Opo rent at Porto Airport

Pros: I cannot fault Opo cars at all. Pick up was 3 minutes I rang. Car was brand new. No hassle at all with the whole process. Excellent service

Cons: the car Car had many dents and scratches, bald tires, and the engine light was on. Also over 70 000 KMs on it.Chocked once got to a 100KM

Cons: Car was of lower category than requested, the rental car ac was not working properly (only on position 4), cabin light button malfunction, warning light constantly on

Cons: The car rented was another manufacturer... Dirty, slow, old, the keys were washed out so couldn't see if I was locking or unlocking... De quality was really poor.

Pros: The drop off was very expedient.

Cons: Had to wait a bit to be picked up

Pros: Service, staff was amazing! No time waiting! Needed extended my stay and with one call they resolved straight way at the same price that i have booked! Comparing with other companies definitely the cheapest and with my over 20 years renting cars probably the best company i ever worked with! Will be back and highly recommend 😊

Cons: the fiat was not powerful enough, in upwards roads we sometimes had to switch back to 2nd gear and were passed out by trucks - very dangerous.

Pros: Very pleased with everything value for money and service received, would definitely use again.

Cons: Car was old and not good for the price. A fiat punto is not similar to a Volkswagen Polo (that was what I had booked...)!

Pros: Everything was very easy at the desk. Felt we needed a taxi to get to collect and pick up the car. Taking a shuttle would have taken a much longer

Cons: The car had many small dents and scratches, no USB for phone connectivity, wipers didn’t clean the screen well when driving in the rain and brakes made scraping sound when on long drives.

Pros: When I had a problem on the road I was assisted fast by them. They took me to the airport on my departure. I really liked that.

Cons: Really difficult finding the shuttle to their place. Had to call many times and walk to different places in the airport which cost me time.

Pros: They were fast and did not make a trouble about anything. Easygoing!

Cons: Could be more customer-oriented, communicative, deliver a more representative car.

Pros: EVerything. Easy, fare, clear rules and no bad suprises at the pickup/drop-off.

Cons: They don't rent for over 15 days. As I liked the service a lot, I would like to rent per month.

Cons: I order a large car and they only have small old cars . they wash the car in front of me with water and I couldn't see any marks and when I returned they told me I had a small crack in the back fender and charge me 185.00 euros ,wat a scam .I want to call the police but I had a flight to catch. I order a station wagon and I got a little VW Polo. this company shouldn't be in business.The car also had flat tires very dangerous to drive .Don't recommend this company to anyone is not safe.

Cons: There was no information on the system that Opo has no service desk at the airport. A brief line with a phone number would help immensely

Cons: First Car i got was totally damaged, second was missing a light, Rent a car manager unable to keep his word about exchanging the car despite having said it would over the phone, terrible service, had 3 months bookings of car (1+1+1), i cancelled the last two, not worth the problems. Would not recomend OPO rent At All.

Cons: 1. dirty car 2. car not checked - problem with tire pressure 3. car heavily beaten on the outside 4. staff very unpleasant 5. the manager or owner constantly telling lies 6. rental office not at the airport = waste of my time 7. staff did not answer my call reg. tire pressure neither called back 8. staff forced me to take CDW which was voluntary in their terms & conditions 9. will report this to Better Business Bureau 10. simply my worst ever service - not only car rental, but any service!!!

Cons: The cars were dirty - the time of picking up was not respected Bank debit not justified (Banking procedure in progress)... very poor service
