Cons: Because of my error in reservation I had to make a new booking and it was not that cheap. Not easy to find their check-in and drop-off spots.

Pros: There were no customer at the office, so I did not have to wait. However the pick up was very slow when I had to change the engine failed car to a new one because the agent was not familiar with the procedure and had difficulties to do the paperwork.

Cons: My credit card was not working, they forced me to buy the 450 Euro Gold protection package. The car reported engine failure after 20 km and turned to engine protection mode, so it was very slow. The company was not able the give an other car, one day later they fine one, but declined to deliver it to my hotel, I had to travel with the engine falilured car to the airport. They refused any compensation, I even paid for the day I delivered their faulty car.

Cons: It was not mentioned anywhere that you have to pay additional insurance directly to Felirent (which cost more than the whole rent) beside the insurance we paid through discovercars.

When I picked up the car, the agent refused to join me at the lot to do inspection together. Absolutely refused saying it was incumbent upon me to take photos. Good thing it was daytime and not night! No flat repair stuff at first inspection. No doubt I’d be charged for this had I not had photo proof.

Cons: During my booking I decided to pay extra money (9 euros per day) just to be sure that in case of any damages I will have a free head (the booking page guaranted the insurance). But while taking the car, the Agent said that this insurance is nothing for FELIRENT SRL. And he offered his insurance 163 euros for 9 days. Greatly confused, but I paid.

Result - discovercars not providing any refund. So of course the service be same the most expensive car rental
