Autorent at Faro Airport

Pros: The staff resolved the issue within a few hours, we had to use another car which was much better condition wise. The drop/collection to the airport was very good.

Cons: Our first car was borrowed from another car rental company. It had high mileage and took some time at pick up to list all the body defects. The vehicle drove down within a hour of receiving it.

We received a 30 -pages long contract only on the pickup. Also you get all the terms and conditions and a voucher with relevant information only after booking. So you really book a bit in the dark. The car itself: you order VW or similar, of course you don't get VW. So won't book again.

The car we received was 3 or 4 years old and was a bit dirty and worn out. Also don't like that the car was not full of fuel so you must return with same amount which is difficult so they win since people will keep the fuel level higher than original.
