Cons: I had to find the car without any assistance in a large parking, full of cars for rent in the Catania Airport. No agent showed me the functions of the car or checked it with me. For the delivery, I had to find the delivery point of Galdiery, poorly indicated, within the same large parking. The baby seat, although it has cost 11 euros per day, was of poor quality. There was also some pressure to buy extra insurance, although I had bought the full coverage of Discovercars.

Most shockingly, they dishonestly changed my confirmed 19:30 return time to 18:12 on the contract without notice. When I returned the car at 19:10, I was nearly charged for being "late." Luckily, the return agent accepted my original booking proof. Unethical behavior and highly unprofessional.

Pros: The rent service was provided very well, despite that the tank of the car wasn't full, but manager asked to make a photo and refill to the same level. After drop off I just showed the photo and there was no problems with deposit.

Remember to get international driving license. and the best part was they gave absolutely new vehicle (drove only few kms) for my rental. Highly recommended and will rent again from them.

Pros: Drop-off was smooth. The agent, Francesco, helped me with the forms related to a small damage and explained everything in great detail. Very kind and friendly! The car was almost new, clean and in great condition.

It would be helpful to add information to the instructions clearly saying to turn left and look for Europe Car next door - which is very clearly signed. Also to add some warning instructions for the vehicle return - the entrance to the car park is not easy to find but it is easy to enter the wrong car park, adding to stress when trying to catch a flight.

Pros: We rented a car in Sicily for 6 days and had a great experience! Everything went smoothly, the car was in perfect condition, and there were no issues at all. A big thank you to Francesco, who was super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Cons: Due to lack of staff, no one assisted me when picking up the car. I didn't know how to release the handbrake, I had a lot of difficulty for about 15 minutes. I had to read the information on Google. Also, no one told me that the car was LPG and petrol. We only found out when we delivered it because the same person we handed the keys to at the reception accompanied me to the car park to check that everything in the car was OK, and asked me if I had put the LPG on... I got really angry!

Cons: Obsługa przy odbiorze bardzo słaba. Po przygotowaniu dokumentów czekaliśmy na odbiór samochodu ok. 1 godz. Tak 1 godz.!!! Obsługująca osoba, która nie była uprzejma nie potrafiła odpowiedzieć kiedy będzie samochód. Za każdym razem mówiła, że za 5-7 minut. Po otrzymaniu kluczyka zostaliśmy odesłani na ogromny parking (kilka firm) i szukajcie sobie samochodu. Proste naciskanie pilota od samochodu nie było skuteczne z uwagi na wielkość parkingu i ilość samochodów.

Pros: The employees are very gentle and prepared, also the car was very good, new and very good on petrol, and when I called the worker to check the car at the parking he came straight away. Very efficient. For my trip was better pick up the car on terminal c. Very good in matching price/quality.

Cons: They tried to do the big sell on insurance for another €300 when we picked the car up even when I told them I had my own. It took around 30 mins for them to do the paperwork too. During our stay someone drove into the car while it was parked. We obtained all documents from the other party who admitted fault. Informed the car hire company who said we had got everything they need. But on returning the car we still had to pay over €850 for the damage even though it wasn’t our fault.

The guy at the GaldieriRent was pushing to cancel the extra insurance I purchased via DiscoverCars and wanted me to pay "special offer for me 350 Euro extra for the insurance" he was saying that the insurance purchased via DiscoverCars was a scam and I would never get any help. He was supporting himself with some policy, which he refused to give to me, He said in case anything happens I would have to pay large amount of money.GaldieriRent never gave me policy in English only in Italian

I am glad the car is now returned without any issues whatsoever, waiting for my deposit back and will definetely never use GaldieriRent again. I don't think they are serious, the guy did sound more like a scammer at GaldieriRent, he was saying the same about DiscoverCars that you are scammers. NEVER AGAIN.
