Cons: When initially arrived in mid-August the priority selection was not monitored and clients were selecting priority status without confirming if the client fit the criteria. It was resolved after strong discourse with the manager who managed the issue the best she could.

Pros: Your location has an obvious problem with crime at the rental location that according to the agent I spoke with is well know and long term. Even if you are unable to correct the issue, there should be a verbal or sign warning upon arrival that certain interactions should be avoided and result in fraud, as well as that the olive don’t give a damn about it. Especially to non Portuguese speakers and other foreigners that are not used to the problem.

Cons: Failure to warn the customer in some way that it’s not the airport itself that is a crime zone. It’s the rental area.

Pros: Porto rental station offers excellent service. Pick-up was very smooth and all of the staff was helpfull. During the first two days I had a problem with a car (locking doors and folding mirrors - electrical issue) but after comming back to the station Drove on Holidays (movida) replaced it with a new car (even a little bit better). Dropp-off went also very smooth. They do not check cars with microscopes. ;)

Cons: First car given had both front tyres on the legal limit but as a seasoned renter I always check the vehicle over and made them aware. They put me into a brand new car straight away and issue sorted.

I used their service for almost three months while my own car was being repaired, and I was very happy the whole time. I rented both electric and regular cars, and they were always in great condition with good availability. The team is professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The whole process was always smooth, and the prices were fair. Highly recommended. Very satisfied.

Cons: There were no Discover Cars agents at the Porto airport. I was informed by other rental car agencies to look for someone with a Movida sign - that was a bad omen!

Cons: I requested a petrol car and was not given it, instead, the man who checked in after me was given it. Then I was recommended to use the MiiO app to charge my electric car. The app malfunctioned in Braga and I was unable to charge the car. Thankfully, a very kind Portuguese man used his own money to charge my vehicle so I could drive it back to Porto airport. I understand that the MiiO app is a separate company, but leaving customers stranded without a back up option is unacceptable and not safe.

Cons: We booked for a Peugeot 208 and we ended up with a bad Nissan electric blue. The car had an issue with the transmision on the highway. Stressful and not what you expect on vacation. We tell the agents when we returned the car and they didn’t care much. So the next client will experience the same thing.

Cons: Comme nous avions pris une assurance totale via le site discovercars, l'agent Movida n'a pas fait le tour du véhicule avec nous car elle nous a dit que s'il y avait quelque chose Movida prendrait sur la caution de 2100€ et nous serions remboursés par l'assurance discovercars. Et la voiture avait des coups sur la carrosserie au checkin qui n'étaient pas notés sur le document de prise en charge. Heureusement, nous avions pris des photos pour ne pas être potentiellement facturés de ces coups.

Cons: I do not have anything negative to say because everything was great

Pros: personnel was pleasant and efficient

Cons: Returning the car was a disaster and put us 2 hours out of our way because the address on the letterhead was not correct and we had difficulty locating place. 1-800 number was useless and was finally able to reach office in Lisbon to get correct address

Pros: Fast and easy.

Cons: Didn't have a car with GPS available even though I ordered.

Pros: Drop off was quick and shuttle service very efficient

Cons: Long lines ups to pick up our car ( after long flights) and then the problem with the gps

Cons: service was Ok with the exception of a lack of a spare tire on the vehicle. In case i had a flat could lost my flight.

Cons: We had to add ad blue and we were not told that that would be a possibility so it was a bit confusing as of why it had to be added . We paid for it and still pending to get reimbursed for the ad blue

Pros: they were waiting for us at the airport and quicky shuttled us over to the office location to pick up our car

Cons: we had a little wait before an agent helped us - even though there were lots of employees working and walking around, they were not checking people in at the register

Cons: Drop off location was difficult to find. The pick up and drop off desks are not in airport like many other car rental companies. So it was not convenient.

Cons: A bit confusing about the extra insurance waiver which I don't believe is explained on the web site but as long as you can get to grips with the facts is a good idea. The 18 Euro charge to cover what may only be a couple of Euros for tolls is arguably a rip off but you have no choice other than sort the tolls yourself which when you're tired from a flight and/or can't be bothered is a no brainer.

Pros: Very clean place all good cars on stock they’re pricey on the insurance for cars that’s something the need To work on

Pros: Liked most the fuel economy of the car, ford focus Hybrid.

Cons: Need to be verify the coolant level of the car before rent. Constant trying to sell another insurance etc.

Pros: Service was not good.waiting more than an hour for the car.
