Pros: Very efficient handover both at pick up Aand drop off. The agent was very friendly and very informative when we asked for advice on how best to get to our destination.

Cons: Can't fault them at all. Would definitely use again

Cons: Hard to find their branch, staff not too keen on serving you upon walking in, seems like their internal conversations / chats on their phones with friends take priority Also, they warned me the mechanical lock for the car was broken, so only the electrical buttons would turn it on or off. I pointed out that sooner or later the keys battery is going to die and leave someone stranded, and asked for a second key or battery, which they didn’t have - they didn’t seem to be too bothered about it

Cons: You do not work 24 hours a day like your name suggests as you opened at 08:00. You advertised certain brands and models of cars yet they were unavailable. I booked a Renault Capture however you provided me with a Dacia. When I received the Dacia it wasn't properly cleaned and when I returned the car you charged me for the car being dirty. The company are a bunch of scammers who deceive their customers.

Cons: No signs or advertising in the airport . Without a phone you can find them . They dont appear on no indication signs . The car needed additional engine oil after about 60 km so they didnt check the car at delivery .

But then when they realized my reservation corresponded to a larger car they said "I am sorry we don't have a car for you" treat was very rude, no empathy at all, very bad experience, almost ruined My holidays I had to pay 2x for another car in Avis I haven't received response from Discover staff so I paid for a service I didn't receive

Pros: I liked nothing about RentSmart24. They wanted me to take a wrong car and blamed it on the reservation software.

Cons: RentSmart24 made me and my family wait an hour and forty five minutes to get a replacement car which was still not what we had booked but it was either what they offered me as a replacement or a city car which they had prepared in the first place. They did not even help out with carrying and fixing the car seat in place. The customer care who came when the shop opened was very rude to us and was also not willing to offer any kind of compensation for all the lost time and hassle. NEVER AGAIN

Cons: -> Dishonest, RentSmart24 added an extra driver charge without explicitly state this cost. -> RentSmart24 did not accept debit card and demanded the use of a credit card -> Dismal service, extremely slow, contract full of typos, lack of transparency, dishonesty -> Car was ok but not in mint conditions, spent too much fuel and AC was just barely enough (probably it would not be suitable for warmer days, there were 30 degrees Celsius)

Cons: The Discover website says that REntSmart 24 is located in Terminal. It is not and that statement is completely inaccurate. It is v difficult to find (i had to ask 3 people) and is a 10 minute walk from the terminal

Pros: I liked everything. People were very supportive when was trying to find my way to the place as was lost initially. The whole admin process very smooth and working staff efficient.

Cons: There was an address on the voucher that showed a different place to where the retailer actually is so as a foreigner being in a hurry I didn't read carefully the following lines but inserted the address into Google Map and which took me to the general car provider cars that's is 40 minutes away on foot. But the staff there was so very kind and nice that offered me a lift back to the retailer. It was the only thing that was lagging....

Cons: I have booked and paid for bigger car than I have received. My reservation was for Fiat 500X (compact crossover) but I have received Corsa (compact). I have also paid more for partial prepaid and the rest should be paid at pick up, but I have been pushed to pay everything a day before, which was actually full prepaimend.

Cons: During drop-off inspection they tried to charge extra 20e for cleaning the car interior. I said i can clean the dust away myself (took me 30 sec to do it) and then everything was suddenly OK. In reality, car interior wasn't even dirty. Just little dust on seats --> pretty normal after nearly 2 weeks trip.

Cons: We got different car than booked, but similar. Not a problem All. If you don’t have credit card you have to pay premium insurance even if you booked cheaper type of insurance. Deposit 500EUR is not possible to pay with debit card only with credit card. Information was not clean. Although still can recommend this service.

The Corsa is one class lower than the Astra. They showed me tables that it was the same for them. I didn't pay for a bigger car to drive a smaller one.

Secondly during credit card authorization process they authorized also 2 USD payments from St. Louis merchant. Absolutely unacceptable for me. My credit card was fortunately blocked by my bank however I had to spend a holiday without CR card. I don't recommend to use this company RentSmart24.

They mentioned we should return the car with a clean interior which I have never heard before. They know it is hard for customer to fill the tank 1/2 full and they always come out ahead because customer always overfills. The worst. In there specifications they state they are open for 24 hours a day. They also state there will be an extra charge for pick-up and drop off after reg business. No reg. business hrs stated. Close at 20:00 158 euros extra.
