Cons: When renting through the internet the car rental was referred to in communications by 3 different names, also the case when looking for directions. Very confusing.

Cons: Took 40 minutes to rent a car. Car had a broken gas gauge and they insisted the tank was not full even though we filled it up. Wanted to sell us extra insurance which we had already purchased.

Cons: As I ended up in hospital, I needed to return the car and Felirent said they could not collect it due to no staff. So had to arrange for someone to return it and paid for taxi back.

Cons: The 98 euros penalty charge for arriving after 20.00 was bad. Roughly 36% of the weeks hire. It was a delay on my flight so out of my control. I understand the price would have been adjusted if I had confirmed an after 20.00 arrival. That is fine as I would have had a choice at time of purchase. The penalty gave me no choice and was very disappointing.

Pros: very good price, the representative was very nice and explained everything. we arrived earlier than the reservation time and he did his best to prepare the car. we received a new automatic car for 6 persons, very comfortable.

Cons: They provided a car eith serious electric problem. The key did not open all doors, you had use phisical key then turn on the car to be ablento open all doors. Also for closing the car you had to turn on again and then close it. They know about this issue and said to me, why I worried the car is rolling. We traveled a lot with the car and it was very unpleasant to do this procedure all the time.

Pros: Felirent is one of the best car rental companies ever. Customer service is extraordinary, always very efficient and transparent, no pushy sales, very good cars and easy collection and drop-off.
Cons: The collection by the airport is badly signposted. I had to ask twice for directions and I am quite familiar with the airport layout.

Pros: Pickup and return of the car went smoothly. The employee spoke fluent English. The car was clean and in a very good condidtion.

Cons: I was requested to make and send the photographs of the car to Felirent after picking up the car. I spent some time sending the photographs. The max. size of Felirent inbox is limited to 36 MB which caused a problem.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
