Pros: The one guy that arranged everything for us. The rest of the staff was either impolite or insolent.
Cons: The staff at Porto was extremely rude and disrespectful except one guy. The front desk man even said to me to stop complaining after I told him they didn't gave us the right type of car (it was a definit downgrade from what we reserved, it was way smaller).
Pros: I had an accident with a car and they provided another car under the same contract.
Cons: I am happy with their service and they were very friendly. Nothing bad to report.

Cons: Al ritiro dell’auto ci hanno proposto l’assicurazione casco che noi avevamo gia’ stipulato con discovercars… l’abbiamo fatto notare, ma loro hanno continuato ad insitere dicendo che l’unico modo era farla con loro. Occhio perche’ tentano di sfilarvi soldi in ogni modo possibile…
Pros: Agent helpfulness and the quality of the car.
Cons: The wait time upon arrival at Green Motion was TOO long. A couple of things to consider: a) more staffing at peak times (while we were there the agents increased from 2 to 3 and I'd argue there should have been 3 working the entire morning) b) more online ability to populate information that is done AT THE PICKUP location so the pickup time is more frictionless. Look at ALL the things the agents do onsite and ask "what can be done by the renter online vs the agent".

Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.07 EUR per day up to a maximum of 20.81 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Licences issued in Mexico are not accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
