Pick-up instructions
1 At the arrival hall (after luggage recovery), turn right and follow the signs how to reach the exterior RENT A CAR parking area. Please take the exclusive minibus directly to our main office. The minibus normal frequency is each 15 minutes in normal working hours or when pre booked customers are expected. In case of delay and to alert your arrival please call our main office directly at 00351 961 192 943.
2.The Key'n'Go kiosk is located inside our main office where is the stoppage of our mini bus (just 2 minutes’ drive from the arrivals terminal).
3. Use the touchscreen and proceed with the car key collection process.
(Our Key'n Go kiosk may be inside GoldCar - Interrent office)

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, State Tax.
Rate excludes
There is an additional charge of 10 % per rental for Premium Location surcharge.
There is a Toll pass / E-toll device fee of 1.50 EUR per day and a maximum of 15 EUR per rental.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Crossing country borders is allowed by previous request and for an additional charge of 9 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 90 EUR per rental.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
