Pros: everyone was very helpful

Pros: I like klass wagon because they are very helpful and friendly. Very clear explanation about the rent a car. We can trust that company.

Cons: the agent pushing more Insurance in very scary way

Cons: The screen wipes on the car where very old and made it very annoying to use when it was raining. There was also a mesh in the windscreen that made it hard to see

Pros: The car had scratches and dings all over.

Pros: O tempo de espera no aeroporto é longo, não havia explicações ou detalhes sobre o , tive que telefonar e tive que esperar 15 minutos até chegar. A devolução foi rápida. Mas mais uma vez o tempo de espera para o transfert é muito longo, chegou quase aos 30 minutos. Quem chegar um pouco em cima da hora do voo, arrisca-se a perder o avião já que o trânsito para o aeroporto também é denso.

Pros: The price

Cons: The agent was very pushy, up to intimidation, making me to sign the papers that I didn’t even have time to read, and after I didn’t bought the extended insurance, she became very unfriendly.

Pros: Only the value of money and one person had good customer service to help me with my problem.

Cons: The entire experience from pick up to drop was horrible. Never dealt with so many issues and bad costumer service before with a car rental company. I rather pay more next time and get better service .

Pros: It was close to the airport but nothing else.

Cons: Were do i start? The agent was extremely rude and unhelpful. The car was in poor condition, the windscreen wipers were so worn they just spread the rain and it was impossible to see anything - extreme hazard. The car could barely get up a hill. It had np navigation system, we plugged our phone in for maps and the type C connection would be lost several times on a journey.

Pros: Klass Wagen were great! Very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Car cleaning was ok. Agent speed on the check-in was ok.

Cons: Generally well, but the car had too many scratches and marks in the paint. In the drop-off the agent tried to charge for old marks and scratches. Happily I did a video during the pick-up to prevent it.

Cons: I booked a soda scala but they provided me with a seat arona. The car was too small for the luggage. The car needs a service, the clutch is about to die

Pros: Very bad, because they didn’t accept a very common credit card with initials and I had to pay a surplus of €250 for 5 days rental.

Pros: The car was immaculate on the inside.

Cons: The hidden charges and extremely arrogant agent. The cheap £60 car cost us about £250 as we had to take out the extended insurance. Now admittedly this was partly my fault as i didn’t know my PIN for the credit card I used. But their systems and/or policies are (apparently) very inflexible and therefore we were only left with the choice of using debit card, which can only be used with the very high rate full insurance. even the credit card option meant over £2,000 was ‘held’ , not advertised.

Cons: The fact I budgeted as per discover website. Which was in Canadian funds only to pay remainder at Klass in Euro. More then I was expecting.

Pros: Felt very unsafe and stressed driving this car - even though I drive the same car at home - a Fiat 500, it was very old with a clanky gear box. Car couldn’t go over 90Kmh despite max acceleration - which was an issue on a 130kmh motorway. The gear box frequently gets stuck on 2nd gear, weird noses coming from the back left side starting 80kmh and the tyre sensor keeps flashing despite checking the tires at the station. Overall this is over priced and provides very low value for money.

Cons: Klass Wagen staff doesn’t accept the coverage provided by Discover Cars during booking, they are very happy to sell you their own coverage, not only that they advise against using Discover Cars to book their cars, the entire process is very fishy and not transparent- felt like I was being ripped off!

Cons: Agent employed unprofessional intimidation tactics trying to sell the additional insurance. Lied about condition of vehicle and misrepresented liability.

Cons: Car was making lots of noises, transmission running hot, lots of dents

Cons: Pessimo ma pessimo servizio. Sono disonesti. Ho noleggiato un SUV Volkswagen, pagando al momento della prenotazione l’assicurazione totale. Al nostro arrivo ci fanno aspettare più di mezz’ora per la navetta. Avendo con noi due persone anziane e quattro grossi bagagli, non è stato molto comodo. All'arrivo, mi obbligano a pagare €150 per il telepass e poi dicono che non avevo pagato. Senza chiedere nulla, caricano sulla mia carta €268. Quando mostro loro il voucher del pagamento tramite PayPal

Pros: The car was exactly what we rented. The car was in good motor conditions.

Cons: The seats were not clean. They asked for an extra insurance or a block of 2000€ in the credit card and many issues about the misfortunes that might occur and asked to return the car clean (the seats were dirt - many brown spots spread along the seat).

Cons: What a total scammers with their insurance. They pressure you into taking “full insurance” because with a deposit, in case of actual damage, you’ll never be able to recover your money “as you will not be able to get a police report or will have to pay for it” etc. Their full insurance was €140 for three days, which is basically the price you pay at home for your car insurance for a year. Total scam. They hide information and the moment you arrive and they “explain”, you’re fucked.

Pros: Flexibility and 24h service- I was able to drop the car at 4am without additional charges. Representatives were very attentive

Cons: They pushed insurance onto us, charged for extra drivers (so my husband and I could not share driving), were late picking us up, their phone was 'out of service', the car manual was missing (so no way to look up safety features). With only one driver, we were limited in the amount of driving we were able to do. I'd never rent from these people again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Cons: The agent tried to sell me the car insurance but since I got only small drives I didn't want. I found rude to ear many times that If I make a scratch larger than 1cm that I would have to pay 500€, specially when the car had already marks in every panel outside. The car had a warning about the tires and the girl was saying that was all ok but if something happen I had to be charged. I'l never rent again on Klass Wagen.

Pros: The only thing we appreciated was the shuttle pickup. The shuttle was easily recognizable.

Cons: We waited almost half an hour before seeing an agent, the agent did not explain the relationship between DiscoverCars and Klass Wagen, the service agent used fear and doubt to sell their comprehensive insurance which we did not need and added much time to an already lengthy wait to get a car. The car engine light was on the entire time, the car sounded like it had a diesel engine but ran on petrol, all 4 tires needed pumping up after a week

Cons: Kemelyn at Klass Wagen in Porto basically forced me to purchase the extra insurance. She stated that the Credit Card didnt have my full name on it. In the USA the middle name is not used on our credit cards. She did accept the same card for the purchase of the extra insurance. Very unprofessional. Didnt even bother to show me around the car. She told me where it was and that was end of it. I was very disappointed.

Cons: We spent over one hour on the phone with DiscoverCars customer service, where we were given false information (“you should just get the additional insurance” and “I have never seen a creditcard with only initials on it before”). In addition, we did not understand the Dutch speaking DiscoverCars lady on the phone because her Dutch was extremely poor.

It took me 1h to leave with the car, because they were trying to sell me an aditional insurance service, and other services, even after I have explained that i didn't need any of that. They wanted to take pictures of my identity card and my drivers licence to keep on their data base. They block 2100€ on my CC for a small standard car. The car was in bad mechanical condition, had to swap.New car was also in bad condition
