Pros: The agents at the office were super friendly! Both while picking up the car as when dropping the car off. It's always tricky renting cars but I had absolutely no problems at all. It was quick, the car was great (GTI version of the Peugeot 208). Can only recommend! Read a lot of bad reviews on Trustpilot, so maybe it's different in high season. Hopefully not!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great. The Felirent office is not in the same place as I picked up our previous car, so I needed to ask where the office was. But that's all and definitely nothing I experienced as 'bad'.

Cons: Took 20 minutes to pick up car. No signs at airport where car rental center is and where to find Felirent. All information provided online had to be entered manually on paper to them and then they type it into their system. No integration of systems what so ever. No wonder pick up takes time.

It was not easy to manage all in this car Citroen c4 instead of Peugeot 5008 that was indicated during the booking.

Pros: They were very efficient and pleasant at pick up and drop off. We had caused some damage to the car during our hire which we had not realised but was noticed by them. However again they were very good and professional about it, giving me all the paperwork I needed to make a claim against my own insurance.

Cons: As I ended up in hospital, I needed to return the car and Felirent said they could not collect it due to no staff. So had to arrange for someone to return it and paid for taxi back.

Cons: The 98 euros penalty charge for arriving after 20.00 was bad. Roughly 36% of the weeks hire. It was a delay on my flight so out of my control. I understand the price would have been adjusted if I had confirmed an after 20.00 arrival. That is fine as I would have had a choice at time of purchase. The penalty gave me no choice and was very disappointing.

Cons: They provided a car eith serious electric problem. The key did not open all doors, you had use phisical key then turn on the car to be ablento open all doors. Also for closing the car you had to turn on again and then close it. They know about this issue and said to me, why I worried the car is rolling. We traveled a lot with the car and it was very unpleasant to do this procedure all the time.

Pros: Felirent is one of the best car rental companies ever. Customer service is extraordinary, always very efficient and transparent, no pushy sales, very good cars and easy collection and drop-off.

Pros: Pickup and return of the car went smoothly. The employee spoke fluent English. The car was clean and in a very good condidtion.
