 200EURO + 65. They found something under the car, a scratch that no one can see it and charged for 265EURO. I got the money back from Discovercars.com (thanks) but I'm really don't recommended on Rentsmart24

Cons: Agents in Catania RentSmart24 airport office where they firstly tried to rent me a smaller car than I ordered/paid. And I had to prove by printed voucher that I'm right. Secondly during credit card authorization process they authorized also 2 USD payments from St. Louis merchant. Absolutely unacceptable for me. My credit card was fortunately blocked by my bank however I had to spend a holiday without CR card. I don't recommend to use this company RentSmart24.

Pros: Daniel was just perfect! Give us a new and clean car (Fiat Panda at 26000km), process for taking the car was just in a minutes, dropping also so fast. Deposit was unblocked immediately. I would definitely use this company again.

Pros: The car was superb (panda Hybrid) and there were no pushy sales once we explained we had our own excess policy.

Cons: a little pricey, and should have been full to full, whilst it wasn't full and we had to try and match the petrol level on return. but we had no issues.

Pros: I can wholeheartedly recommend it, everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction, we even had the car changed on request, when I noticed that there was something wrong with the clutch, compliments of Alberto, who took care of everything.

Cons: Bad English speaking service desk. Took a long time to receive the car but it might have been due to the language barrier. They mentioned we should return the car with a clean interior which I have never heard before. I guess we took care of the inside (as well as the outside) and also cleaned the interior as good as possible when you don’t have the right equipment before returning. There was no issues upon returning the car.

Cons: The car had some bumps already when we rented it and they wanted to charge us for it once we returned. Good luck we took photos of the injuries at the pick up.

Cons: Two things were terrible. The advertise in there specifications that the fuel policy is full tank to full tank. Only got 1/2 tank. They know it is hard for customer to fill the tank 1/2 full and they always come out ahead because customer always overfills. The worst. In there specifications they state they are open for 24 hours a day. They also state there will be an extra charge for pick-up and drop off after reg business. No reg. business hrs stated. Close at 20:00 158 euros extra.

Cons: They unreasonably stung us for 300 euros for two trivial wear & tear scratches - we had no accident or collision - which I will have to reclaim from the policy u sold me
