Pros: A nice, new car. No additional insurance was pushed (the rental was paid with a debit card). The deposit was refunded.

Cons: The only small downside was that at first they tried to give us a manual transmission car, even though an automatic had been booked. The mistake was quickly corrected and the right car was provided.

Pros: + Good price, fast pick-up and drop off. + Most important aspect is that I was actually asked if I want any insurance, without trying to sell one, or push in any way - just asked and move on. + Early pick-up Will rent again from them.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely a pleasant experience for us. There were some stains on the seats here and there, but the price more than compensated for it.

Cons: We tried to change the drop-off location, the guy at the pick up location told us false information about having a transfer service to Palermo airport but there wasn't any when we reached the drop-off location.

Pros: Very friendly and supportive staff. I ordered gasoline car with manual transmission, but received automatic diesel without increasing the price. Drop-off process was very fast and without any problems.

Pros: Politeness and no pressure in buying extra such as full insurance or road assistance. Car very clean and perfect for my requirements.

Cons: Prices were steeper than I thought in spite of May being a shoulder season but this is NOT on Automata, more a generic comment.

Cons: They scammed me so that I had to buy some extra insurrance because the didnt accept my credit card for deposit. After I paid 389,36 instead of originial booking of 242,86 then suddendly the accept my card. Typical scam. Then they gave us some FIAT van instead of Mercedes. Fiat Van had broken windows, so we have to replace it and wait additional 30 minutes for new VAN. In general one of the worst experiences with rental companies and I travel a lot.

Pros: The price for the rental could not be beat. The agents were friendly on site.

Cons: The car’s fuel gauge was broken. When we filled it up at the end, the full gauge still showed a small amount missing. The pump auto shut off as if the tank was full, so we tried a second gas station. That pump auto shut off as well, so we proceeded to “force” additional fuel in by squeezing the pump until fuel was spilling out the top. But the fuel gauge still indicated missing fuel. Agents refuse to send us documentation on our requests since the fuel gauge itself is faulty.

Cons: You have to wait car, but its quite common in Italy...

Cons: We lost time at pick-up because there was a difference on fuel quantity and instead of changing on the contract (fuel-to-fuel policy) they went to the gas station. Impossible to lock the car with the key and when I called them, they told me they would call me back the day after but never received any call. At drop-off, they took time and I had to wait long before they drove me back to the airport.

Pros: Alex was a huge help! He was professional, kind, and made our experience great!

Cons: When presented with the potential problem of the international drivers license, i went to major suppliers who told me they could rent without an int'l drivers license. I would love to understand why Automania's policy is not consistent with other major suppliers.

These things should been taken care of before and us be given a usable car and not take gas station each time we used. We bought extra insurance but they wanted to sell you their extra insurance as discover cars did not cover. Very hard no signage to find rental place in the hot sun was not a good experience

Cons: The address to return the car does not work in google maps. When i returned the car they would not give me a receipt, they said it would be emailed only. The stickers of automania all over the car are unnecessary and make the car look foolish

For that price, can they ship me the rim they replaced? If they aren’t replacing the rim, then I should not be charged.

Cons: I made a booking for a car with a Full Coverage to secure the car in case of any unexpected damage. While the damage happened I was calling the supplier support many times to report damage. Unfortunately, nobody answered. Consequently, I dropped off a car with damage for which I was charged. The money was deducted from the deposit. That is why, I made a Full Coverage claim with all the required documents and I did not receive any feedback.

Pros: It was dreadful. They were unhelpful and IMPOSSIBLE to find.
