Cons: No clear instructions about return. Car was old and damaged/scratched in several places. Accused me of damage we never made and charged us 315 euros. Vipers were in very poor condition and water instead of screen wash.

Cons: Couldn't reach them by phone or e-mail!

Pros: The agent was friendly and everything was good at pick up.

Cons: The car was extremely dirty and I didn’t have time to change it. I also realised after a day that there was a slow puncture in one of the tires. I tried to call the Drivila office multiple times and also sent text messages and no one would answer. If I had broken down somewhere that would’ve been impossible. I also wasn’t pleased with her crazy high amount of the additional insurance.

Pros: Easy and convenient car hire

Cons: Car engine light came which was worrying . Called drivalia to notify light coming on and couldn’t get through to road assist.

Cons: car was dirty and on bad conditions, rear seatbelt wasn't working. I've purchased an higher class so I was expecting a decent car but it wasn't decent at all. Will never get back to Drivalia. the office said they didn't refresh their cars this year, telling me this was their normal standard. A part was missing from the top right side of the trunk so the cover couldn't hung in that side making the storage very uncomfortable. Bad experience!

Cons: One of Windscreen wiper rubbers was deformed, left smeared section of windscreen glass , but to be fair there wasn’t any water in the washer reservoir on pick up ,

Cons: Note though that the staff at Drivalia did aggressively attempt to sell us extra insurance (which we already had with Discovercars) and telling us we had no cover with them; Drivalia.

Pros: The price was lower than your competition until I added one more day to the contract. They opened the contract and charged me current higher rate for the entire two weeks. Not good!

Cons: Upon dropping off the car the desk agent said hello.

Cons: Outside of car was filthy so impossible to inspect for previous damage. Not very helpful at pickup. Paid more fore premium car which we did not get.

Cons: Everything was good just the car wasn’t 100% clean, but this was no problem at all.

Pros: everything was great. the car company the accuracy of the car. DR6 was a great car for 5 people.

Cons: the full car coverage price was a little bit high. Another downside was the car glass was not cleaned. when we got it. and there were no water on the car wiper tank. so stooped several time to clean it by myself, and then i got the car to the car wash. because someone needet to do that.

Cons: Pickup had booking details but they refused to accept the insurance and said my card didn't work. After 6-7 tried it magically worked! It was working in Dubai 5 hours earlier. They then ignored the booking insurance. So i had to add insurance as they didn't accept discover card insurance. This is a comic issued because discover card actually has a choice in support about it so they know companies do this. This is clearly under handed way of 'skimming' of clients

Cons: Agent too busy up-selling contract. Car in bad shape. No one to explain operation of hybrid, check condition of car, or give opportunity to change vehicle. Lots of damage on vehicle, no w/shield washer fluid, leak in passenger foot well, damage to passenger belongings due to excessive moisture. I was given a crap vehicle with no customer service to complain. Same issue when dropping off car. No customer service!

Pros: Good car, pleasant employee, possibly to dropping off the car at the other airport then we picked it up

Pros: The service was great. Easy pick up and drop off.

Cons: My only complaint was the pick up location was a little hard to find as it was outside the airport. As well it was late at night and dark and I don't speak Italian. Having a few more signs leading the way to the rental car centre would help.

Cons: I booked the charge with my partner's card and you charged 50% when I arrived at the rental car desk they asked for my credit card for security and charged the other 50% on my credit card. I asked the agent to charge my partner's credit card the total amount but he told that he didn't not how it works.

Pros: The car was clean an run smooth

Cons: There wasn't any check in to check condition of the car. Likely I took pictures and I could prove a scratch not reported on paper. The car was saying: engine oil need to be replace, Start and stop not available, the engine indicator was on all the time. A part of that the car was run ok and I was happy overall.

Cons: Unlike the other rental booths at the airport of Catania, this company does not have a line

Cons: 1) Could not find the booking agreement 2) Car had not been cleaned and article of dirty in the boot 3) The condtion of the car was poor, dents in the roof and sctratches on other panels. 4) Car was not where I was told it would be. 5) Car hire desk is difficult to find and not in the main building. 6) I have not received my 600Euro deposit back

Pros: The car was reliable for our trip and they had a very quick drop off service.

Cons: We had to wait about 25min to pick up our car at the desk in Catania. We had to call 5times to contact someone in Palermo to ask details about dropping off the car out of service hours. The car wasn’t very clean when picked up.

Pros: Good-quality car (Fiat 500L), up to 3 years old, in a perfect condition, richly-equipped and well-maintained. Perfect service connected with its pick-up and drop-off (at 2 different airports). Very helpful and knowledgeable personnel of the company.

Cons: The shockingly high price of the rental - 2 or even 3 times higher than in other EU countries: nearly 1.600 euros for the period of 19 days in total (my whole-month salary is lower than that!). That's, of course, NOT the fault of LEASYS itself, because all the car-rental companies in Italy charge the same unjustifiably high prices! Shocking! Why so high?

Pros: I have read a lot of negative reviews about Leasys, but I have the opposite experience. We picked up and dropped off the rental cart at the airport of Catania (Sicily). The stuff were very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions and helped us with everything. They even waited for us to clear a credit card problem. We did not have their full insurance, because we have gotten the one from Discover cars. We had no problems at pickup and drop off (we did not have any damages).

Cons: The car was brand new and clean on the inside, but very dusty on the outside. We alerted the stuff when we picked up the car so we don't have any problems when we drop it of. There was no problem, when we returned the car. We rented a cheep class so that is what we got. The car was new but felt cheep + woody. The price from the site was smaller compered to other venues but still higher then normal. But that is probably due to the fact that Sicily is an island so those things are more expensive.

Pros: Quality rental company on par with global brands (Hertz, Avis, etc). The company honored it's contract and provided a great upgrade after assigned class inventory was exhausted at the time.

Cons: First assigned car wasn't thoroughly washed and was hard to see if there were scratches plus the car had unrepaired fender damage.

Pros: Excellent, we will definitely us them again.
