Ok Mobility at Porto Airport

Pros: very thorough in explaining everything

Cons: they have charged me much more than agreed and they did not accept American Express.

Pros: Car was in good working condition, clean, modern and the toll road tracker was installed, making for easy tracking.

Cons: Already bought insurance online, but then they try and upsell for something like £267 to get full coverage. What was the point of the first insurance then. Then you have to drive around with the thought that if you have a little accident you are potentially £1300 out of pocket for excess. Put a damper on things. Also puts a hold on your credit card for that amount, AND you have to pay upfront for a full tank of gas and £250 for toll roads. Not impressed.

Pros: The attendant was helpful when I was dropping the rental off.

Cons: They pretended not to know if I had full coverage insurance with discover cars and charged me an extra 300 euros.

Pros: OK mobility were friendly & professional. I’d read some poor reviews upon booking but I cannot fault them in any way. We had a nail in the tyre & low pressure with our first car when we where about the leave the hire depot & with no hesitation, problems or grumbling the car was immediately replaced & lots of apologies. Super customer service.

Cons: Hard to find shuttle at airport and extra charges that is to their discretion ( ie cleaning of car upon return )

Cons: Arnaque de l'agence de location. J'ai été obligé de payer 280€ d'assurance tout risque que je ne voulais pas. Ayant une carte gold MasterCard, qui me couvre pour les franchises. Je pouvez prendre la voiture sans assurance au loueur. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive au Portugal. D'ailleurs je vais faire une réclamation auprès de discovercars pour un remboursement total ou partiel de l'assurance qui m'a été obligé de prendre. En espérant que vous pourriez faire un geste commercial.Merci

Cons: I already bought your company’s full coverage .But the agent keep bluffing that your company providing a non coverage insurance.Their OK mobility company provides a better insurance plan which will cover everything. But the price is more than €150. That is more than the rental charges

Pros: The car was new, pick up and drop off fast.

Cons: As I said, they charge lots of additional fees on top of agreed fee quote which you can’t refuse. Toll equipment rental fee, fees for using toll, mandatory extended insurance if you go to Spain. The car rental conditions are not very clear about it which leads to unpleasant surprises in double the initial fee for rental.

Pros: Professional and good communication. Very good price. Appropriate rental conditions.

Cons: I had to check in again and write all my personal details on a sheet of paper despite having done that online a day before on their website (online check-in).

Cons: They were doing an inspection when I was picking up the car as if I was going to steal the car and run it through a war zone. Literally took 20 Minutes just for inspection. Mind you I had 100% full extended coverage. I flew in after a 10 hour flight, no one wants to deal with this.

Pros: As earlier said. I was taken for a ride, no punt intended. Your at their mercy because you haven't time to defend yourself , have flight to catch. As i said they new exactly what to what was going on. We gave a video of the vehicle on hand and plan to challenge the bullshit highway robbery. Other that that no issues. It was a practiced set up by staff.

Cons: Awful service when returning. We had to wait in the same line as those picking up their cars. After 1 hour, we dropped off the keys and an agent told us we should not have been waiting as we also paid for the full insurance .... the shuttle to the airport was long and we had to wait for it to be full before it would be heading back, took a cab back instead. There should definitely be 2 lines for pick and and returns, luckily we did not have to catch our flight out!

Cons: How quick pickup and dropoff occurred was a product of whether a planeload of customers had just arrived. We were going to drop off the car early but the line was so long we waited until after dinner, when there was no line at all.

Pros: Warm and friendly reception from staff and good service. I will definitely use OK Rent A Car again, but I will compare prices with other car rental companies first.

Cons: Too many additional costs added to the price after booking. I would prefer more transparency at the time of booking. The additional costs made the car expensive to hire!

Pros: Absolutely appalling Spanish call center support. Rude! And unprofessional. Thankfully, the on-site person was very helpful and my problem was resolved. The call center experience made me realise OK is a Mickey Mouse rental car company.

Cons: A falça informacao, vc reserva o carro pelo online com um valor e no momento de retirar o carro esse valor nao existe te obrigam a contratar diverços servicos onde o valor fica um absurdo , no momento da locacao bloqueam um valor no cartao aparece no seu extrato no momento dizendo que na entrega sera devolvido, no momento da entrega ai te falam que esse valor sera devolvido em ate uma semana, fiz a rese=va online para pagar 28.00 € Por 10 dias quando fui passar o cartao me cobram 289.00€ decpcao

Cons: Everything went good. Easy to rent. Is only one “but”! I still don’t get the money back from my creditcard. And already pass almost 2 weeks. I have made a insurance all risk , give the car clean, also with deposit full. So I don’t understand why I still don’t have money available.
