Pros: Close to the airport. Easy to find

Cons: They took 10€ that I wouldn't have to mess with the car when I returned it. But we took a car very dirty (because it was after rain). It is unfair

Cons: I was charged an additional £285 on top of having full cover through Discover. I was not allowed to take the car without making further payment.

Pros: They were pleasant, they finished the procedure very fast, and they didn't insist on additional insurance, they have a phone number on whats app where we have reported the additional damages that were not in the official document,

Cons: They didn't come in front of the car to review the car together and add the additional remarks that we had for the shape of the car. My money is still blocked even though they didn't have any complaints about the shape of the car.

Pros: Friendly and patient staff and efficient drop off procedure. By far the best value we could find. Having a car made the world of difference to our stay in Sicily.

Cons: It took a while to pick up the car but this was not the fault of the agents, you could see they were working as hard as they could and had a few issues come in. We did not get the car we signed up for but this was not a problem and was inline with their "or equivalent" policy. We had to purchase the additional insurance as I did not have a credit card but I understand why- not something I didn't like just more a heads up if you only have a debit card.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The drop off was very efficiently managed.

Cons: I had to queue a while at pick up and was asked to buy their own excess insurance even though I had purchased from Discovery. I ended up paying an extra 3 Euros a day for breakdown recovery insurance, but am not 100% this was entirely necessary.

Cons: My wife Amanda was named as the second driver from the very beginning however it was only when collecting the car we were told we would be expected to pay and extra 70/80 Euro's a day on top of what was already agreed. We declined and were not impressed. This information should be made very clear from the start.

Pros: We were provided with a new Peugeot 3008 which we enjoyed driving and there were no problems with it. The whole service and experience from Felirent was excellent and I would recommend them. Friendly staff, efficient systems and no quibble return process.

Cons: Waiting time a bit long not because of Felirent but because previous clients didn't provide credit cards as method of payment advised from beforehand and this extra hassle results in long waiting times for waiting clients.
