Cons: I had extended the hire period which cost more but took off my extra driver without my knowledge

Cons: Car was not available for over 1h. They charged me 45 euros for being Hybrid, an option I had not requested or want. They charged me 35 euros for going to Spain from Portugal for 1 day (day rates). and also 18 for the a motorway gadget which is not optional (I want the option to pay by cash on motorways and avoid the 18 euro charge) no can do. Terrible. The car was OK but they tried to give me an inferior car to what I had booked. No appropriate for Portugal, felt like a 3rd world rip off. Avoid

Cons: Carro completamente diferente do que paguei, pedi um económico e deram me um SUV. Carro cheio de alertas quando levantei já tinha sinal de revisão de óleo, avaria na luz esquerda diurna e gasta imenso combustível, que não era o que procurava.

Pros: the agent at the service desk where we picked up the car was awful - she was misleading, lying, and trying to take as much money as possible by disregarding the booking already placed on the website. Such a disappointing experience! Thank God, her Manager was adequate enough to wipe up everything she tried to "sell".

Pros: they gave me a brand new car with only 18km on it and was very clean as no one had driven it before. I had a nice representative checking me in and recognized him from past rentals.

Cons: When i came back to see if any BMWs had been available yet (as that was the car i wanted to originally rent and was given a Cupra due to availability) the girl was not friendly and I understand they were busy but was consistently having conversation with the girl next to her and not attending to me, after waiting 20-30mins in line. I also asked to upgrade to a larger size and the availability was also highly lacking with nothing but 1 huge 9 seater that I did not feel comfortable to drive.

Pros: Fast and very friendly staff. Very new and well maintained vehicle.

Cons: The agent was very aggresive telling us that our insurance is not sufficient, if we have a problem, it’ll be very difficult to get our money back, we need to buy OK’s full coverage insurance to be safe. He wanted to persuade us to change to full-empty and to rent a bigger car. He was angry when we refused. It took a long time.

Pros: The operator at the desk has acted unethically by providing misleading information on the contract options, During the pick up of the vehicle the operator has presented me the options to book full coverage insurance sustaining that Discovercars one would cover only 50% of the possible charges. Not true! He Also said that “I would get the refueling of the vehicle “ without asking. reading later I found was an option. DO NOT TRUST OK MOBILITY OPERATORS!! ASK TO PRINT THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING.

Pros: Excellent customer services, fast pick-up and drop-off. The car was in excellent conditions.

Cons: The high cost of insuring the insurance excess. I chose to go this route instead of paying a deposit for any damages excess.

Pros: Ok mobility are mercenaries who rent cars, offer the customer several unnecessary fees, I felt totally coerced by the attendant, I never rent a car there again, I had to deliver the car 1 day earlier than expected because ok mobility closes at the doors at 22:00 and only open the other day at 7:00 a.m in the morning, the whole situation is horrible.

Cons: We waited more than 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport.

Pros: Their price is unmatched, but when you make an online reservation you expect to be able to get a car. Their cash registers were broken, so after waiting for 1 hour 30 (the agent said there would be at least 1 hour more) I decided to leave. Unable to get a refund.

Cons: They should have refunded given they had problems with their credit card machines and it was impossible to get a car. But they decided to keep the money.

Pros: Car exactly as described. Clean and great condition. Worked well for 4-5 people.

Pros: Car was in good working condition, clean, modern and the toll road tracker was installed, making for easy tracking.

Cons: Already bought insurance online, but then they try and upsell for something like £267 to get full coverage. What was the point of the first insurance then. Then you have to drive around with the thought that if you have a little accident you are potentially £1300 out of pocket for excess. Put a damper on things. Also puts a hold on your credit card for that amount, AND you have to pay upfront for a full tank of gas and £250 for toll roads. Not impressed.

Pros: The attendant was helpful when I was dropping the rental off.

Cons: They pretended not to know if I had full coverage insurance with discover cars and charged me an extra 300 euros.

Pros: OK mobility were friendly & professional. I’d read some poor reviews upon booking but I cannot fault them in any way. We had a nail in the tyre & low pressure with our first car when we where about the leave the hire depot & with no hesitation, problems or grumbling the car was immediately replaced & lots of apologies. Super customer service.

Je pouvez prendre la voiture sans assurance au loueur. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive au Portugal. D'ailleurs je vais faire une réclamation auprès de discovercars pour un remboursement total ou partiel de l'assurance qui m'a été obligé de prendre. Cons: As I said, they charge lots of additional fees on top of agreed fee quote which you can’t refuse. Toll equipment rental fee, fees for using toll, mandatory extended insurance if you go to Spain. The car rental conditions are not very clear about it which leads to unpleasant surprises in double the initial fee for rental.

Cons: I had to check in again and write all my personal details on a sheet of paper despite having done that online a day before on their website (online check-in).

Cons: Awful service when returning. We had to wait in the same line as those picking up their cars. After 1 hour, we dropped off the keys and an agent told us we should not have been waiting as we also paid for the full insurance .... the shuttle to the airport was long and we had to wait for it to be full before it would be heading back, took a cab back instead. There should definitely be 2 lines for pick and and returns, luckily we did not have to catch our flight out!
