Pros: The search engine and the primary site is great and I would definitely recommend. The actual hire company staff were great too.
Cons: The meet and greet was delayed by over 45 mins and you could not get hold of the agents, só first impression of the actual car hire company was very bad. The car wasn’t very clean inside and had several scratches and dents etc. there were some maintenance lights showing which we were told were all ok and nothing to worry about. There were some hidden costs which I kind of expected (all agents have them) but being late for pick up and car not being in the best condition is in my view unacceptable

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 25 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.
