Pros: Quick handling, fast return of deposit on creditcard.
Cons: The car was not clean and heavely scrached.
Pros: We drop the car with small groove in the plastic front fender that was most likely caused by a stone. I expected the car rental company to keep my deposit, but it was released the same day. I consider it serious.

Cons: At picking up they proposed me a methane car. I was really surprised and I refused it also because it is not easy find methane gas stations in Catania. It was the only option for the car class I booked for. So I downgraded my class at same amount. They did not care about the customer and the bad service. It felt like it was my fault.
Pros: Lots of dents, broken safety belt, broken arm rest. Missing spare lamps.

Pros: Good car. Quick an easy pick up and drop off. Rental company takes deposit on your credit car, but they gave it back sooner than I arrived back home.
Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: They did not accept payment by phone. The CREDIT card was entered into the phone as contactless payment (NFC). Because of this, instead of 393 euros, the rental price of the car became 600 euros!! Also, they said that the insurance with Discovery Car is not valid. That's why a 500 euro deposit was deducted. The deposit has not yet been returned.

Pros: Appalling company. Booked 6 sitter car and was supposed to have SUV but got Dacia. When put the back sits up there was no room for anything else. They said they were cleaning the car and asked us to clean the car before return or pay extra €10 for the ti clean afterwards. Never had any rental company to ask to clean the car before return. They were pushing to sell extra insurance for €450 even tho I already paid on line. When get to the car, the car was dirty and they barely had cleaned the car.
Cons: It was old car with loads of bump and scratches all around. Warning light was on but they said they have fixed the car but can’t turn the light off!!! I would touch this company. Everyone around us had the same issue. Rather in further pay extra and choose a reputable company

Cons: About insurance. 1 - they told if I took their ensurance, they will not even check car when I back - but I was waiting befor they check. 2 - they didn't gave me any insurance documents confirmations. looks like it was just way to get additional money.

Pros: staff was nice and helpful and they were also flexible with time. Which was strongly appreciated! I also asked for a golf and received a T-roc which was an awesome surprise!

Cons: Their location wasn’t easy to find, the directions stating that it was 50m from the terminal were misleading. Better to give a specific location with, for instance, a what3words address. I was also surprised that they charge an additional surcharge fee for “car cleaning” (€10), rather than it being included in the rental. I haven’t seen this done before. I haven’t checked to see what the paperwork says on this - at the time it’s simpler just to accept the cost.

Cons: Only on Sicily there was an isuue to use debit card. Take care of different wording in US and Europe. To get my car I had to pay for their insurance add 100 €.
Pros: Nothing. Their whole operation was slow, cold, unfriendly and robotic. I did not feel like I was a valued customer at all.
Cons: They ignored the full-to-full fuelling element and just said they were different. They gave us the car with a very dirty exterior condition and said that external cleaning was not included in the price. They tried to sell us their additional insurance even after I explained we had purchased this through you. Their general behaviour and demeanour was very cold and not at all friendly or welcoming. They made no attempt to build rapport with us as customers and talked about us to each other while.
Cons: We had to pay an other insurrance (50€) because for target rent we only had débit card and not credit card for the deposit (whereas you can do a deposit with a debit card as well..)

Cons: Bad quality discount car. Not anywhere near the car promised when booking. And Target aren’t attempted to charge extra for cleaning twice
Pros: It was twice as cheap as the other providers. The car was clean, new, it did bot have all extras for the vehicle but who needs them all.

Cons: prezzo elevato. deposito cauzionale elevato. Impossibilità di pagamento con carte diverse da quella usata inizialmente. Richiesta contributo per lavaggio auto; mai successo prima. L'auto fornita era veramente basic; nessun accessorio, neanche quelli che ormai sono di serie su tutte le auto, anche le più economiche.

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee of 14.88 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 26, with a maximum of 85.40 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 7.32 EUR per day, with a maximum of 36.60 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1390 EUR to 5000 EUR, depending on the car group.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted. For the Luxury, Premium, Economy Elite, Cabrios, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
