Pros: Friendly and efficient

Pros: The agents that work in the Porto office were great, the agents in Lisbon were not.
Cons: The car was dirty, the Android auto service did not work. I ended up paying more than was agreed on the app than when I arrived. The drop off service in Lisbon was average, the people were not as friendly and helpful as the Porto office.
Pros: Quick and friendly staff.
Cons: The car was returned with a full tank yet the return sheet said it was empty. We could not find the return rental location at Faro and met the agent in a car park near the terminal. It felt very unprofessional. There is no way for me to contact Record Go as the emails they have sent are from no-reply email addresses.
Pros: Fast check-in
Cons: Waiting for the shuttle at the airport, but there is no clear information about the waiting point. I tried dialing the phone numbers in the booking, but none of them were answered. Finally, the shuttle arrived, and everything was okay.

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.08 EUR per day up to a maximum of 20.79 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill). ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Spain-Mainland, Gibraltar.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
