Cons: Shutter bus took too long. Unprofessional and very poor service.

Cons: I had to pay by creditcard for the deposit. Blocking on my creditcard was impossible said the unfriendly lady-employee in Porto.

Pros: The pick up and drop off were very efficient.

Cons: The locations were not the easiest to find.

Cons: Scammers. Very upsetting. Travel and rent cars all the time. Very upsetting

Pros: Blackmailed us in taking out their insurance or paying 5000€ deposit. Threatened to charge for the slightest scratch. Stated the discovercars insurance (which we’d taken out) wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. Had to pay up 290€ for them to let us have car or basically bugger off otherwise. Great start to holiday. Worst experience in 25 years of golfing in Spain and Portugal.

Cons: I don't like the same-to-same fuel policy as you inevitably end up filling up too much for fear of it not being enough. The car rental company always wins free petrol

Pros: Check-in and out was easy, and the online support was great. I do not honestly know how much value I got after feeling like I had to accept the 150 euro insurance policy.

Cons: The lack of a 24 hour return. Also my tire pressure gauge signalled me 2 hours into my rental. I had to find a gas station and fill the tires. I was worried that I had driven over a nail, but filling the tires seemed to work.

Pros: The attendant provided directions to the nearby metro station.

Cons: The agent at pickup refused to include a second driver despite the voucher plainly stating it was available. This was merely inconvenient. Much worse was the system for punishing drivers who decline the additional insurance. The agent in Porto barely looked at the car’s exterior, doing the walk-around inspection with me in a dark garage, and there was no way for me to detect the two small marks the attendant at drop-off in Lisbon managed to find, and added 300 euros to my bill for repairs.

Pros: Ivan Ramos. The only one that seemed to care and help

Cons: The car had a faulty seat catch so wouldn’t fold down. The guys eventually fixed it but left us waiting for ages without any explanation. Of course as soon as the seat was folded back it wouldn’t work again for the duration of our trip

Pros: They service givers were friendly. Tried their best, but the regulations they work with were not too customer-oriented.

Cons: Pick up took time as the same company goes by many names and we simply didn't see the logo on the transit. We has some difficulties with the returning of the money they took as surity, so, returning the car took too long, was stressful and it took almost a week for the money to be refunded. They said "they don't have enough credit in their card to refund today". We had to trust them... Not too horrible, but also not very good , as a service.

Pros: We rented Fiat 500 convertible. First we had random car, so Fiat Panda, I corrected guys that we had fiat 500 convertible or similar, he brought us fist 500, on insisting we wanted convertible he brought us one. He was nice, but ...

Pros: It was cheap

Cons: There was immense pressure to spend more money. The service clerk lied about the insurance I had on my credit card. They also told me a flat tire would cost me my entire deposit. The car had lights that didn't work and the tires were half of the recommended pressure.

Pros: Cheap rental for a week.

Cons: Big deposit, 2100 euros! The staff was unfriendly. Overpriced fees

Cons: Did not get the car we requested with the larger trunk so it was tight with all our luggage

Pros: Car was super clean at pick up and the lady at the pick up desk was super nice and took the time to answer all of our questions

Pros: Reasonably quick at pick up desk..i was first there however. Others waiting behind..20 min plus.

Cons: Airport pick up not easy. Very busy and missed our transfer. Had to wait 45 min for next one.

Pros: We got the exact type of car we hoped to rent

Pros: We received a car in very condition like new. They told us about the highway pass that we took .

Cons: Like every rental car they try to confuse you and try to scare you with the insurance that you have and the one they offer you and try to sale to you.
