Pros: Europcar, representing Keddy, were quite good. Efficent service at pick-up. Good shuttle service.
Cons: You were difficult to find, until we found out about Europcar representing you. Also, the minute search for damages to the car should be unnecessary. The companies have earlier records of the cars, which the could have given new customers.
Pros: Price and ease of booking.
Cons: Car broke down and we needed to swap mid way through booking.
Pros: Car was as described and the agents were friendly and efficient.
Cons: It's not Keddy's issue as such, but we chose the 'in terminal option' for convenience but it seems that all main rental companies in Porto operate a pick-up and drop-off service. When we arrived late at night, we had no idea and spent 20 minutes finding this out and then waiting for (a Europcar) van to collect us. The drop-off is a similar service -it's not too far, but you do need to build the waiting time into your schedule.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This company is cheating. You make an advance payment, and when you arrive for a car, they withdraw money again and say that they do not receive money from intermediaries. On presentation of the voucher, they said that they had no idea what it was.
Pros: The car was in new and in good condition
Cons: Trying to find the desk in Porto because. There was one but it was empty and there where no instructions where to find the proper one. Also they tried to charge me for a missing back compartment on my return when it was the attendants who took it off and hid it at the bottom of the car because our luggages could not fit.

Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.15 EUR per day up to a maximum of 21.50 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
For rentals of 1–29 days, mileage is unlimited.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Economy Elite, SUVs, Special a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Toll pass / E-toll device, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
