Pros: It was disgusting. The shuddle buss wasn't in the spot where the instructions said it would be. They made us wait 1 1/2 hrs for them to pick us up with a 9 month old baby! Had attitude from the service desk when I called 2 times asking where they were located and where the driver was. Pick up was a joke. And the price told I'd pay is not what I paid

Pros: The cars engine light turned on immediately as we were heading to Spain . We called they said if the car is running keep going . The car is suppose to be new but it has no sensors

Cons: Turisprime Is not a trust worthy company or people who work and dont Do what they offer. We are still Waiting our deposit . They said they would give our toll deposit when we returned the car More than 24 hours ago. They said they will give us a shuttle service from the airport and as we drop off the car. They did not !!! We had to Walk .

Cons: The ETC rental charges are about 10 times higher than what we paid to other rent-a-car across street. For almost the same route and toll station we passed, we were paying less than €1.5 for the period shorter than this time. Why ?

Pros: Our initial rental process went fairly quickly and smoothly, and there were a couple of attendants that were very nice and understanding of our situation and emotions when dealing with car mishaps.

Cons: Turisprime was very by the book and made us wait on the side of the road for a service truck (that never came) with our rental car that started smoking from under the hood because of the messed up clutch. We were only a 5 minute drive down the road, but they would not give us the new car until that one got picked up. They also would never pick up their phone lines whenever we tried calling, so we had to end up ubering to and from the location to check on the service truck situation.

Pros: Full day charged because of afternoon return, 1 hour after set time

Pros: We would Like to have a little Higher car, but ger a normal one, alltough WE book a higher. Discover Car ist Just an Agency...the booking ist by anather company...they do Not know about the booking conditions in Case of insurance.

Pros: Turisprime gave me sign electronic contract which was showed me as just one page. When I recieved contract on email it had many pages. Then after returning car money was desucted from my account without any acknowledge or receipt or invoice eventhough I emailed asking for invoice.

Cons: The car I ordered was a 4 door VW, however I received a much smaller Fiat 500 2 door and told it was equivalent. We were not.given any handover to the car which I believe was dangerous. Otherwise, I was generally happy.

Pros: As they knew, i did around 300 pictures of damages during the check-in. They not even check ed the car during the checkout.

Cons: There was only one small scratch in rental contract during the check in and other 2000 on the car, both on the exterior and the interior which were not included in the contract. Clutch didn't worked correctly, and all 5 doors were recently replaced and crushed again. I was scared, that they will charge me the damage during the check out, so I asked the employee to include those damages to the rental contract. He just told me, that he would not do it, no other car also available.

Pros: Before avis collaboration, they were professionnal

Cons: Now they are with avis they became "voleurs". Be very careful, take many many pictures of your car before leaving. I took many, but not enough !

Cons: The only point that I would mention as an area for improvement would be the time that it took to be attended at the queue. It took a bit long, but it could be that the ones in front of me had some specific points to solve. When it was my turn, the representative was efficient and things went through really smoothly.

Cons: The day before to drop the car i called and nobody answered. So i did 1 hour road to Go at the office to know how to drop the car in the morning

Cons: The car was the worse basic small model I have rented in the past years. The rental desk made me wait for a car for 20min. The staff told me to take pics of any damage because they didn't care about spending the time with me and reviewing any damage before I took off.

Cons: rental process was v. slow (took 1 hour) and the room was hot (a/c was off - why?). I would have preferred it to take 15 min. Now it's been 2 weeks since my rental and I still haven't receievd my deposit back.

Pros: Close to the airport, staff speaks good English and it's very helpful.

Cons: It's impossible to contact to them by phone. There is no information where exactly to wait for the shuttle, there is no sign nor company logo/name.

Cons: The “cheapest” insurance was 180€ which normally is around 60€ (Few euros per day), so this company being “cheaper” is only if you dare not to take any insurance. I did not see the final receipt for the tolls (no emails or anything) so I am not sure I was reimbursed/charged the correct amount, or cheated. Again we had to wait for the shuttle bus to drop us off at the airport (only few mins, but still) The lady that we were dropping the car off was negligent.

Cons: Did not have car that I requested, did not provide a working GPS ( did provide a refund upon return, but did not help my aggravation and anger at getting lost during trip. I ended up having to call my mobile provider in USA to activate my phone GPS)

Pros: Efficient, friendly staff, with premises close to the airport, which was just as well as we had to walk there after dropping off the car as the facility was short-staffed, with no-one to drive the mini-bus.

Cons: The car smelled of smoke, which we could not get rid of for the whole period of the hire. The paperwork aspect of the pick-up also took a long time.

Cons: I arrived early to drop the car off (8:15j. The member of staff who was there was removing the minibus from the warehouse and told me that the office only opened at 9am. I explained my need to drop the car early, the member of staff repeated that the office only opened at 9am, then returned inside the warehouse, put down the shutter without further help. I looked around and found a key drop box. I found this attitude disappointing, rude and unhelpful attitude.

Pros: It took some time to get to the office and their you have to be patient. But when its your turn processes are relatively (for Portugal) efficient.

Pros: Arranged for a pickup at 6:30 (before they opened) and they had someone there to accept the car and take us to the airport.

Pros: Joao was a pleasure to meet and extremely helpful - he went out of his way to help us find our destination on a GPS system, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

Cons: My card was not authorized to make on line transactions but it had never been a problem to rent a car. The deposit was always made using my pin code. This time, Turisprime only accepted the deposit making an electronic transaction, so I had to change my card preferences with my bank.

Cons: The car was much worse than what it was said it would be. They were suposed to give us a VW Polo and we had a Ford Fiesta with very bad engine. We had to return de car 2 days earlier than planed because of personal issues (a friend of us died recently in an accident and we had to come back to our country) and we were treated really badly. Any amount of money was returned to us.

Cons: There was no one waiting at the airport point, had to call a different number than the one provided on the voucher to get the shuttle bus out of hours. This was not necessarily TurisPrime issue 'though.

Pros: New clean car good at getting thing sorted on pickup.

Cons: It took to long to get sorted we were waiting over an hour at the car rental. We had four in our party and the first mini bus to the airport only had 3 seats so they said they would be back in 5 min . which they were but then we waited an other 25 min for someone who had just brought their car rental back to complete their paper work before we were taken to the airport. That meant we were a little rushed for time at the airport & didn't have time for something to eat.

Cons: Our agent was extremely unhelpful. As a result of how she began the process we ended up having to bring back the car 2 hours early, she refused to help us change this. We also wanted to remove the additional driver option that was set up for the car, they said they would do this but refused to drop the price of the rental as a result and still charged us the same amount. It's both unflexible, unhelpful and shamefully mercenary. Their whole attitude was extremely unhelpful. Not ever agian.

Cons: après avoir tel vous êtes venu nous chercher a l'aéroport quand nous sommes arrives la voiture que l'on avait réservée était prête mais au dernier moment elle a été attribué a une autre personne .. de ce fait le personnel (un peu gêné) nous a demandé d'attendre quelque minutes... pour préparer une autre voiture..en réalité on a attendu presque 45 min !!! et la ce n'est pas normal et de plus a la place de la 20 que nous avions réservé nous avons eu une Ford mais 45 min c'est trop long..
