Pros: Car windscreen was very dirt couldn’t see from it. Sales guy at Porto was very pushy and made me get another car which cost me extra $1000 dollars Australian was not happy about that.

Cons: As mentioned above, Europcar's failure to replace the car, or send someone out to fix the issue. I would expect better service from one of the 'big reputable' car hire service providers
Pros: All was done excellent.
Cons: Europcar added multiple fees on top of that which Discover cars quoted me. Car old and scratched.
Cons: I went to pick up the car and had to pay again for the car bc Europe car said that there was no reference to the payment being made.
Pros: Easy, fast and friendly Nice clean and in good condition car.
Cons: Some amounts in charging vs in DiscoverCars is not matched (deposit)
Pros: a relatively smooth process, the dropoff was easy.
Cons: misleading information that there would be a service desk at the airport. Although there was a good shuttle service it created some uncertainty (to out of the terminal and look for the pickup location)
