Cons: gave me a car that was dirty forced me to buy insurance then when dropping the car off they claimed i broke a trunk cover that was already like that when i received the car
Pros: friendly correctly swift
Cons: The car unlock lock button was broken so it was minor inconvenience when needed.
Cons: Adding on one day additional to our contract was almost 1/3 the cost of our initial rental for 12 days.
Pros: NOTHING! I would not go to SIXT again.
Cons: They were not at all helpful! The car that was reserved was a manual and we requested an automatic. The only car they had for us was not big enough and they did nothing to help us! We had to drive with luggage squeezed between the driver and passenger seats.

Cons: think the car that I got was not really comparable to the one I booked. By the way, the car I booked was present multiple time on the car rental parking. Disappointing.
Pros: Car was great, drop off was very efficient.
Cons: Waited in line over an hour to pick up the car. It was a brutally long wait and very inefficient considering how simple it is at other companies.

Cons: There were additional charges on my final invoice. I was thankful I took pictures; otherwise I would have been subject to additional charges. The customer reps provided misleading information which was fundamental to the rental of the vehicle and caused me various issues and expense.

Pros: Nice, complete and friendly. very helpfull such as a tip in case when I want to come back and rent another car including insurance.
Cons: The website to get a car ready is not very clear to me. I booked a car and the security deposit should be 800 euro. when I order the car and closed the applicationform, the security deposit was 2.500 euro. I still do not understand the reason why.
Pros: The sixt representative was very helpful

Cons: Confusion between which of the two pick up locations at Porto we were to go to. Directed to the wrong one but staff were very efficient in taking us to the right location.
Cons: GPS did not work well and then not at all last few days

Cons: Oporto desk closed and no directions on where to go… had to seek help from competitor. Office was very busy and no one came to show car or anything about car…. Poor customer service
Pros: very slow when picking up, took much too long. Car was still somewhat dirty (found old beer can in trunk which was making a lot of noise)

Pros: Decent car at a decent price. Easy drop-off.
Cons: The pick up time was more than one hour for no reasons. Agents spend sooo much time at the rental desk explaining the various upselling options to customers that everyone has to wait for an unreasonable time. Also, opening hours should match the opening hours of the airport/flight arrivals. We had to spend an extra night at the airport only because our flight arrived late in the evening too close to the closing time of the Sixt office.
Cons: Not prepared to accommodate me
Pros: We had lots of trouble finding the ramp for the drop off. Not easy finding it in the dark. Not lit up enough in the dark.

Cons: Not enough people working ..Costumers had to wait for up to hour and half to get a car. Never sent me the final statement even after i contacted them still waiting.

Cons: I was involved in a minor car accident, not my fault. Called the police, filed a report immediately. I dropped off the car 2 days later. So far, two weeks later I only got an automated message that they are very busy.

Cons: She was trained to upsell and offer a “special deal”. 70 euros extra for a diesel automatic. That doesn’t seem so special! A special deal would have been a diesel automatic for free or a diesel manual for 10. Maybe. I didn’t see what was so special about the deal! But she was still good.
Pros: Everything is o.k.
Cons: The manager eagerly offered another more expensive car and additional expensive services in Porto. very difficult to find the place of drop off the car in Lisbon airport. Necessary to put a big coloured label outside garage
Pros: I liked one thing more than everything else, even I screw up my pickup date, they provided me a car, and as an apology from sixt we even got bigger and better car as we waited around 45 min to pickup the car.
Cons: I think rule 25 age is stupid, and not just in sixt in every other car rental company. I think its not fair that you rate drivers by their age, some ppl are better drivers then other no matter what age they are. I am 24 and i wasn't really happy that I had to pay 60 euros just becose I am not 25, I don't like that. I have driven the car 1700km withouth scratch, and I think your age limit should be 21 or 22, 25 is too much, its just a way to make more money.

Pros: The agent who set is up was very friendly and patient, and the car very good.
Cons: Too expensive. The shuttle bus service was slow and infrequent with no proper queue system. Some very minor damage was found on the car on return that we are not convinced was not there on collection.
Pros: La rapidité dans la transmission du véhicule, le personnel, bien mieux que la compagnie de location que j'ai eu l'année dernière qui était Drive on hollidays(catastrophe). Le véhicule ne consommait pas beaucoup en plus pour un essence.
Cons: Le reproche que j'ai a faire à Sixt est que le contrôle du véhicule n'a pas très bien fait avant de nous le donner car dès le premier jour j'ai du acheter du liquide lave-vitre, regonfler les pneus car j'ai eu un voyant qui s'est mit tellement qu'ils étaient dégonflés, un peu déçu par rapport à ça. J'ai payé également plus chère que ce qui était annoncé.

Cons: Up-selling was irritating. Condition of car was not impressive with lots of marks and scratches. Took photos of some not mentioned on documents and tried to engage with agent before leaving but he wasn't interested. On return, agent spent ages and ages examining car seemingly looking for something to charge us for. Had a debate about a mark which was supposedly new and hadn't been recorded on previous paperwork. Didn't trust the process at all though the manager, to be fair, sorted things out.
Cons: Communications between agents at pick-up & drop-off can be improved.
Pros: They were friendly
Cons: The process was complicated and they were not helpful about providing a deposit.
