Pros: In Portugal, we used the Enterprise subgroup Guerin - everything went as ordered, the staff was helpful, there were no unnecessary costs. The opportunity to drop-off the car at another airport was good and cheap.

Pros: At the Enterprise car rental in Porto, Portugal. They inspect the car with you and take pictures of it before you leave. I found it great since I did't have to argue about minor scratches present on the bumper.
Cons: They didn't explain us well how to use the via verde toll pass. Would have found it interesting just to let us know in advance which lane to look for and go in.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1180.80), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
Many highways in Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of1.50 EUR day up to a maximum of 15.04 EUR rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
